    Went there this morning and they kept rushing my order. I got home and they forgot half my order. Called and spoke to a manager about the pancakes and everything else they forgot and the proceed to tell me it's my fault because it was not in the system. I repeated my order 4 times. And then I get my eggs and sausage and in the picture is what I got. Then my fruit for my oatmeal Expired on March 7, 2022. Today is March 13,2022. Thanks for the bad service and expired food.

    Never coming here again. 2 for 6 chicken sandwich and quarter pounder u get a half a piece of chicken literally it barely covers half the bun. It was shoved down into the bag so the bun was folded in half and the pickles seemingly thrown into the bag. The burger everything was cold. The chicken is clearly reheated. This place desperately needs a good manager. It’s supposed to be the same here as in Florida or wherever but this place is absolutely horrible. I’m so sick of the horrible service in the world anymore. Praise to those who do take pride in themselves and their work, but this is just unacceptable especially for an area like Plum. People need to get real you’re not entitled to your job either do it right or don’t do it at all

    Look, fast food and quality are typically two things that don’t go together. I get that. However, the “food” I was sold this afternoon at this McDonald’s will go down in the annals as the worst fast food of all time. The French fries literally tasted like they were cooked in motor oil drained from a 1972 Gremlin. My vanilla shake was chocolate. I should report the $11.83 debited from my bank account as theft. Never again, I assure you.

    Update: If you go during the week, during lunchtime hours, the crew that works that shift actually cares, and you'll get food that isn't trash.. If you go during the weekend, or during dinner hours.. It's a much different experience. You either get the best nuggies, or burnt horror story nuggies. There's no in-between.

    I came in on a Sunday morning and ordered a medium coffee and 2 hashbrowns to eat there in the restaurant. The man taking my order got my coffee right away. There were 3 girls standing around, one conchalantly watching the takeout window. They were not busy inside the restaurant and I could see four hashbrowns on a rack in the kitchen area. The girls kept talking, another one was looking at the order screen, which had about six orders on it. So, I waited. Ten minutes later one of them looked at my order, then finally got a tray, and put two of the hashbrowns on it and gave it to me. Really? 10 Minutes for a coffee and two hashbrowns? Terrible service.

    We stopped on our way home from a football game. Eventhough it was about 10-15 minutes before they were about to close they made our 2 Pens Dinner Boxes without a fuss. If they would've been rude, that would've definitely been understandable.

    Stopped for a quick drink. Waited 3 min for someone to acknowledge me at the pick up window. She open the window and said what do you need? I said my large Diet Coke she said oh I thought you got that already and then handed it to me. I think in the reason she showed up at the window was because somebody else finally pulled through the drive-through and ordered something not very attentive and poor attitude.

    I don’t normally take the time to leave a bad review, but these are the hashbrowns I was given this morning. The missing pieces weren’t in the bag either. The person who put these in the wrapper knew they were like this too, because the broken ends were inside the wrapper. I’ve had my order messed up plenty of times, it’s McDonald’s and I don’t expect perfection, but I have never been given food that looks like someone took a bite out of it. Gross.

    This is the breakfast I got from the plum McDonald's on 7/3/23. When I complained to corporate they said the restaurant would call and give me a refund. Nope nothing from them. Burger King is just across the street. Do not eat at McDonald's. They don't care about their customers

    The food at McDonald's was never great food. But this place has gone downhill. When they released the double quarter pounder with the "new meat" it was okay. But now it's always well over cooked. Taste horrible. Everything else is just as bad. Breakfast is still okay. But with prices forget about eating this junk.

    The cheeseburger can't get any smaller but the buns are the same size. Meat has no favor at all. A worker chased me and others from table to table mopping the floor at lunchtime do it after the lunch rush not when people are eating! The Fries used to be #1 there lucky if there #3 in the fast food world. It's been a long time since I ate at McDonald's soooo disappointing!!!

    I called to ask if they still had a limited time food item and the lady was very rude and said "what are you doing besides prank calling mcdonalds" and was very stern about it saying how she has to serve other customers. i do not recommend this mcdonalds

    Absolutely awful experience tonight. I ordered fries and a drink on the mobile app to be picked up in the drive thru. I love using the app, that’s where the 1 and only star comes in. I arrived at the window at 9:28PM? Not sure exactly when I rolled up, but I was there before 9:30. I wait at one of the drive thru kiosks. Not a word was said to me until about 9:35. Okay so maybe this kiosk is broken? I drive around the building and get into the other line. Still nothing when the clock hits 9:40. I decide to pull up to the window and just give them the order number there. I mean, there was no one else in the line behind me so why not? I pull up to the window and look inside. There are 2 employees inside, neither with a headset on, and both cleaning like they are getting ready to close. Mind you, they close at 11PM. So they were still open for 1.5 hours. Neither of them acknowledged me, and eventually I had enough waiting and just left. I tried to call to ensure that the mobile order was canceled, and the phone rang for 20 minutes before someone halfheartedly answered the phone, just to tell me they couldn’t help me, didn’t see my order, and I needed to cancel it myself from the app. I don’t know if there was no manager on site that night, but be wary if you are planning to mobile order late night. 5/24/22 at about 9:30PM

    Continuous push away from human interaction . Use the Kiosk unless u need assistance or cash. Takes longer for Kiosk than register. 1 more way to get rid of humans👉👉

    it’s pretty sad that y’all say youre open till 11 pm and when i call and ask you say that too and then i go 30 minutes before and you’re literally closed. Like i get it 10-15 minutes before you close denying service but i’m definitely contacting HR about this. Rude as hell. I’m hungry. This will not be unsolved.

    Overall great customer care. No matter where I get fast food I make an appoint to stop, check bags to make sure all items were given. Otherwise, kind and great customer service.

    In my opinion, the Holiday Park, Plum, PA location is the worst McDonalds location. This a.m. Sunday 6/11/23, web says open at 5am, window sticker says open at 6am, and at 6:30am I sat at the drive-thru and was "ignored" until 6:35am when "I called on my cell" only to find out that they were ignoring me and weren't opening yet because they were waiting on an employee to arrive. Multiple other visits, at this and the Penn Hills, Saltsburg Road location, they have waited on people at the double-lane drive thru "out of order" thereby wasting customer time on their way to work. The food at the Holiday Park location is almost always room temp, or cold, hard and stale, as though it's been sitting under a lamp for a day or more, even at 7am in the morning! And the Lower Burrell, PA location has the RUDEST employees I've ever experienced. (Rumor says the rude employees are that way because the independent owners/manager are terrible to work for). I've never placed a complaint before because I have wasted enough of my time with McDonalds. But I am today, because I'm officially not going to McDonalds ever again as of today. I can go 3 minutes out of my way, anywhere else, and get better ... everything! I have had enough of McDonalds, Period. If your business is slipping, I'm honestly not surprised. I'm more surprised you're still in business.

    Cash register lady was nice I guess, but she took forever just to swipe my card. My fries had weird black specs all over them, like the grease hadn't been clean in a long time. My chicken and bread were also burnt.

    Staff at this location are fantastic. Over multiple orders, everything was prepared with care absolutely up to spec. I have worked at McDonald's, and I know the difference - these are some good people at this location.
