Nice community park in the Monroeville area. Our family came here for a summer concert and was delight by the amphitheater and it’s acoustic. Plenty of space for people to put chairs and picnic mat. For the little ones, there’s a small playground close to the soccer field. When it comes to accessibility, there are paved areas for people with wheelchair or motion disabilities.

Went for the NAMI walk for mental health... The park looked like it had a ton of stuff to do... Here are a couple of pics from the walk.

✴️ Updated August, 2023 Want to take a walk thru the park? Here's a 3 minute stroll. A full circuit is 5,601 steps, I think. Don't quote me on that. Do go visit the park. A little sunshine 🌞 will put a smile on your face. From the west entrance, walk paths branch around 4 baseball and 2 soccer fields. There's open pavilions that seat 60. Open sunrise 🌄 to sunset 🌇

Great location for private and community events! Over the years, the municipality has really improved the park. The turf was lush and green unlike other lawns and parks at this time. Gazebos, the amphitheater, and the fields are in good shape, and great walking/running tracks and a new trail. Attended a few events there this year and enjoyed each one.

Great place for all including your dogs. They even supply poop bags in key locations in case you forget. Always puck up! Beautifully landscaped pathways, every kind of game fields. Clean rest rooms and playgrounds. Fantastic job by Monnroeville and all the volunteers. The park is what it is because of the staff and volunteers.

There's lots to do here. Your group can reserve a pavilion for a group BBQ or reunion, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields. Nice walking paths, bench areas, gardens. Outdoor amphitheater area for festivals and events. It seems generally busy, so get to wherever you're going a bit early to find a close parking spot. There is always parking available somewhere, you may just have a short walk to get exactly where you want to be. Public restrooms are available.

Beautiful park with walking trails, playgrounds, lots of fields/courts. Parking is almost always accessible unless there is an event, in which case most folks park along the side of the road.

Appreciate they added some hiking trails. Reason for 4 stars is lack of shade on the main path. It's asphalt and radiates the heat in summer. No changing that. Bring water. Great place for a walk or some play in the large, grassy fields.

Immaculate, well kept, clean! Doggi friendly, so keep it that way for the rest of us please. Not much to do no good playground equipment

I go there to jog. It's beautiful, with a nice soft pavement that is great for running! It's so peaceful. I like it better than Frick Park because I don't have to run in dirt.

Was there for a bday celebration. Shelter was spacious and clean. Park was clean and quiet. Parking and playground was easily accessible and playground was conveniently next to shelter for the kids.

Lots of different areas to do activities, several play grounds, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court and soccer fields. The walking trail is nice for a quick workout. The only item the park is lacking is a dedicated dog park, as many animal owners frequent this park.

I primarily go here to walk and they have recently started adding hiking trails which is very cool. They have a lot of places to play various sports a well. All around good park.

My great nephew played in a baseball tournament. The park and baseball fields are gorgeous. We had easy access from the parking lot to the fields. I was very impressed.

I didn't realize how big the park was. They had great fields, the concession stand really stunk. It was hard with parking also. If I needed to go back, it would be much easier. You're first time we were late cause the signs were difficult. So leave early, pack a lunch or pray for a food truck. 😉

A big, beautiful park. My girls always have fun here, and I love looking at the tall trees across the field.
