Hotel is conveniently located right at the centre of the busiest City hub. Just meters away from the biggest bus terminal, the hotel is very well connected. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Rooms are clean and tidy. Security arrangements are top notch. Has elevator for smooth access to higher floors. Room service is nice and prompt. Restaurant food is nice too.

Front view and reception desk of this hotel is nice. But inside of the hotel lobby and rooms are very dirty. I have not seen anybody to clean room floor and bathroom within the duration of my 4 days stay period. AC and Non-AC all rooms are full of dust. Equipped with broken and nasty bathroom fitting from costliest to cheaper room. Owner rarely maintain the Hotel room. Tiles and marvels floor are not available in any room and bathroom

The staff were very approachable and helpful. A comfortable place to stay. The hotel is very clean throughout and my room was spacious with everything that i needed.I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Good but it doesn't clear the room

I must suggest all not to go their. Rooms are dirty. Toilets are just hell. Even basic amenities are not available. Intercoms do not work. Foods are costlier than that they deserve. Just avoid this hotel.

Rarely I give low stars. But it's worst experience when I had to stay for night to board morning train. AC does not work. Bed sheets are dirty. Room service is delayed.. one extra star is for food quality.

This is my second time in here for single night stay. 1st experience was not good enough but this time room no 105 is sooo good after seeing this & stayed here. Its comfortable stay . Worthy in one word. Well maintained room & bathroom clean & well serviced. Well behaved staff always ready to listen u. I didn't try food here but after going through the menu its ok type with food price. If i again come here i'll prefer this room specialy. Thanks for serving us best .
