Not many items on the breakfast or lunch menu, room service is not good. Although the rooms are small, but they were quite clean. Lift is questionable. Behaviour of receptionist was good, but that of the restaurant not so much...

Pros: It was a wonderful experience staying at Sagnik. The staffs are helpful. The rooms were clean, and the room service was also good. The price of the room was also ok. The dinning hall of this hotel is really good. Quality of the food was decent and affordable. Cons: The bathroom was small, when we are paying Rs 1232, we atleast deserve a better washroom with a standard size wash basin. Overall experience was good. Definitely worth staying.

After research we have booked this hotel in murshidabad. Location is best it is near to hazarduary museum and in city centre. They have multi cuisine restaurant. Some menu is best like Mutton Biriyani , Veg Thalia with non veg dishes. Room service is good and house keeping is good.

Staffs are good and well behaved. Rooms and toilets are not up to the mark. Food option is limited but good in quality.

Location is fantastic, it's not too far away from various tourist spots and the canteen is highly recommended. Beds in our room creaked a little too much with movement, something to keep in mind if you're booking for your honeymoon.

The hotel is very near to the railway station. The staff behaviour is their BSP. Each one of them is very courteous. They have their own restaurant and the food is delicious and very homely. The chicken biriyani is a must try. Highly recommended.

During my solo trip to Murshidabad on march-2023 I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It's very close to the rail station, surrounded with locality and all kind of shops. All the historical tourist spots like Hazar Duari is nearer as well. Room was good as per price, they have an in-house restaurant which serves decent and delicious foods, staffs were well behaved and room service was on time.

The Best hotel In Murshidabad. Specially their Hospitality and staff Behaviour is mind blowing. They are very much Welcoming in nature. For Food lovers its just like a heaven Specialy the Mutton Biriyani made by The chef Lalan Fakir. The Best Biriyani i have ever tasted in my life. Also try lacha parata Mutton kasha and Kashmiri chicken made by another chef(Kaka). Dont remember the name exactly. Will recommended this hotel for Family trip also with Kids.

Great location, close to most of the tourist attractions and railway station. All kinds of shops present in the vicinity. Room 210 was neat and spacious. There is restaurant in the ground floor which serves very good food at affordable price. The hotel is very safe and ambiance is good. Hospitality is commendable.

This is a great option for lodging and dining in Murshidabad in a reasonable price. The hotel is within 1.2 km distance from Murshidabad railway station, a Toto ride of about 6-7 mins.. The rooms are good, clean,well maintained, geysers are available in every room. Bell boys are friendly. It has a restaurant of it's own, and the best part is the taste of the food. Their every dish is tasty and of really reasonable price. 😋 I loved it thoroughly.

Nice stay, best hotel in murshidabad. We stay here for two days after staying and local sightseeing we found that only good food is available in here. Rooms are all specious and bathroom have geysers. Service are prompt and staffs behaviour are friendly. Try there biryani and thali in lunch

We stay here with our family in bara bhasan. Behaviour of the staffs is nice, front office manager is helpful, they arrange food for our 2 year baby. Rooms are cleaned and bathroom are also big. They have restaurant with good and delicious food. Sagnik Special biryani must try.

This hotel does not belong to a star category. I have stayed in many star hotels. I will name this hotel Star Hotel. Due to (1) reception character, (2) cleanliness of room, (3) used bedsheet pillow and (4) room service *****. Those who have stayed at this small hotel will know that a 5 star hotel does not have a swimming pool, bar and gym. I don't mean star above.
