A good fine dining place to spend quality time with friends and family. Good service with reasonable price

First, the service is amazing, starting from the entrance to serving food, special 5 ⭐ for #Brijesh who listened to us carefully and helped us with our order. I tried their Navratri menu but as I'm fasting I asked to remove few dishes from my thali, else it is huge thali with many dishes for people who are fasting and definitely for those who are not fasting.

It's an excellent place to dine in... It would really be better that they had this restaurant on the 2nd floor as in to attract more customers. Rest all was nice,a staff was friendly too. I will surely visit it next time I come in Pacific Mall

We planned to try out Punjab Grill tonight for a small family outing to celebrate Birthday. Food/Service/Ambience/Look & Feel/Music/Staff knowledge on food /Promptness/Management /Cocktails/Menu Varieties everything was perfect. Nicely done interiors now after a revamp. Best for North Indian Food.

I liked the service they were visiting frequently to ask if you needed anything. Their food was good little at pricey end though so is water bottle they don't have normal kinley or bisleri but some Himalayan water. So kindly mind it before ordering water bottle. I liked their dal makhani and malai kofta specially. Their pineapple raita is must recommended. Bon appetite!

The outlet is located on the top floor of pacific mall. The restaurant has a Mesmerizing interiors and well behaved staff.... Food is awesome... In my opinion recommended snacks are paneer cigar roll and papdi chaat for main course dal makhani is recommended. Apart from amazing cuisine the restaurant also serves alcohol, the outlet has ample amount of sitting place but would recommend to have a reservation if going on weekends as the place is crowded during dinner time in weekends. The restaurant also provides kitty party for female subject to minimum MG. Overall it is a highly recommended restaurant if looking for a sophisticated weekend get together.

Ordered kadhai paneer and dal tadka Kadhai paneer had uncooked tomatoes in it which was unedible. DAL TADKA Was OK, nothing fancy in it. Breads were 10/10 Service is good but explanation of dish and what was served were totally different.

Everything was so far so gud!! But the bill came when we are still having our desert!! I don't know why they are in such a hurry!! It's strange 🤔

They have fantastic service and excellent food serving manner and the quality of served food is just near the excellent. It can be perfect choice for couples and family and for other events as well. Please note the price of all items is quite high as compared to other restaurants.

Visited the restaurant for lunch and it was a very good experience! We were 4 and we ordered, paneer lababdar, dal makhni, butter roti, mojito and hari mirchi paratha. Everything was tasty, a little bit of dal makhni could've been improved. The breads were fresh and delicious. Properly cooked. Mojito had the perfect mix! Paneer Lababdar was very tasty. The total ambience was also very nice. A complete family restaurant I must say! The staff was also very nice and the service was also good.

Excellent place with excellent food quality , reached at 10:45 at there closing time still they treated us good got served hot food the staff was really nice & polite the ambience was good everyone there were so calm & cooperative , the food was really amazing there dal makhni & coffee mocha shake was really good, just felt pricing was little higher side but it was worth it

The place lives up its name of fine culinary dining. The ambiance is just great The place has a great vibee. The food is delicious and everything has a distinct flavour. The service was horrible, drinks were taking forever to repeat. Had to wait endlessly for food, even bad that the main course biryani order was so delayed that it felt like a dessert. The other main course gravy items were served in installments. This was all despite multiple interventions to staff & manager but it all went in vein. Please note that this is on a weekday, Monday evening when the restaurant was not even fully occupied. When I simply asked to remove the service charge as service was par below standards(one of the worst), the staff & manager shamelessly refused stating delays are evident and this is now a part of their salary. Disappointed with the overall experience, they've ruined our celebrations this evening, won’t recommend visiting. Only good part was the food, which was much better than their service, but what's the point, when food gets served in installments, ruining the experience, the servers are inexperienced, don't even understand the concept of hospitality despite being in the service industry.

A good experience, quite place where you can take your family or friends if you like a place where you can talk. Ambience is good, alcohol is available, food is great. Service is also good. They mention upfront how much time order will take. I tried katthal kofte, it was great. We had chicken starters, everything was good there as well. Usual butter chicken; overall, it's expensive but if you can spend it, it's worth it. We did have one issue with our order, but they managed it well.

#unbiasedreview I visited today and as soon as we sat down it was empty only a couple of families were there.We ordered half butter chicken, malai chicken tikka and 2 jw black label drinks. Seriously i am surprise to after seeing butter chicken taste and chicken malai taste unexpected butter chicken was litle bit spicy which should not happen and malai chicken was not fresh and not soft .And hard drinks price is too high. Yeh jab haal h in resturants ka jab inka koi naam nahi h market mein paise poore lete h service koi kaam ki nhi,food koi kaam ka nhi. Pheli baar khaya h aisa malai tikka jo fresh nahi tha. Hadd h yr Point to be noted : 1. service is accordingly to me no tissue finger bowl and mouth freshener given until asked for. 2. The chicken was not fresh and the furniture and the cutlery they use is extremely upmarket. Coming on to the taste we ordred is average like normal roadside resturant feeling. At last , sitting was pretty good but not like they tough to gourmet fine dining.

The place was nice with white and gold coloured interior. The food (appetizers) were really good,the main course was okay in taste. The bathroom is neat and clean. Service was a bit slow.

It was a birthday party of my 2 year daughter at lunch time. Ordered no onion and no garlic food (dal tadka and paneer) and it totally tasteless no spicy at all. Both items were like patient food. Chef didn't k ow how to make food delicious without no onion and no garlic. Chef should learn and practice on this, advice for them. In spite of guests waiters were busy in serving food and alcohol to the restaurant manager TEJ SINGH. If so, then why we guests go there to eat food. Let the waiters serve to them only. This make the service slow. I had to call waiters 2, 3 times. NO ONE LIKED THE FOOD AT ALL. Only rice, naan, missi roti were good and remaining food and cake they packed properly. TIME AND MONEY BOTH I WASTED. THINK BEFORE GOING THERE AT PUNJAB GRILL, PACIFIC MALL NEAR SUBHASH NAGAR METRO STATION. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT 😞

Had ordered Non-veg and a Veg platter. Frankly , it was quite ordinary, nothing special. Didn't meet our expectations. Kind of disappointed .

Poor service even on a week day! Inspite of charging 10% extra on service, the order requested came all wrong. Undercooked Snacks ( Veg Dahi Kabab). Cold Coffee was terrible in taste. Do not recommend this place, waste of money and no taste.

Bad service, ok-ish food. Server took my order but forgot to place it in the kitchen. I lost my appetite in between. I told the manager that i m giving a negative feedback to them, he replied that i m threatening him.(weird!) I think their staff needs some training. When it comes to fine dining restraunt,one needs good food with good and polite staff. They missed the latter one.

Punjab grill serves gourmet for elite profile preferring good taste and healthy eating buds. The place is located amongst posh Khan market and tastefully designed with modern taste buds.The black,white and golden decor is very 2ell complemented with traditional props and background folk music. They have interesting fusions to offer yet the flavor and quality is not compromised. A meal here was a delectable experience. Here's what we had: 1.Chaat sampler: It had palak patta Chaat which was absolutely crunchy and tangy. Jowar bajra chaat: Millets with puffs,onion,microgreens which tasted like a bhel and quinoa methi tikki. Interestingly they tasted as awesome as the regular loaded Chaat and surprisingly these were super light and healthy. 2. Non veg kabab platter: A treat for grill lovers,this platter offered lamb chops(perfectly fork tender,slow cooked,melt in mouth chops with earthy masala coating),Amritsari machchi(batter fried fresh fish fillets were absolutely crispy outside and flaky inside)seekh kabab(heavenly mash of tender meat with spices) and Chicken Malai tikka (melt in mouth,tender and creamy) Every dish was unique and tasted perfect. The masalas don't overpower yet give a distinct taste. 3.Patiala shahi chicken:One of the best chicken gravy dish I've ever had.The gravy had chunks of capsicum,onion and tomatoes with fine grounded masalas making it absolutely yumm. 4.Mutton punjab grill: Rustic yet smooth.The gravy will make you nostalgic with granny style home preparations that we get in punjab. 5.Amritsar keema kulcha:A great tasting keema stuffing which was abundant in every bite. 6.Kulfi falooda:A well presented usual dish which tasted unusually perfect with fine detailing to the taste. 7.Aam ras ki churi:A great fusion with mangoes and traditional crumbled churi.This one is not to be missed. Apart from these I tried coconut water flavoured with lavender which was a saviour in killing humidity and heat outside and was refreshing. Rola Cola was interesting mix of spices and cola. A special mention for ever smiling staff member Anshu who served us like a perfect person. It's a great place for north Indian food lovers who appreciate taste,health and presentation.

Quantity and quality both are not according to the bill raised. Today on 28th we had lunch at your restaurant. Onion , chatni and fresh lime soda was not at all good . Tandoori roti was really too thin. Rates accordingly are too high.

This place is is amazing in terms of authentic punjabi food. Taste is too good and ambience is good. Staffs are supportive and well behaved. Foods are delicious, if you visit Pacific mall you can give it a try. Price for 2 (With Alcohol) : 2500 (Approx)

Recently visited this fine dining restaurant located in Pacific mall third floor. Had 1) Murgh malai tikka - The tikka was very soft and had enough malai on it and had a Smokey taste, the chicken was quite juicey and five big chunks of malai tikka were there in a plate. 2) Raunaqeen seekhan (chicken) - The chicken seekh kebab were covered in some yellow sauce which was a bit sweet, the seekh were quite tender and tasted yummy. 3) Paneer lababdar - The paneer lababdar was cooked perfectly had lots of chunks of onion and tomato and other spices it had a sweet and savoury taste at the same time. It had a nice taste. 4) Murgh makhani - The murgh makhani tasted very average as it is their recommend dish but was not enough creamy, it had boneless chicken and tasted average. 5) Butter naan - the naan were hot and buttery and soft too. The quantity served was very less according to the price they charge. The ambience was very good, good songs were playing the staff was also very courteous and humble. The only con is it's very expensive, but otherwise really had a nice time at this place.

The food is good. But it takes awfully long for orders to fructify. Moreover, the service definitely needs improvement and attention. And though food is their strong point.... cocktails are definitely NOT!! The cocktails will leave you sweet enough to refuse any dessert later.

Good hygiene, space maintained and great food. Loved the Jackfruit Biryani and Soya Fillets. Both amazing vegan dishes!

Food was too plain, nothing like Punjab can be seen in the main course veg servings. overrated place to be honest , too disappointed with veg food. Not sure how they serve non veg. Starters were okay.
