Worst service. During booking time they will tell one price and at the time of check-in they will tell another price, I felt not worth price to stay in this residency, Near by this residency there are so many residency available, in that service and facilities are good. To attract people they will put less amount during booking time once we reach to spot they will tell you booked non AC rooms so you need to another 1000 rs extra to get ac rooms. They not mentioned properly during booking. Avoid this Aryan residency apart from this choose any other, there are so many residency near beach itself, they are very good and facilities also very good. Don't get fool by booking this residency. Here big big rats are their. Worst experience to stay here.

We are a group of 6 people booked this hotel for 3 nights. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Staff are very concerned and respectful. They will help you and suggest well. Please do consider this budget friendly hotel when you gonna visit murdeswar or netrani islands for a comfortable stay.

Good rooms walkable distance from the main beach and temple. Staffs are well behaved and helpful. One may consider staying there with friends and family after a day out or so. Although during peak times they usually charge almost 3 times (same as the hotel/resorts facing the beach) for the usual rooms inspite of their distant location from the beach. Hope will reconsider my rating in my next visit there.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, I found it to be average. The room was not clean and not comfortable, too much smell inside the rooms. The staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient, especially being near the temple, which was a plus. However, I expected more amenities for the price I paid. If you're looking for a basic accommodation near the temple, this hotel might suffice, but don't expect anything too extraordinary."

Room is good and price is not too much. Soap, towels, will be given. Morning coffee available from outside.

Over priced. Highly charging for the quality provided. The room was with stuffy smell. Disturbance of Street dogs through out night. Insects and cockroaches inside the room. Windows curtains were insufficient. No privacy. Not recommended for people who look for clean and quiet stay.

Best & budget room to stay. Definitely worth. Just 5mins walk away from the main temple.

Old Residency. Overall experience was good. Walkable distance to temple. Only place for Rental bikes are available in murdeswar. They have one more rental bike station at railway station.

Moderate one.hot water will be available in early morning time only. Inbetween if you requested for child also they won't put hot water. Room is partially clean. Don't ask for rate there in reception for auto and bus. They used to say high rate later I come to know to choose their own travel they said like that. Theu have their own Hotels and Cabs Hight rate they will tell. If your ok you can accomodate. Over all 3 . Ok for One day stay.

An ordinary independent building converted into a commercial residency, awful state of rooms and the bedding. There is no lift and very difficult for elderly to climb stairs even for first floor. Rustic ambience outside and ancient bhoot bunglow type feeling inside. Bed linen is ages old and God knows it was last washed. No in house restaurant no options immediately outside. Only good thing was the A/c fortunately working well. Location wise, about a km away from temple and beach.

We went there as group of 6 people all adults. The big room was really great in condition and had 2 bathrooms which was sufficient for the entire group to get ready in sometime. The location towards the beach is also pleasant and 5 min walk to the Murudeshwar mandir. The owner and caretakers were helpful as they coordinated with us all the time. They also helped us arrange a cab to continue our rest journey

Not at all good for the money we spent and u won't get hot water after 9am and moreover bathroom is not good as I found frog inside the bathroom ... Compare to other hotels it's too inside like we should walk on the street where u won't find lighting also.....and price also more, we stayed only one night another day we have shifted to Royal residency beside to indraprastha hotel and price also reasonable and less than Aryan residency....and you don't choose like agoda and make my trip....for booking we will find many persons beside the roads and asking for lodges.....so better to go directly and choose accordingly....

Superb hospitality by Aryan residency. I came for a weekend of scuba and they let me freshen up outside of my check in and check out times! Rooms are nice and tidy

If you are looking for spending a night somewhere at cheap rates, then this place is fine. Nothing fancy, just basic for 2 people. Only advantage is the location which is 5 mins walking distance from murdeshwar temple. Price: not worth spending more than 900 rs

Stayed 2 days. Rooms are ok but lot of cockroaches are there, curtains not washed and some time water problem. If they take care this things and maintain properly then it is worth to book.

We stayed here for 1 Night & we really had a great service from this hotel w.r.t hospitality & cleanliness & also affordable too. Also it is at a walkable distance from the temple. Very good place to stay at Murudeshwara with family. 😊

Clean AC rooms, very close to the beach and walking distance to the temple. Good budget hotel. The owner is very responsive and professional. He provided a receipt instantly on deposit payment

Rooms r good n as shown on the photos by the property owner. Nearness to the temple is not to b complained as it adds just another 100mtr as compared to other good hotels. Never tried food their as i was ok to walk upto indraprastha which is 200mtr from Aryan hotel. The AC, TV, hot water works without any issues. 1. Only the high dynamic cost is the reason for me giving 4*. Probably i paid 15-20%(1700/- per day during Dec 16-18 2022) higher than others who booked online thru good deals whereas i booked the hotel thru call. 2. Curtains are not sufficient to block the outside light. 3. Mildly pests inside the room coz of the big ventilator hole in bathroom.

What could have been a great experience was ruined by the carelessness of the staff. We had booked a room and had informed the hotel of the check-in time at 12:00pm, two days in advance and again reminded them on the day of check-in, 3 hours before arriving. Inspite of this, when we reached hotel at 1:30pm, the room was not ready. We had to wait for 30 mins for our room to get ready. That too when we asked for a first-floor room, the receptionist mentioned that it will take additional 3 hrs. All of this when booking was done 2 weeks in advance. In addition, we informed hotel that we will check-out at 5:00am as it was a long drive back home and inspite of we being assured of someone being at reception or sleeping near reception area, we could not find anyone at 5:30am. When I called the number mentioned on reception desk, first the call was disconnected, then he picked the call and said he is coming, then did not come and slept back. After waiting for sometime, I started looking for the person physically, woke him up and completed the check-out process and refund of deposit. The menu that you find in the hotel is of some other (small time) restaurant who would parcel the food in plastic bags and will provide paper plates. We ordered a veg thali and found it difficult to eat from plastic pouches and simple plates. They charge additional delivery charge of nominal Rs 10. Apart from above experience, the hotel is very conveniently located at a walking distance of 500m from temple and 750m from beach. The rooms are spacious, clean but have two single beds joined which gets inconvenient for three people (in our case 2 adults and a baby).

Very good Hotel and staff. Best for family and group tour. but double bed made by connecting 2 single beds. Improve this.There is no 24 hour hot water facility.

At walkable distance from Murudeshwar temple and beach. New construction, neat n clean specious rooms. No lift. Many veg non-veg food options available around 100m distance from Lodge. Room charges varied depending on holiday season.

Rooms are quite okay.,but needs proper maintenance, such as leaky taps, drained out batteries in remotes etc.

An very average lodge, which is not so expensive. It's away from centre place. No cupboard in the room. Overall an average lodge with average fecilities. You can get better rooms in the same area for the same price

Rooms are good. They r trying to expand the place. All the best to them. It would be better to provide shaded parking during hot months and a few chairs to sit while waiting to check in.
