When looking for a pleasant stay, I came across this property and didn't have to look elsewhere, the location is perfect. The house is clean and the place is really well maintained. The roads to this property is a bit offroad situation and is tricky during monsoon, yet it doesn't count in when getting a perfect 5 start review. Anybody looking for a great stay in murdeshwar, highly recommended.

The most peaceful and clean homestay we have had in coastal region yet! Separate entrance, spacious room, great a/c, comfy bed, quiet street but central spot. Me and my family has only stayed one night but can highly recommend! I am definitely come back for long stay.

The rooms are adequately spaced, air conditioned and well furnished. The space, linen and washrooms were spotless. The environment there was so homely that you'd not feel that you were somewhere out to stay. Special mention to Mr. Nagaraju and Mr Narsimha for being the best host i've ever experienced. Extremely hospitable, they were at our service promptly, helped us with our commute and was so warm with the whole family. Also here to mention, Mr. Kumar who brilliantly manages the property. He was so friendly and approachable. I'd 100% recommend this place since it's perfectly located, all the attractions are within 4-5Km radius, it gives you a farm house vacation kind of feel and the best hospitality i've ever experienced.

This homestay is very well maintained place. It had four 1bhks. Even if you have a bigger group and want more than 1bhk, it's possible to combine two 1bhks into 1 with an internal door. A very cosy place for small gathering of friends and family. It has clean rooms with AC. its 600-700 meters away from main road, so you definitely need a car. But that shouldn't stop you. Its very near to the temple arch. Nagaraj, the caretaker is available always and stays in the same property. He was especially was very helpful by suggesting local places to eat and travel. I would definitely visit again.

Recommended!! The place is very clean and their service is also really good and fast. The owner bought breakfast for us in the morning. The surrounding is also really quiet and safe. Must visit.

An excellent stay. Loved the way the rooms were maintained. The Air conditioning in the rooms were top notch with no issues. Also Mr. Nagaraj and Narasimha were very friendly and assisted us during our stay. Would love to visit there again soon.

The property is within 1km of main temple and It was a great stay here. Caretaker guys Nagrajan and Narsimha were very helpful. The rooms and ambiance was very attractive.

Located a good place where you can actually enjoy the nature and the view and a accessible place with 4 wheelers. Has a good parking area and staff's are actually good and caring. They will provide you with everything you need at your door step within few minutes. Rooms are clean and well mentained, not a single stain mark. Absolutely splendid view in the early morning.

We had booked a 2bhk n 1bhk rooms for our group, it was very clean n spacious, definitely recommended. Care takers specially Nagaraj was very understanding and took good care of us. Would be booking Coastal Perl again next time when visiting Murudeshwar.

Had planned a road trip and while booking this homestay I was not sure of how it would turn out to be. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of hospitality and quality this place offers. Have to say one of the best places I have stayed at away from home. A special thanks to the care taker Mr Nagraj, who is such a polite and well mannered person. I would love to come back here again. Despite a large group of 9 people, our stay was very comfortable. The hospitality offered during the stay is beyond words: immaculate rooms and helpful and courteous caretakers who catered to all our needs. I booked the property through Mr Kumar, a very humble and polite person who briefed us about everything before giving us the property. Arrangements of autos and getting us food was looked after by Mr Nagaraj and Mr Narsimha, the caretakers at the property. The property is worth every penny. I would love to come back here

The rooms and the property were excellent and very well maintained. The location is hardly 3mins from the highway. The staff were polite and eager to serve. Food has to be ordered from out or you can even cook in the room as kitchen is available. Loved the stay.

Taking this time to write a review because we had a wonderful stay. Everyone has posted a 5 hstar review and that’s a testament to the caretakers. The property is new, very clean (even the window grills did not have a speck of dust on it). The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. We mostly were savoring the local cuisine outside. But the kitchen is well stocked with all the needs to cook a decent family meal. It’s located 2-3 minutes off the highway. The bed sheets and towels were clean and fresh. A nice front porch for hangout. Location is also perfect, It is close to the highway, Kamat hotel is close by for food. Another hotel Prakruti has good non-veg food. The temple Access road is also just opposite. The only thing to be aware off, if you are arriving after the sunset is that there are no street lights once you leave the highway. After a few meters the road becomes a dirt road .There is a sign board on the dirt road, but itseasy to miss. Also, it’s very important that you take the lane next to Deepak hotel. We missed ours and Google maps rerouted us via the next one which took us in the middle of a field. Again this is not a complaint, just something to be aware of when reaching after sunset. The road is fine during the day. Now coming to the caretakers. Narasimhan took very. good care of our needs. He was polite, courteous and available whenever we needed him. Nagaraj is a very good communicator. Before our arrival he himself reached out to get status of our arrival. Replied to either calls or messages almost immediately. Tried his best to address our concerns. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to our friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coastal Pearl Homestay, and it proved to be a delightful experience. Nestled in a serene coastal setting, this hidden gem offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Their personalized approach truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Great property....great service and clean rooms ....the only problem is location ....it almost 2 km from Murdeshwar Temple....but have auto 🛺 connectivity to Murdeshwar Market. Price is slightly higher as we have visited on Dec. If, They can include food then that will be better for customer. Overall good experience.

The property is beautiful clean and well maintained.The manager and caretaker were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. Your own vehicle is a must as it's off the beaten track in a quiet and secluded place. The staff took the trouble of decorating the bedroom with heart balloons and flowers for our friends who were celebrating their wedding anniversary. The place was one of the cleanest places I've been to. The place was a little bit inside but that actually turned out to be the best part as it was calm, peaceful and positive. The manager was extremely kind and the care taker nagraj was so so helpful. Nagraj was available at our beck and call and actually followed up w us as soon as we reached. There was also an auto service set up to take us to and from the hotel. The food was also amazing with decent quantity. Nagraj guided us about the local attractions and also gave us good insight about best places in gokarna as well. One of the best stay experiences. The place truly lives up to the name homestay as it maintains a home-y vibe. Highly recommended!!

This place is amidst lush green field with picturesque hills to add the view. The behavior of both the staff is very co operating and pleasant. Nice qnd comfortable rooms make thestay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The peaceful and clean homestay we have had recent past. Particularly in coastal region. Clean and tidy Spacious Reachable Comfortable Owner and caretaker are really wonderful People. We must appreciate their work and their communication. Nagaraj is good caretaker. He is very good. Native person. Must appreciate him. It’s good stay. Visitors please keep it clean because you will get a feel of your own house. It’s a beautiful stay.

Its one of a kind, be it location, well designed property or service. Excellent and peaceful experience overall. Care takers actually take care and are always available for us. Location is scenic and near highway. I found it to be 3km from murudeshwar temple using service road. Where maps showed 8km. So its a plus point. There are veg or nonveg restaurants in vicinity and caretaker brings anything that you need. Overall a great experience
