One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever visited. Stayed here on Oct 1 and went through worst experience. Bedsheets were very dirty with hairs sticking on it. Door has not latch so every time you need to lock the room from inside. No hot water after 9 am. No inter comm facility. They charged me 4500rs for the night which is not even with 100rs WILL.POST THE PHOTOS OF THIS Place as well

Horrible stay. At mid night some one was banging and trying to break in and asking if you have booked 2 rooms. They have handed over the key and we have paid and booked through make my trip. But still after 12 at night they were banging. No security. No safety. Bad stay.

Worst place to stay. Staff is worst ..they are like scammer. They provided us AC rooms and AC was not at all working and excuse given that compressor has some issue. For family trip “No” to this hotel.

Worst service. Drinking water not available all employees busy on their mobile..lift is also not working you can see dirty place in attached photo...room tray was not clean ...bedsheet also not clean...dirty place never ever recommend to anyone...

Wrost room don't prefer this lodge unnecessary charge 4500Rs for 12 hours. Bed sheets are very dirty and no clean. Maintenance is very poor and wrost. No hot waters. It's worth is only 500Rs but they charge 4500 for 12 hour's. Don't prefer this Lodge.

Not eligible for single star also.. Very worst experience.. Not suitable for family, smoking smell everywhere. Lodge attached with BAR, many drunk peoples are staring at family. Beds are having bad smells, dirty towels , TV is only for showpiece. They are having free WiFi but very weak network in rooms. No hot water after 6am also. You need follow for hot water. Overall not recommended for families.. Batchelor can enjoy, huge parking space, they welcome with big smile.

It was good experience we got the room very quickly and the checkout was also very fast room was clean everything was okay 👍

The room's are in worst condition... Service and cleanness is very poor... Continuously bad smell is coming from washroom and if we talk about bedsheets and that blankets till date never experienced this much dirty bedsheets and blanket anywhere in this type hotel. Sorry to say but overall worst experience..I am giving the single because of it's location that is near to murudeshwara temple other than that nothing to say...

Was not clean and had a very noisy atmosphere walls were not painted very smelly midnight there was huge noise no calmness in the hotel, tv was not working they said this all later they charged 2500 for two rooms with no proper maintenance

I am trying one months for booking for this hotel .but the hotel front desk r very irresponsible people. They r not responding well. Pls don't go in this hotel. They r not ready to communicate. They r very bad.

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid Rs, 6500 for single night too expensive, roads are better than room, Overall a horrible experience for a night .

We were put up at Jaya Lodge and it was an average stay. The rooms were good. We had taken four rooms ( two family rooms and two couple rooms). It had huge wardrobes and a balcony. But the washrooms were not well maintained. The flush tank was leaking. The bathroom cup was leaking. The wash basin was broken in one of the rooms. There is no in-house restaurant. In the morning, a man comes shouting "Chai/Coffee" like in Railway Stations and it was pathetic. The staff was friendly and helpful ( though we did not mention about the broken wash basin, leaking flush tanks etc.)

Rooms are not good, very bad service, bed sheets and blankets are not good. price is not justified for rooms, there are no good options in Murudeshwar, avoid stays here in Murudeshwar...

Ambience of room is nice. But for a price of Rs. 3,300 for an A/C room, no complementary drinking water, shower not working and Rs. 100 per hour as extension charges. Paying Rs. 3,800 for this isn't worth it. Hope they work on the pricing a little

Nice service and beautiful rooms with reasonable price but no tv and slow wifi but still not bad

The location is near to Murdeshwara statue but the rooms were not that great and it was too expensive for that place. I would suggest to check out rating for the stays before visiting Murdeshwara. Food also was really bad, rooms were not clean and there is no hot water.

It was a very bad experience with this lodge. This place includes a bar and restaurant which was not recommended for families.

Horrible is a small word to explain the staff, management and people designated for maintenance of this hotel. By any chance if you are reaching early, don’t; or else they will not even open the door and make you sit outside showing their tantrums. The guard is such a stubborn man that won’t even listen or see your booking. I have never ever experience such type of bad behaviour.

Its an average hotel. Staff is average. Had to ask twice for towels. In morning hot water was not there so had to go and wake up staff. Rooms are big and spacious. Bed was decent. Bathroom was clean. Rooms have balcony. Upkeep is low - in my room the water knob was broken. The switchboard had one switch pushed in like somebody banged it in frustration. Parking is decent but the bar customers might block your vehicle.

Hated it stay clost 2600 for Ac.Not worth it Hot water only in the morning frm 6to9 am

Very poor taste I have ordered biryani & chicken kabab & chicken chilly Chinese They have provided me kabab in chicken dry fry style Birynai was tastelsss normal rice with 2 pieces of chicken & fish curry they have given me with biryani Chilly was horrible. Thought it is a govt of karnataka tourism. They don't maintenance the quality of food. Don't try food here tasteless food.

No coordination between owner and staff no proper response at the time of physical booking rates highly charged as per demand no bargain can be done which is worst part if someone needs it urgently

WORST HOTEL! The rooms shown in pictures were totally different than the real ones, dirty sheets, ventilation issues and small rooms. Not fit for family booking When confronted with the owner he told us to cancel the booking and he'll refund the money which till date i haven't got. Please don't go for this hotel

The worst hotel I have resided in my life time with this price. They have Maintained the outside look very well.Please don't choose this hotel.if your not getting any rooms near by murudeshwar temple and Need a comfort stay,just check near by cities lodging also. As per them,they have 2 types of rooms.standard non ac and ac. Rs 1500/- charging for non ac(that time,online we will get it for about rs 1200/-) . For ac,Rs 3000/- they are charging (but it is not available in any of online application,if rooms are available also). I (was with family)couldn't book online,directly went to hotel... As per them, I took standard ac room(paying by Rs 3000/- night). The staff coperation was very bad.i parked the vehicle as per they directed. The room was very old but made as new by using painting(photos attached for every issue with this hotel). foods are not available here(as per them,whenever the bar is attached with this hotel is open,then only the restaurant will open). For having dinner,i couldn't take my vehicle because of some one has allotted parking infront of my vehicle. When I addressed the same to hotel people, not received any action.the toilet and rooms are not maintained well(as per price). Hot water was not available(I was not complained because if I am complaining,I can't sleep in that night). The electrical connection is in a dangerous condition and the room was not cleaned properly. After these experiance,i read some review of some plat forms like gmap and travel apps. In that also they had some very bad experiences.So, i think they won't change. IF YOU WANT GENUINE AND DIRECTIONAL REVIEWS OF PLACES,HOTELS,RESTAURANTS AND ALL WHICH RELATED WITH GOOGLE MAP.....PLEASE FOLLOW ME IN GOOGLE MAP
