Pathetic hotel staff. Beware they are full of liars. I have booked booking through phone with him and sent the full amount. But in the last moment they returned my amount and told that hotel fare increased. Even when I have told them that your hotel owner told me this fare. Hotel Manager replied that it was computerised software . Really Shame on you people. How can you lie so much? I have all the proofs.

Located a few mtrs from the temple. They have two types of rooms: one with view which costs 2800 and other normal rooms which costs 2500. This price doesnot includes breakfast. Rooms are clean and hygiene to stay. They have parking space as well. Service can be improved. Do not expect luxury as its a budget friendly place. Good option to consider. Charged Rs 2300 for the room and the sockets were not working and Hot water was not available in the promised time between 5AM-9AM. Fakely accuses for missing goods and when told they were't present in the first place the receptionist shuts his mouth which exposed his trick to make some quick bucks. The staff lacked proffesionalism

The Rooms are so Comfortable we booked non AC delux rooms this was compared to 3 star hotel and Service is Little Poor but u don't have to depends upon hotel service the location of hotel is just Outside the temple so everything is near to Hotel.. Good rooms good Environment. Very budget friendly hotel. 1500 for 2 for a night.

Located on the way to Murudeshwar temple and hardly a few metres away at walking distance. Rooms were clean and maintained. In my case the bathroom flush wasn't working and they didn't fix it during the stay so that disappointed me from the service point of view. Parking is limited. A pure veg restaurant located on the same property. Overall good and recommended.

Very good place to stay during your visit to Murudeshwar. The hotel is hard to find by on 3rd party booking website, recommended to call them or book from their site. Hotel has its own parking space. Staff is nice and courteous. Rooms are spacious, well kept. Bathrooms are clean with hot water facility in the morning hours. The hotel is walking distance from temple and other restaurants. Nice experience overall.

Clean well maintained excellent room reasonably priced, central AC and great facilities some rooms have excellent view of raja gopuram and temple gopuram as well as statue of shiva is just walkable distance from hotel

Worst experience. Won’t come again. Not clean, not hygiene nothing works and no body cares being expensive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO FIND SOME BETTER.

Wonderful experience staying at Royal retreat. Rooms are huge neat and clean. The view from the room is divine, as you get to see the huge statue of Lord Shiva in all its glory. Food is delicious, the staff were punctual with their orders. The owners and the staff are polite and very helpful. Overall an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend to all...Must visit

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff were very prompt and professional. The views from the rooms were fantastic with a majestic view of the temple and the vast expanse of the ocean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Excellent hotel I would say. One of the best hotels to stay. Value for money. Before this hotel we checked in to another hotel and found it was terrible. We were fortunate to find this Royal retreat hotel. Rooms are very good and they provided towels, soap, shampoo and also room service is also available. It was very clean and tidy. Even staffs are very friendly and accommodating. We checked in early morning Thursday and they gave us room even though we checked in early at no additional cost. Also location wise it's very near to temple and lot of restaurants are nearby. Very good location. They also provide tour packages to honnavar, gokarna, kollur, idagunji, udupi etc. We availed those services and they were also very good. Provided good car and driver and they showed us all places at reasonable cost.

Service is not good, you can get hot water only from morning 5 to 9am and also no wifi connection. RECEPTIONALIST so rudely he responded(He “lam busy can u call me at 11pm” when I call at 11pm he said “can u call in morning “ then I told sir “pls I thought of staying for one more day so pls check avalilability for another day,, if room is not there I ll book in other hotels since it is new year it will be rush” within a second he said “NO ROOM “ and he disconnected the call immediately “”so I booked the other residency for one more day”)Neat and decent rooms, kindly change the receptionalist.

Very good hotel rooms specially the deluxe ones which have nice view of the main temple and partial sea view. Good rates as well. Thank you.

Very clean Hotel. King size bedrooms have nice view & proper day light. Direct view of temple from window. Beach is hardly 50mtrs from here. Also, restaurant is there in same building with good food.

It’s a great hotel with great pricing and location. We just walked in and got the room. Hotel is situated near the temple. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are also big and clean. Room rates are very reasonable. They have sea facing rooms as well which provide great view of temple. Parking is available in front of hotel and also in basement. Breakfast option is not available. But there is pure Veg restaurant Indraprastha where food is decent. Opens at 7:30 am for breakfast. Overall a great place to stay.

Whoever sees my comments just come to conclusions that this hotel is really amazing 😍❤️. Those who can afford 1000 can stay here because the place and environment is really good. Don't forget to try their hotel especially the Gobi Manchurian man it's mind blowing taste Of course this hotel can keep there as royal . 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice AC hotel, small rooms, got no hot water upto 9.30 in morning, bcz pump was not working.

Royal Retreat - Peaceful Stay at Murudeshwar Rooms were quite excellent and spacious. Sea veiw and Temple veiw from Room itself. Food quality both breakfast and lunch was awesome. Hospitality of Hotel owner Mr. Manjunath is excellent and he tries to take care of every customer and see that everyone feel homely stay. Hotel staff is very polite and very co operative in all respect. Overall very good hotel to stay in Murudeshwar. From my experience I  give 5* for the cleanliness, Spacious Rooms, Food Quality, Location of the hotel. Shankar Shetty & Family Mumbai. 09.10.2022.

The property is neat and clean. Very near to trample. Ample parking. The price is reasonable. Only reason I have not given 5 star is, it has no CCTV.
