I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly untidy, and there were no dustbins anywhere on the property. Guests were instructed to throw garbage across the road, which was unacceptable. Moreover, there was no hot water supply in most rooms; instead, they provided electric rods to heat water in buckets. The lack of housekeeping was evident, and there were potholes scattered throughout the property. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly rude. When confronted, they threatened to cancel the room booking. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've attached pictures for reference. Stay away from this place! People who have posted good reviews are the property people only to cover the bad reviews.

Most pathetic stay anyone can ever have, it was unhygienic, dirty, the water was dripping the whole night in bathroom. The manager which was there in the day time was very rude. We asked for blanket 2-3 times still no blanket was provided. No soaps in bathroom and washbasin in bathroom was broken water was spilling on us. They are highly overcharging and taking advantage of tourists. If you come here with a car it’s better to sleep in car rather booking this place which no where near of being called as a resort.

Very rude and nonsense Owner and the Staff. Only visit this place if you wish to ruin your holidays. 1. Language barrier as we were from Maharashtra the people at the resort were least cooperative and very rude at times. 2. No basic amenities provided not even drinking water. On asking for the same he asked us to purchase the same from his own shop at the entrance. Or drink the water used for washing utensils from the tank. 3. We had booked the hotel online and even though it was discussed on call that they will arrange a mattress for the third person but after reaching their, the owner was asking for extra charges for the mattress and instead was handing us the plastic mat for sleeping saying this is what we offer as complimentary for sleeping. 4. If you are booking the rooms online then you will be offered the third class rooms to stay as you will not have any choice. However if you are booking the rooms at the eleventh hour then they will show you the rooms on the ground floors and will charge a hefty amount for the same.

Worst experience.. Rooms are not cleaned, no hot water , toilets are not cleaned ,sort of fungus smell in room and prices are too high compared to near by resorts.. do not book this hotel so many hotels are there close to the beach with low price and good services

Worse. Very Disappointing. Don’t Book. The Room costed us 3000₹ for One Night The Cost is okay. but the service is worse that I ever seen. When We arrived The Jet in the Washroom was Broken and when We ask the staff to get is fix. they left the reception and sat outside the hotel and laughed at us. Making us wait for more than 2 hours and still didn’t fix it. We wanted to visit the temple early in the morning so we adjusted and slept trough. It was the worse experience of any hotel I ever had. The Owner Was Ignorant to Our Queries and Ask us to Use Mugs instead.

Very bad experience. No privacy. Shabby outset. Roomboy knocked the door at 10pm and asked for AC remote and never returned it. I had to switch off AC and hand over remote to him. Roomboy knocked door at 7am and asked if I have the hot water electric rod. Its a lodge not a resort. I hope they improve service. No restaurant so have food outside and checkin. Good to checkin for bachelors. Bedsheets, pillow covers had stains.

Very very Bad experience, and don't ever visit here, suitable only for slum bachelor. Look like a Bar and restaurant. If you want hot water shower need to wait 2 hours for one bucket. And don't forget keep cotton for protect your 👂. From atleast you attacked by minimum 10types of insects. For all AC rooms only one remote if you need to change temperature you will ask every time. My overall all ratings is -10 ( minus Ten)

The location is good but rest all are worst. Room's are very bad. There is no room service. No dustbin. Hot water is available only from 6 to 8AM which is very strategic considering people will spend late night and definitely wont wakeup early in the morning.

Very bad maintanence, we have visited recently, donot go this hotel, this is not good for families. The owner of thid hotel took full amount and escaped till 9.30 morning. No hot water every worst

I expected a little better even though this is only a one star hotel. Had to ask for a towel and sheets for the bed and make it myself. Food stall across the road made me a nice omelette which was the highlight of my quick visit.

The worst experience I ever had before in any other place. I was wounding why this place doesn't have OYO service then I came to know that OYO doesn't want to spoil the brand name. Since there is no proper communication to the consumer and they fool the customer by giving wrong communication. I stayed only for one with my family but I am unhappy with their behaviour and service to the customer. If anybody visits this resort. Please take a everything in written since during the check out they will fool you by asking additional charges. So be careful during the check-in and know about the protocol and take everything in written.

Parking is an issue here and the staff are not cooperative. The owner is humble and understands the issue when raised however I must say pls change your staff as they don't know how to behave with your paid guest.

Good place for stay near to sea but rooms are not cleaned properly and strong smell of phenol. AC is vintage, only option just on/off. They don’t serve food. Do not book online/call seeing images in Google, I suggest view the rooms personally and take your decision. Don’t be in a hurry, there are many resorts/rooms in Murudeshwar which are available.

People are not ethical. They take complete amount for the room service file refunding gives hundred reason to detect that amount rooms are not clean. Only when asked whether the given event for the dormitory, they only charge too much, but not giving such kind of experience complete see through rooms, even requesting for any service. They just deny giving me reasons. Services are pathetic horrible if you could ask me, I suggest I give zero ratings just because it is one stand I am just trying to me. Keep it very very minimal.

We had been to this stay unfortunately, most terrible experiance We came from bangalore -paid 3k for one night -Broken toilet seat, worst toilet -No hot water provided -Though we booked 3 weeks advance they dint clean and bedding was worst -Rude receptionist -We booked room for 4 people and surprisingly they dint provide beds for 4, small size bed can accommodate only 2 people, these ppl were asking to pay for beds though we booked for 4, unlike other stays( we got extra beds to accommodate 4 ppl for the same booking amount), mr. DEVU NAIK if you're thinking to make money this is very cheap way. *******I won't recommend this to anyone****** Don't believe them

It's near sea only, however 1.9 km away from Shiva Temple as per Google. Room rent is little higher price side. Safe for family, no soaps provided, okay for 1 one night stay. No food available.

Very far from temple.. rooms are big with great view of shiva and beach.. Service person is nice and responsive..but quality is too low relative to its price..

I'm writing this review just to help others not to select this lodging as its a worst Scammers, they don't ecen care for customers and the staff behaviour is worst, i have spent a day here my money got waste they took double money from me, they provided a worst room for me where there was no fan, no bed, nothing, i recommend to take any other lodging place better than this, this is the worst ever in murdeshwar.

Not for u if you are looking for clean and neat rooms and good service No hot water, they literally provide you water heaters, u have to wake them up at 6 and get heater Beds were dirty We booked a hall where no curtains for windows,no hangers in bathroom, no floor mats wee given After getting little argument guy was courteous enough to provide them Only good thing is this place is near to a beach where there is no rush Better for bachelors, families think twice

Place is onspot, right next to a beach. But the rooms are highly unmaintained, unhygienic and in a very bad conditions. You won't wish to stay at this place unless you don't have any other options left and are okay to deal with rubbish for a great sea view.

We visited during pre Diwali weekend, and couldn't get rooms in any other place, so had to book here. This should indeed be the last option to stay. It is neither resort nor homestay, but a cheap lodge, but not at all cheap rates. For 2300, we got a room, where AC remote was not given to us (apparently because tourists take the remote), the fan regulator didn't work, dirty towels (given after lot of follow up) blanket, linen, and worst of all room infested with cockroaches. Couldn't sleep properly at night, and left before dawn.

One of the best hotels to stay with family under the budget . near to temple they have taxi service too . with a wonderful beach view , they give good serivce and soo friendly . I will defntly recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives .

Good budget sty! So we were in the resort for a day our room was sea facing room. Which was serene and gave us one of the best scenic expeurrience the staf was really sweet and welcoming. They helped us and also guided a lot. Cleaness 4.5/5 Staff 5/5 Food 4.5/5

Waaaw it has most beautiful sunset🌅, near to temple, family suitable. Nice atmosphere, fire camp, beach dinner table.. Service was good I think 10out of 9.5

Good place for stay near to sea but rooms are not cleaned properly. Inside the cupboard beer bottles and some left over foods. No remote for AC and no hot water facilities. Still they need to improve their quality.

If you want to Spoil your holidays, then book this resort, they are not professional, we booked for one night and when we entered into the resort found it was very dirty in lawn may leftover food packets, used mattresses were kept. Even no provision for hot water. They told hot water will be available from 6 AM to 8 AM and surprisingly no water (Hot or Cold) was there at that time and when I called Owner Devendra, he didn't Pick call, even caretaker was having casual attitude during that time. No one feel sorry after spoiling our holiday. If you want to go with my review, please don't book resort.
