We spent a night with family and a infant... Rooms were clean n tidy.. All facilities working fine..Service is good, very safe car parking area... Store keeper just outside the hotel is very helpful and has good store with all needy things.. Recommend this stay for sure. Value for money

The location of this property is the best. It is close to the beach and temple. I would definitely recommend for any family to stay. Their cab service was top notch and would recommend to avail that for any travel nearby. The chauffeur was also good.

Very close to the temple and restaurants! Clean rooms, excellent proximity to temple, service desk, responsive staff are the good things with this guest house. Being so close to the sea and fishing activities though means there is this constant sleek off fish if you open any windows. Given the humid weather, non AC rooms are another problem for those not acclimatised to the weather. There is TV connected to Jio Cable offered in the rooms by default. No toiletries are provided. No tissues or drinkable water. Hot water comes at specific times only.

Good place to stay... Normal charges... No food available... Rent is quite affordable... Nice Rooms with hot water... Cooperative staff... Beach side guest house... The beach is at 30 meters and the Murudeshwar temple is at 100 meters of distance from the guest house.

Nice place to stay.great view from balcony. I would suggest deluxe room .though bit expensive worth it.you can sit in the private balcony enjoy great view of Arabian sea just in front of you with Murdeshwar temple in the back ground. Two days back when we were there monsoon rain was at its peak. You can bring your favorite food and enjoy the rain .caretaker Mr.VASU was very helpful and even arranged earlier check in.

Stayed on 3rd August,22. Booked ac room directly @ 1600/day. Location is very good just 400 meter from statue. Not so well maintained but overall clean and spacious room. Ac was sounding heavily. Good view of sea and temple from balcony. Very quiet place. Some rooms have sea view balcony but cost is more. Overall good stay at reasonable price.

Nice place near to beach and temple. Walkable distance from temple. We reached at hotel late evening around 11.00 PM. A few steps from hotel, I'mean just apposite to road, you can seat and enjoy beach view. If need any help reachout to the hotel manager. Rooms are clean and need.

The rooms are really good. Clean and well maintained. Then provide extra mattresses and pillows for free if required. The room service is very nice. Food is also good. The only issue is the hot water. Hot water timings are from 6.00am to 9.00am only but staff are cooperative and can expend the service for an hour if requested. The temple few from the hotel is damn cool.

Great place to stay in. Walkable to temple, beach and all amenities. Planning to take same place when come back. Chandu is very nice staff and very helpful

Overall a good beach side hotel. . Chandrakant was courteous & helped with fixing the TV & sending hot water to the room. It would be best if they start room service for food & a small coffee shop inside

We had a pleasant stay in Aryana Guest House. The room was clean and the view was amazing. It's just 200 mtr away from Murudeshwar temple and you can go for a walk. The only thing is the front beach area is dirty you can see lots of beer bottles and food disposable.

It was a last minute adjustment. Rooms are not so good. Mosquitoes troubled throughout night. No kitchen. If you order food, they will get it from other hotels . Only positive is that it is located very near to temple complex.

This guest House room's are not clean, unpleasant smell is there, blankets are unhygienic and with stains. Walls of the rooms are moisture. Hot water supply only in morning. Mosquito are plenty in rooms. The only good thing about guest house is near by Murudeshwar temple.

- Location is nice, very accessible to temple and great views from the Balcony. The beach in front is also nice where you get beautiful pictures with the temple backdrop. - Rooms themselves are not great. They are ok, not very clean. The towel they gave me was pathetic and was stinking bad.

The view is simply amazing, A must go to place if you want to skip crowds at the beach. Also serves the tasty food and one could eat by watching the waves at their café

Location and transport options are good. Beach accessibility is excellent. I had opted for non AC room which was not worth of what I paid for. Rooms lack ventilation and not spacious, pretty basic amenities. AC room may be better option.

The approach to the guest house is not clean. Rooms and service was good. There were lot of clothes kept for drying outside the rooms which makes the common area look shabby.

Good beach view with avg rooms at that cost but compared to other hotels. they are better and provide good cleanliness. Suggest everyone take AC Room here.

Clean and neat place across the beach at walking distance from the temple. Good Rooms and very friendly service. Every time trying to accommodate the pilgrims requests. Food is available on request. Hot water and car rentals are available.

Resort located near to Temple by 600m walkable distance. Located opposite to beach. Room prices are high when peak time. Don’t book through any website, directly call to the hotel number then book. Rooms prices are differed based on rooms and views.

Worst rooms. Not at all maintained well. Very costly. Bathroom taps are leaking. No hot water. No parking facility. Only good thing is very near to beach and temple.

Rooms are sea facing and temple facing. The rooms are neat and clean. The rooms are big enough and comfortable service is good. The food is also cheaper and tasty. Budget friendly food within the hotel.

Nice view from the balcony rooms. Easy to access beach. Walkable distance from temple. Public transport like autos and taxis available only by call. Rooms can be maintained better, especially bathrooms.

Amazing place to stay near Murudeshwar. The staff is helpful and overall the hotel gives a great view of the temple and the Shiva statue.

Good beach view hotel. food is not prepared in hotel. and outside food is costlier when it deliver it to hotel. food quality is also average better to go out and eat as per your convenience.

Worst experience in my travelling life. Cleaning of rooms and room amenities not proper. They don’t even offer you complimentary water. No in house kitchen and the hotel they have tied up with doesn’t offer a good quality food.
