Unique decoration, thoughtful interior and was provided with every basic necessities like towels,hot water etc. Manager's behaviour is also very pleasant. Only complaint is didn't get enough breakfast options.

Highly recommended. The host is very warm and welcoming of all the guests and also knowledgeable about Bharatpur bird sanctuary. The rooms are neat and tidy, the food served in the restaurant on site is quite good and gives a homely vibe overall.

Team Wild Habitat Journeys visited the Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary from 28-12-2022 to 31-12-2022 . During our stay the obvious choice for our stay was Iora Guest Houst . An amazing and very nice place to stay when you are in Bharatpur . Our stay with Iora Guest house was great and comfortable . Excellent hosting by the very down to earth host Devendra Singh ji . No wonder why most of the renowed wildlifers chosse the same place to stay . The Food was very nice and the treatment offered by Devendraji was great . He himself had personally suggested the right way to explore the park and arranged proper knowledgable guide with us to make our exploration great. The Guide Bhupendra and Karan both took us in the park and took lots of efforts to make our exploration great. It was the efforts of both of them that we could find the pride bird of Bharatpur " The Saras Crane " and click the great pictures about more than 30 minutes. Great Journey and great Hosting by Devendra ji . Certainly love to come back with team WHJ again and again .

Fabulous place to stay. Great value and helpful staff. You can hire bicycles from the guest house to visit the bird sanctuary 5 minutes away. Good home cooked food. Highly recommended!

I think the positive reviews are fake… The atmosphere was strange, the host was unfriendly, didn’t help with bag or even seem to care we were there. Felt very unwelcome and the other staff constantly stared at me (you get that in India but shouldn’t happen inside accommodation). The noise once inside the room was very loud, road noise, other guests outside the room (10pm and again 5am) but could even here every cough, bump and knock from the neighbouring room as the bathroom windows are shared (very odd). We are completely baffled by the good reviews, even as a budget! Maybe we got unlucky? We are not fussy travellers by any means but the atmosphere was strange and unwelcoming. Bird sanctuary was absolutely stunning - recommend getting up early as you can to get in there!

We stayed during our visit to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. Very relaxing place. Food quality is very good. Owner Devendraji himself is a very good photographer. He takes proper care of the photographers staying with Iora. Strongly recommend.

Unusually clean, cozy, full of color. The owner, Mr. Devendra, is a very kind human being and a talented professional photographer whose passion for birds and nature has clearly shaped his life and environment. Prices are more than fine; food superb. 10 minutes away from the Keoladeo bird sanctuary.

I have been visiting Bharatpur for many years now and I always stay at Iora Guest House. Love the feel of this beautiful, simple homestay-type property. Devendra Singh and his team take care like a family member would. Food is delicious. He provides breakfast and/or lunch inside the park. This is a big plus point if you don't want to miss a single minute of action.

This was refreshing and an escape from the hot and humid monsoon. The owner was very welcoming and helpful when we shared our interest of visiting the Bharatpur bird sanctuary which is just a 15 mins walk away from the guest house. The rooms were squeky clean and so were the washrooms, they have created a very colourful and intriguing interior with all the bird pictures and some great collection of books to read from. Would love to visit the place again in winters and when the migratory birds are visiting the national park. Reminder: This is a guest house so please do not expect to have unbounded use of the premises. If you are visiting with friends just to have fun, i would suggest you choose some other hotel or Air BNB as general house rules still apply here.

Stayed here for one night in November 2021. The room was okay, but wasn't quite impressive. The host's interaction was limited and didn't find it quite helpful. They have car parking and it's close to the sanctuary, which is a plus point. Overall an okay stay experience.

Iora is a very cosy quiet tastefully done up place, which may not be luxurious, but is very clean and hygienic and comfortable to stay. Decent rooms with all the required basic amenities, good food and excellent hospitality. The National park is at an easily accessible distance. Run by Devendra Singh, who himself is a good photographer, this place is one of the better places to stay if you are a birder or a wildlife photographer. Am a returning customer here and I would recommend this place for people visiting the park for birding and photography.

Clean and spacious rooms, clean toilets, tasty home-cooked food and friendly staff! Location - close to Keoloadev national park and around 20 minutes from train station. Food - very tasty vegetarian food, they will send the breakfast and lunch to the park. Rooms- clean and spacious. Hot water available all day. Rooms have doors with mosquito nets. Will definitely recommend.

Nice guest house, good for longer stay at cheaper rent with healthy food. Enjoyed staying here, comfortable and cozy. Rooms have all basic amenities. It also has good library and decent front desk. Garden and bird houses are marvelous.

This is awesome rest house for travelling Bharatpur. I haven't seen such wonderful host. Feel like our own home. Ideal place for a group of 10-16 travellers. Separate rooms are available. Very reasonable rates. You will get very goof vegetarian and non veg food on request. Well behaved staff and management. Good small library and Photographs displayed. For wildlife photographers visit Bharatpur national part don't miss to stay here.Also very helpful in arranging Rickshaw and drop on Bharathpur and return from National Park to guest house.You will also get Ac Rooms better to contact them before reaching Bharathpur.Those who are coming from train catch an autorickshaws from Railway Station to reach there just a matter of 4KM.Those who prefer Non Veg need to inform earlier.You won’t disappointed for you stay here.Stay is safe like your home.
