Purchased this dining table from Home Town - Vizag in Feb 2023 and within 2 months the leg of the dining chair is broken. After continuous follow up no confirmation from them about replacement of the chair. The quality of wood is terrible and will not stand mild weight !! When you go to store everything seems to be in place... however.. once at home..their products cannot withstand the daily usage. Highly recommend NOT TO BUY any products esp furniture from them as the product cost is on the higher end and the product quality is very poor

We ordered dining table early this month and after 3 weeks they delivered damaged item. Can see a big hole in the middle of the table. We told hometown delivery people that we don’t accept the item as the hole is very obvious and big. Then a person from hometown called us and said we will replace the damaged part, for now please accept. He said technician will come tomorrow to install the table. Now that person not even answering my call. And reply to my email from hometown. Toll free number not able to connect. Parts are not installed, item damaged, no response …….. it’s like hell Worst online shopping I have ever seen I am telling this because I know how painful it is after spending around 84,000 and receive these kind of service. Please double check before go to this shop. Hometown at CMR central

I'm very happy to visit this Mall. All things in only one door. A to Z for new home. All items so nice but some costly. But quality and look wise superb. Inside feel like just star Hotel. People are ver free to use and feel all furniture and enjoying also just like own everything.

Prompt service.. Mr Sattibabu attended on time and did good job. Customer service desk should have been more prompt. They took lot of time to send the person. But the service person did a good job and gave good advice.

Pathetic response from the staff. There were 3 counters for billing, and only 1 counter was working and the guy at billing was talking over his phone and taking his own sweet time for making the bills, I had to stand for atleast 20 min for billing. And after waiting for 20 min, suddenly he started making bill of the guy who was behind me. He was clearly noticing me at the counter. I got irritated and walked off. It was about 12:30 pm today and the location was lifestyle building. Surprisingly staff even didn’t bothered about the customers. Overall I had a pathetic experience of shopping at hometown, lifestyle building. Thank you Chaitanya
