I wasted around 70k for hair treatment but still they unable to solve my issue, they bring doctors for part time and doctors has very less time to treat a patient, their quality of treatment is missing. Worst situation faced with kolors Themselves took customer phone and giving rating as Review 5 ⭐ Non sense. By the way From March 2021 covid 2nd wave started in this pandemic situation we have not taken sliming sittings as scheduled Now there asking to pay 6000 for renewal As we paid 60000/- Here they accepted for 27 sittings for 15kg weight loss but only 8 sittings completed, But now they are saying other 19 sittings will be done only if u pay the renewal money *I strictly recommend you don't go to Kolors* It's better to take healthy diet and keep doing exercises We lost money 😏☹️

The service at this branch is worst as they only make the customer pay as much amount as possible by making stupid rules. While paying for a service they don't give you complete information but when we have any problems like discontinuing the service in middle they will ask us to pay again to resume the service that we paid for. They don't maintain professional behavior and is the worst branch I have visited. I strongly recommend not to visit this branch for any kind of session.
