It was a very nice experience. Stayed there for two nights. I took 3 rooms for my family. The rooms are quite good. The bathroom and the room are very clean. The reception managers and hotel staff are good and well behaved. Provided very good service overall.

Rooms are small but very neat & clean, Price little bit high during holidays, Food is not available here,but as per request they arrange food from out side restaurants

It was almost a pleasant stay at bibhuti Inn. The rooms are good, staffs are polite and well behaved,service is good and timely. Only issue I faced was having a power cut for few hours at night, so the AC didn't work,only the fan and one light was working with inverter support. But once informed, the hotel management immediately refunded some amount and apologised for the inconvenience, which shows their integrity and professionalism. Also, they arranged the auto for our tour and sent to Ghatshila station to pick us up from station to hotel, which made our tour hassle free. Decent and comfortable rooms. Location is very convenient and close to the Railway station and highway. Staff and Owner both are very polite and hospitable. They also arrange auto and cabs for sightseeing. I would definately recommend this place.

I booked this hotel for a family trip just few days before my commencement of journey. The owner, himself, booked two rooms for me over telephone. I must say that Bibhuti Inn is a nice, clean hotel located in the prime location. All the staffs are very cordial and the owner is also a very nice person. The rooms are well decorated and the bathrooms are clean enough also. I must recommend this place to stay during Ghatshila trip.

Great experience staying at Bibhuti Inn. Manager and staffs are so well behaved. I stayed there for 2 nights in non AC room. Room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained as well. I was very surprised that they sent auto for free pick up at station and remained connected with us via what's app. It was a very pleasant experience staying there . About my experience… With my family I visited Ghatshila and for this I spent 3 nights there in Bibhuti Inn. Some experiences I want to share like 1. Room was no doubt good with the reasonable amount. They changed pillows, bed sheets, towels after 2 days. 2. Location of the hotel is main point. One can easily access vehicles and various food from the market which is 2-3 minutes walking distance. 3. Hotel owner is really a gentleman also the staffs are very modest. 4. On the check out date I used the room for feeding my child for 2 hours extra, they did not charge any extra money regarding this. 5. Above all for a couple, family and friends it is the great hotel to stay here while on visit to Ghatshila.

A great experience with this hotel. We visited this place just a couple of days before, took 3 rooms and stayed for a night. Manager and hotel staffs are very well behaved. Also they arranged a car for sightseeing with a pocket friendly fare which also includes the pickup-drop service from station. Overall they provided a remarkable service.

As per my experience overall it was good. The rooms are not as big as they look in the photos but it was clean and well maintained. Everyone was well behaved and polite, overall it was a comfortable stay.

One of the best hotel in ghatshila, it's a new property and we'll maintained. Stayed for 3 days and never failed at anything, has power back up, wifi, ac, hot water everything...a good place...made the trip memorable. The owner too is a good person taking care of the property!

Excellent location near the railway stn. Good ambiance. Good behavior of staff and management. No matter in summer but during winter hot water service will be needed. Newly built up property. Restaurant service will enable the comfort to the borders. Shortage of a wordrobe was faced during my stay. I will must recomend others to visit this property as a safe and good one if I am asked by any body planning to visit Ghatsila.

Yes 5 stars, because their rooms were close to perfect, there's still a lot of scope of improvement like adding a wardrobe. I had a great experience staying in the hotel, the owner was also friendly and nice. Would recommend my peers to stay in this hotel.

Really a very nice place to stay and the ambience is quite majestic without any doubt. It's quiet pocket friendly. Every visitors should have a stay there for one night or more than that.

Decent facilities, rooms are comfortable and well decorated; bathroom is clean and spacious. Staff are well mannered and the hotel owner is a nice gentleman. In fact he also arranged car for us for local sightseeing at a reasonable rate. I'll recommend this hotel definitely.

Visited just couple of days before. Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality of all Staff were remarkable. The propitor stayed connected with me on WhatsApp all the time since booking and arranged pick up from station. The driver too was good. Overall pleasent experience.
