Better then chipotle! Overall one of my favorite locations to visit. Foods always consistent, employees friendly, establishment clean and stocked. Overall would recommend!

QDoba is like Chipotle. Its delicious and in my opinion a lot better than Chipotle. The meat is a lot fresher and not as dry as Chipotle’s meat. They also have a brisket option. Their sides also taste a lot fresher than other Mexican food places that offer bowls and such. They also offer vegetarian options. They also give you free Chips and salsa with your meal. They offer coke products and other non-alcoholic beverages. The soda machine is the fancy ones with the touch screen. The dining room is fairly large so theres lots of seating. Its great for a quick bite with friends, family, or just yourself. They also have a great hot sauce selection for you by the cutlery.

Ok, first of all - I used to love coming here... But now they refuse to take $100 bills as payment for a $45 order. That's only $55 in change but the employee was told they aren't allowed to take $100 bills. I'm pretty sure that's illegal... and I'll be checking into it soon. I'm tempted to try it again and contact the police. We waited in line for twenty minutes only to be told our money isn't good there. Also, this place is a dump. I used to take the family inside for a nice quick dinner but now they have boxes and boxes of inventory sitting on the tables and benches. There's rice all over the place. It looks like they haven't mopped the floors in a week. The drink machine broke and they replaced it with a different machine that works half of the time. There were no spoons or cup lids. 🤦

Wait was ridiculously long. The workers were chatting instead of helping customers. they were out of forks. And I’ve never seen such small portion sizes.

Good food, great price. I generally get the nachos with chips on the side. We eat here at least once a month.

We have always enjoyed Qdoba (we love the one in Midland) and we're disappointed in our visit to this one...my husband said the chicken in his burrito wasn't very flavorful & dry, & I was super disappointed that this Qdoba did NOT have "Impossible Meat" as a vegetarian option...as our local one does. The restaurant also seemed to be unclean, "tired looking", but the service was very good, quick & friendly.

Their food is very affordable and so good! The amount of food for the price is great! A kids meal is around $6 and it is stuffed full with chips and a drink as well. Always good customers service! Def my fav place to eat!

Ordered here because I was craving a good quesadilla and saw they had the cheese crispy one that looked tasty. When I got it, only a tiny part was crispy cheese. The rest was.....melted I guess. It made the quesadilla soggy/wet and soft. I attached a picture and you can see it does not look like the advertised. This is not the ideal texture of a quesadilla. I was disappointed it wasn't as pictured or expected. Chips and queso were pretty good. I didn't taste any lime juice on the chips and the salt was unevenly applied at best. I am assuming they were busy and rushing things. Would probably eat here again, but would ask employees to take their time and not rush the quality.

I'm always a little disappointed when going here. I love qdoba and I think they are great for having multiple options. However, every time I order food I'm always spitting out chunks of something. Previously it was weird tasting jalapeños, burnt rice that became un-chewable, or burnt steak. Today i had the chicken bowl but I had some decently sized bites of char (or burnt something). I think keeping up with the freshness of the food products is the biggest necessity for this location. The people here are great and I love the Diablo queso!

Walking in you could definitely tell they’ve been open all day. Workers were all smiling, nice, and very friendly though! They made my food with a quickness, and it all looked super good and i guess fresh. You just never know if it is when you’re getting it out of bins. Place was in a convenient location and was very happy with my burrito and brownie!! Thank you !!

Great, kind, attentive staff! Foods great too, the only time in the past five years I've been going here they messed up once, and made it right immediately.

The first time I ordered, I got a bowl. It was under half filled and I went in person. Very lackluster. The second time I got a burrito and the burrito was fantastic, except, they did not give me the drink and chips that I paid 7 dollars extra for on Doordash. The third time, I got a burrito again. Everything was there except the burrito was missing multiple ingredients and there was hair in it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again, in store or orherwise.

Food wasn't as good as I expected. Pretty dang flavorless sadly. The guy was patient with me the first was not. I forgot my glasses and couldn't see the menu and had never been there. I do not recommend going if you don't understand how it works, this specific place was rather rude about it making it an awful experience. Planned on eating in but left because I was kinda embarrassed

Always have great service here and love the food. I work right by here and it is always convenient to grab on days where I do not bring lunch. Lots of combinations to choose from too.

From out of state. So needless to say, we've never been here. And all I can say... is yum!! My daughter said it was way better then Chipotle. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Place was clean.

I normally love Qdoba and try to go whenever I can. Todays experience was pretty bad.. not a single clean table in the place and employees were rude because I wanted regular queso and not spicy which wasn’t ready. So sorry to inconvenience them by requesting queso at Qdoba…. 😑

Never order extra cheese on your burrito. I did with the steak as the protein, and I got maybe 6 super small chunks of steak for my protein. It was mainly cheese, rice, and sauce with a tiny dash of protein. Barely tasted the protein

First time there so I didn’t know what was offered. Was given a list of ingredients of a meal that was prepared for another guest and wanted to try it. First person was rude and short with me. I explained that I was new and reading ingredients for the bowl and she threw a little meat on my bowl and shooed me to the next preparer who was a little better but not by much. There was one person behind me so I didn’t understand the rush or attitude. Will not go back

I had the worst experience at Qdoba today. Although there were no other customers behind me, the food preparer acted as if she was in a rush to make my order. She kept skipping over the toppings even though, I’m allowed to add whatever I want to my order. Then she got an attitude whenever I asked her to add something to my bowl. The customer service has really went down at this Muskegon location. I will not spend another penny there.

I had the bowl as well as my girlfriend. They were both great. We both had chicken, which was a good helping and rice along with various toppings. It's been some time since I'd been there and was pleased to go again.

Went for a quick lunch. Had mini bowl. Just enough and real tasty.

Staff was fast and friendly, however, thr brisket is fatty and chewy. Quesadila was a pile of mush. Do not reccomend

For the price, I couldn't find the chicken, they weren't really that busy but acted like they were swamped, just throwing the stuff in a bowl. Not impressed.

I'm sorry but I ate alot of Mexican restaurants and this was the worst. I had chips and cheese and a burrito. The burrito is the size of a fork and the size of a tacobell burrito but 10x the cost. Never again you want a good burrito go to taco jalisco or fat burrito in holland.

This place has went down pretty bad. The customer service isn’t the best the person ringing my food up was eating mid conversation a cookie to be exact alongside the customer service being mid the cleanliness was bare minimum the floor looks disgusting the food isn’t neat overall just not the best.

Super friendly and quick service, and when I went back in line to buy a fountain drink, they let me have it for free. Highly recommend this place. I went around 6pm on a Monday, and there were 10 customers in line. Can't remember all of the employees names, but Emma had a super friendly smile and great customer service, as well as the lady who I think was the Manager
