Its not to bad of a place itself, its just in the wrong neighborhood. We lived there for three years. Some rules are a bit much, in my opinion, and the others who lived there... Well I'll say you can find some nice and clean people.

Sad neighborhood to be around and in. This is a metropolitan housing, section 8 or incomed based. Its not the people that reside here that I dislike. Its the fact that the city of Zanesville housing does nothing to the outside to make these apartments have a upbeat feeling or happy atmosphere. Wish it looked better, or pay me to do a little bit of landscaping with a few flowers 💐.

ZMHA low income housing with lots of perks. On property laundry. A gym that holds lots of activities for kids and families. Plenty of places for children to play without going far from their front doors. On site security that's also patrols over the grounds. Newly renovated with cabinets fridges and stoves. Some floors

Discriminates against service animals and doesn’t allow them which is illegal.

Has a maintenance department for when things need fixed. Rarely will you be out of power long. Decent for low income families as long as you don't plan to make too much money, not good if you are trying to save money for something better. Any time you get an increase, however slight, your rent will go up, so it's hard to get better financially.

Are very rude and pound on your door like the police and don't handle situations in proper manner

Exactly what such a close knit Community would be expected to appear as. I am not long in the area, but lawns and buildings appear safe, pleasant to the eye, and well maintained. Residents I encountered seeking directions were quite helpful and friendly, and I noticed nearby schools. I suspect if I were rearing children, this would be a strong consideration for me in the area.
