We stopped in for a late dinner. Our sandwiches were hot and very tasty. The portion size was considerable and the food itself was freshly cooked. The waffle fries were good too but a little salty.

I ordered through DoorDash and I’m disappointed because my 11’ sandwich came burnt and with little to no cheese. DoorDash did not fix the issue. I paid almost $40 for one sandwich with fries basket and this is what I get? The meat was so burnt it was hard to chew and it needed cheese badly so I tried to add my own but with the burnt meat I didn’t even bother eating it

We've been looking forward to trying this place! Finally, we made it in for lunch today, and it did NOT disappoint!! Nice vibe when we walked in, and the staff were SO friendly! We both ordered the 7" Phat Philly cheesesteak (my partner had jalapeños added to his), shared a basket of waffle fries, and we chose to enjoy a beer with our meal. I had a question about a beer on tap and asked for a tiny sample to help me decide - I was accommodated quickly, all the while enjoying some lively banter with the folks at the counter. Our sandwiches were absolutely fantastic, the meat was so juicy, tender, and flavorful! The fries were cooked and seasoned (S&P) just right! The price was reasonable for the amount of food. The decor fits in with the older part of town - kind of funky diner mixed with an industrial design. The walls are covered with signatures from past patrons - so unique and fun just taking it all in! This will definitely be one of our new "go-to" places! Just so dang good!

They have a neat place and the staff were friendly. The Phat Philly was ok. I don't know what a true Philly should be and this could be accurate. For me though, I felt that the cheese whiz overwhelmed any other flavors. I would have liked more onions and peppers. They do give you plenty of meat however.

Great cheese steaks, tots are amazing. It was going to be takeout but someone wanted a beer. Apparently after 11:30PM the bar area is no longer staffed, but no one will talk to you to tell you this while you're standing there waiting to be served. They won't even look your way, so you just have to come up with your own explanation based on the 15 minutes of waiting and watching everyone just ignore you. So awkward. Edit: this was on Saturday night 2/11/2023 about 11:20 PM.

Sketchy neighborhood makes the legit philly-exactly-as-god-intended even better. Texas ranch style sauce is killer good. Super convenient to I44. A friend recommended this place during our road trip and it was a perfect stop. See you on our next trip!

This was my daughter and my first time at Phat Philly's, I have been looking for an awesome philly cheesesteak sandwich since we moved here and I found my place! I am very picky with my philly and these guys hit the spot! The service was very down to earth and I felt right at home. If I could give more than 5 star's I would! Thank you guys so much

The Customer service is great! But, the Phillies were terrible. The bread was soggy making the texture inedible and unpleasant. The sandwich was packed with steak and peppers (too many peppers), but it was not prepared well. The steak had no seasoning and was over cooked, giving that dry steak aftertaste (almost like liver). The waffle fries were good, they were nice and crisp as I expect. I use to frequent the location, but I have had bad experiences consecutively over a 2 year span. It has been discouraging to keep being a patron.

Usually really good but waited for forty minutes to get my food, fake apology, and given the wrong food while all the staff ignores me. Opened up the tots on the way to my appointment to find them half cooked and lukewarm. Got to the sandwich and there's barely even any meat on it and no mushrooms or jalapenos, even though I paid for the add on. Check my receipt to see I was overcharged for my sandwich. The cashier and kitchen staff all having attitudes definitely was worse than the food today though.

It was our first time at Phat Philly s and the food was temperatures hot till the last bite and to me that scores the highest with me! Service was good, the atmosphere was good but some survivor show was on the whole time and I had to watch a naked man while eating. Not something I care to watch while eating!!

Enjoy the Philly steak sandwich here. What helped kicked it up was the different condiments and you could add to it.

The most astonishing philly cheese steak I have ever sank my teeth end. This is absolutely real when I say this, there is NO other place to eat, (and I'm fat, so you know I have been to a few places) that I would rather go.... Like no where else, this is the be all end all for when I'm hungry. I live out of town so I rarely get to go.... but when I do, it's ON LIKE DONKEY KONG! Take this opportunity, and enhance your life

Great place, food was good but would've been better with a little more seasoning. The employees were super nice and paitent with me as I'd never been there before. All in all I loved it.

As always, the food was delicious, but one of the emplyees was very loud, obnoxious and possibly drunk at 1pm on Saturday. He took a Modelo out of the cooler and went into the grill area to drink it. But the sandwich was great!!

The cook was yelling at some of the staff. Very unprofessional. The lady who took my order answered the phone and gave it to the cook who said not now and she said it was the boss. Idk this just seemed strange and uncomfortable. She was very nice and the food was not up to its usual standards. I will go back because in the past this place is always fun and the food was good. I won't let one subpar experience deter me from trying again.

Phat Philly's is one of my favorite stops for food in Tulsa. The portions are very generous and the cheese steaks are incredible. They also have amazing ranch dressing to dip the waffle fries in along with a horse radish based sauce as well that goes well with anything. Staff is always friendly and it the atmosphere is lively. It can be a little loud sometimes, but well worth a visit.

The only thing that could make me happier with the food is if it was a little cheaper or they made a side and drink combo price. Phatter Philly with jalapeños and waffle fries are the only thing I've ever ordered and I've been here dozens of times. It's definitely one of my favorite lunch spots in the area but you better bring a healthy appetite.

It was good. Would have better if it was mad like I asked for it. Very dissatisfying especially when you spend almost 60 dollars. But the times we had eaten there before I loved it,we could've taken it back but we don't like to waste food! So only 3 stars this time

Best Philly Cheese since I left the east coast. The bun was perfectly steamed, and the steak was delicious. The fries were a unique flavor that left my taste buds dancing.

My husband and I moved to Oklahoma from the east coast 2 years ago. This place is the closest to a real Philly cheesesteak sub we found. After adjustments to the cheese selection I was pretty impressed. We will definitely be going back!

Truly disappointed with my food I purchased on 4/6; the beef was chopped to look like ground beef, the taste of burnt beef overwhelmed the taste on sandwich and I could not even taste the cheese I asked for. I had purchased two chicken cheesesteak sandwiches for others and they were disappointed as well. After spending $40 on 3 sandwiches, I will not frequent this again. The pics of steak sandwiches on website look nothing like what I got yesterday, not to mention the prices on web site are not correct, prices are higher.

Amazing!!!! These are the best sandwiches in Tulsa by far. Hot, cheesy, deliciousness! They have a chicken option that is my favorite, while the rest of my family always goes for the traditional beef philly. The fries are always hot and tasty. I add jalapeños to my sandwich along with the other peppers and onions, and my husband always adds mushrooms. The staff has been friendly and accommodating on all our visits. The dining area is clean. We are sad the Broken Arrow location closed, since we grabbed lunch there wherever we were on that side of town. We will just have catch the other location on our way back through! Totally worth the price!

Very good food on the adult menu. The kids menu offered corn dogs and my daughter was excited to have it. Unfortunately it was the worst corn dog we've ever had. It tasted like an ingredient was forgotten in the batter.

The food can be inconsistent, but when they hit they hit! Even when they miss it's not bad. The location is sketchy and it's a bit dark inside, but eating there isn't too bad. Their tots are good and the Phillys are awesome. They can either be TOO generous on the cheese or SUPER stingy. Sometimes (like most recently) they can be both. The ends of the sandwich had a half decent amount of cheese while the inside was completely dry and somewhat painful to eat since the meat seasoning isn't out of this world phenomenal or anything. Mind you, I took the risk and asked for extra cheese which sometimes bites me in the butt. It was very disappointing, but they're generally good so 4 stars. The staff is sometimes stoned, honestly you want them stoned because I've had my best experiences when they are. Most recently though there was a girl making the food that just.. Shouldn't be. Anyways, pretty good place, but be careful in the poorly lit parking lot.
