I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Silent Retreat Farm, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in tranquility. The clean and serene environment was a perfect setting for relaxation and self-reflection. Now, let's talk about the food – it was an absolute highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were beyond impressive. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, and I couldn't get enough of them. The fact that the service was always on time added an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment. The attention to detail at the retreat was evident in every aspect, from the beautifully maintained surroundings to the thoughtful arrangements in the accommodations. The staff's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. If you're seeking a getaway that combines peace, great food, and impeccable service, look no further than the Silent Retreat Farm. This place has truly left a lasting impression on me, and I can't wait to return for another rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect retreat for a weekend getaway! The view from the property is magnificent. One can wake upto a joyful morning and head out to a walk in the misty mornings with a hot cup of coffee. The property is just 2 kms from the main town. Well accessible roads to commute. The rooms are well maintained with hygiene. The staff are really helpful and they know the town inside out. They can also be your backend guide to explore. They have an in-house restaurant which serves curated dishes and the food is just delicious. Literally no words about the chef! Perfect blend of delicacies which strike up your taste buds. Do visit for a peacefull retreat which you'd not regret taking!

This location, which is less than 3 km from the main city area, offers a true sense of being in Ooty. It is serene and has a beautiful view of the mountains, tiny towns, and people working in the fields. It is also far enough away to witness car movements. Cleanliness, cosy mattresses, 24-hour hot water, delicious meals, a bonfire, and other amenities are just a few of the amenities offered. A advantage is that the property manager can assist you in organising your local itinerary if needed.

Had a horrible experience living here. Super rude host. He started shouting when we raised concern and said put whatever you want to put in reviews. They don’t have any in house dining even when they claim it. They just made execuse that cook is out today. Rooms have water leakage and washroom is really tiny. You can’t even wash your face. Taking shower is impossible

The property is good and so is the location. However the problem is the food and it’s services. Overly priced food with less quantity and below average taste. Please do not risk to order the food as they charge exorbitantly on your final bill. Except manager, their overall staff is rude, unprofessional and inhospitable.

Had a great experience during our visit to Ooty. We were searching for good hotels in ooty and we came across this place. The location is very beautiful and serene to your eyes. We were there for 2 nights the host Mr. Shrihari was very welcoming and his staff members were also very co-operative. This place is highly recommended for traveller's travelling to Ooty. We had in-house breakfast and dinner which were also light on stomach and delicious. Pricing is little competitive but keeping all other amenities in mind we had a good negotiations with the host and he agreed as well. Thanks a lot Mr. Shrihari for hosting us it was indeed a memorable trip!!!!!
