Unlike 3 or 2 weeks ago the bracelets are just given to everyone when you line up to enter the building. Nobody follows the 15m of social distancing nor use the gel (some does and some doesn't). There were enough spaces for sure and maybe today was more of a not that crowdy day as waiting time was not even long. It's been a long time since I last visited IKEA and it's a great place to get some inspiration but quality-budget balance are way different comparing to before (also selection of style are quite limited comparing to other store similar to Ikea just like Weba, etc but it's more of your preferences). I do love the fact they still serve their snacks on a budget which is delicious. The lady who served me was not so enthusiastic since she didn't even told me to take the water even though I took the menu and i almost walked out without taking any bottle of drink with me (thanks to my fiance I went back and took my bottled water). For the rest, I have seen workers assisting the clients but not every sections were provided with an assistants. Also there are no pencils, note book, and measurement paper due to Covid which is normal. But they do have magazines and some papers for item information just like on specific bed.

"I would like to buy a tree..." "I am sorry, the sale is over. Yesterday was the last day." "But there are plenty of trees there!" "Yes, indeed. They will all be destroyed." IKEA Zaventem/ Brussels, Belgium, shame on you! That's going to be your sustainable and eco approach? Hundreds of trees to be thrown away... Christmas begins in 3 days (I was there on 21 december) - why don't you give the unsold trees out for free, even if you have already stopped the sale?

IKEA is getting more and more diversified in their offerings in recent time. I have not seen a lot of new home items even last year. However, I would recommend to provide some more space for their plant section with wider variety. One can also go to IKEA just to eat IKEA food. Big fan of their vegetarian hotdogs.

To furnish my new chamber I needed functional and beautiful furniture that would be easy to put together. Because of previous experience I knew that I can find everything I'm looking for in an Ikea store. So firstly I started to look through their website and found everything I was looking for and decided to place an order. The website is very user friendly and straightforward. Placing my order was very easy and I immediately received my order confirmation along with the delivery date. When I received the products, everything was fine. There were no breakages or scratches on any of the furniture. However, after going through my order I noticed that I was missing some product and I immediately emailed the store about the missing pieces. The people working in customer service were very friendly and helpful. I emailed them and told them what I was missing and gave them my order number. They answered my email rather quickly and told me that they would send me the missing products. As promised, I received the products after a few days. In conclusion, I'm very happy with the products and very pleased with the customer service. It was a good experience.

Not as busy as the other IKEA stores, very easy access and indoor/outdoor parking options are available. There are 4 car charging stations outside which is very useful. Restaurant food is unbeatable for price/quality ratio.

They are making a big change by partitioning sections nicely and making the resources more available. Big difference compared to past year’s visit. Cheers

Favorite place for shopping also for eating but not in the restaurant, try buffet at the exit. Very cheap and delicious hot dogs (incl. veggie). Fish sandwich is also very good. Recommended place.

Ikea doesn't need presentations. It is one of the best shop value for money wise. Also the food quality is good and many clients eat there. Unfortunately it is a victim of its own success and it is overcrowded most of the times, that is the only weak point in my view.

You can get almost anything you need from here for home needs . And food here is also very nice . Better to use your car or taxi to come here else 5 to 10 min walk after bus.

Always busy and crowded, but spacious, so the feeling isn't overwhelming. Gives great inspiration and ideas for home decoration. Staff is usually friendly, but last time we went through the self-scan, the lady clearly wasn't having a good day... however, this doesn't affect my overall positive review of ikea.

Don't ask me why I never knew Ikea sells food🫣 and it's actually good. Something affordable and also enjoyable. Ikea definitely understands marketing... Went there after work to buy a commode but ended up grabbing a bite because I was hungry. So I left not only with a commode but also a full belly ☺️

It was fine, but my girlfrend was kidnapped by herd of pandas. And vegetarian meatballs was VEGETARIAN!!! - BE CAREFUL

The store looks older compared to the one in Anderlecht, but on general its a good store. The order of some products is different from the anderlecht store. This Ikea seems to be smaller what I see as a benefit as you don't need to walk too much Unfortunately when I went there was no beverages available what is a kind of problem in a restaurant

Not Cheap anymore, not so crowdy.... there were works in progress, so also the access was difficult in the area.

The man who came up with the idea and concept of the ikea is a genius. These stores are like museums, fun to walk around in even if you’re not buying anything. The food is pretty decent too and not too expensive. This store brings a lot of childhood memories going here as a kid.

Lately the ikea furniture boards became worse in quality. On assembly half of the boards break. Better value in other shops. Make sure to check before the visit if there is stock for what you want. Long queues in the evening to pay.

We all know it’s a great store but the food is also on point 👌🏻

This is probably my favourite IKEA out of the ones I’ve been to (compared to ones in other countries) because it has everything you could need but it’s not overwhelmingly massive. I recommend arriving at around 10:00-10:30 as that’s just after opening and it’s quite empty. By 11:15-11:45 the queues were already quite long at the counters. They also have charging ports for e-bikes near the entrance. Can also recommend the hot dog + fries! 😋

Went there for returning some items at lunch time. Crowded as usual and only 3 employees around 12:00 who then became 5 and the whole process went much faster. All is digitalised and the refund is done directly on your card. Nice, always a pleasure to shop there

Buy all items, furnishings, and furniture for the house here. All the Self-assembled, economical, and beautifully designed stuff. A neat and economical tasty food floor portion is the added attraction.

Always a treat to walk down this store..the way they arrange the products and present them is commendable. They just hit the brief of impressing consumers. This place has a restaurant,washroom,diaper changing room and also has lift so yes wheel chair/ stroller friendly. Not to forget huge space for car parking.Play area for kids. Food options for both vegan and non vegetarians. Love their soft icecream 😍

Suddenly today 5-Oct-2023 they close the Client service early at 5:30 pm for no reason

I wanted to drink a coffee, I tried to buy it, but they only accept payments by bank card. It shouldn't be like this... after all, what's the point of having notes and coins in your pocket and not being able to spend them? very bad... very bad.

Really love going to Ikea, they never disappoint. The places are always well designed, it's nice to take a look at everything. The food there is also delicious, only small bad thing, not too many choices on the menu, they used to have a bit more options. But overall nice experience, got nothing bad to say about it

Affordable and stylish furniture and accessories for the home. I always come home with extras I didn’t know I needed... until now. Also good for a cheap family meal out in a relaxed atmosphere. The kids love the ice cream!

IKEA = IKEA. Prefer to go to the shop than to order online. I think IKEA is experiencing a lot of logistic issues with online orders and a customer service that can't deal with all the complaints. The shop is fine though.

You can find everything you want. The personel in Zaventem is very kind and helpful.

I like IKEA. Though some products are of basic quality, everything is very well designed with utility in focus. This store has courteous and helpful staff. It was not very crowded today but it can get busy in the weekends.

It was an amazing experience here with lots of quality household items to view. The prices are reasonable too. They have polite and helpful staff.

Prepare for a long walk but an excellent place to plan living or work space required. To find exactly what you need with relative ease.

Excellent service (in store). Free and wide parking area, food was ok, good for when you just need to feed yourself before fainting from hunger and fatigue after all the walk, ice cream is always great for the price, toilet available without paying a dime and clean, food area is clean and the best is a/c during summer ✨ Oh! and free coffee if you come around 9:40am before the show room opens.

I left a 4 star review before. I am upgrading it now. I recently bought furniture with my family for our new home. They are top quality. Toilets are now cleaner since my first visit. I also tried the restaurant, the food was great! There are still some things out of stock but if you get delivery, they might have what you're looking for. It's a very big store with everything for your house. One bad thing is, if you need to buy 2 or more boxes for one piece of furniture, you might need to open all of them to see where the manual is located. The screens at the end are very helpful. Staff are also friendly. I'll be back.
