Lovely park in Brussels giving the impression of being in the country side

This park has a side that is proper park, with paths and lawns and playgrounds, but also a part that is a field and some woods. Park in itself is nice but has a very complicated and illogical layout. The walking route is not indicated very well, but it's still very nice to wander around. It gets muddy when it rains. Really muddy.

We parked the car at Dilbeek and made an amazing promenade from there to the parc itself. Def worth it, even when it is -1° outside. My sister's company did keep me warm in these corona/winter-times.

My grandmother was cared for in this place for 3 months until she passed away. She was very lucky to be in this place during Covid lockdown in Europe because we live in USA and could not travel in order to see her. Selime Shira and her staff were the greatest people to find in this place. Full of compassion and love for the elderly and especially my grandmother. They took care of her like she was their mother. We are forever indebted with their service and love they have shown to her. Thank you so much Selime for everything you do everyday. We were so lucky to have met you in person. With love and respect Feride's daughters and their children. Thank you so much. Faleminderit shume nga zemra!

Amazing place to free walk your dog. A lot of dog parents come there and mostly all dog there are friendly.

There is the 'park Scheutbos' which is rather small but contains two large play areas for the children. That's great. Then there is the area Scheutbos outside the park, which is in the middle of Europes Capital, and giving cows, fields and some micro-woods. A bit like Central Park in New York, but for Brussels.

Nature near Brussels city center. Cows and fields... On top for children a great area to play
