    Completely unacceptable both the shop and Proximus in general! 2 times they canceled my order without informing and had me waiting. I had to go to this shop three times. The first time they did not help me because it was 10 minutes before closing even though it was about a purchase I did online and I just wanted to know what is going on. Second time after my online purchase was canceled (for which I had to call and try to figure out what is going on), I went to do it via the shop. They told me that they will inform me via email and send me the phone via post. 10 days after I go back and they tell me that it was cancelled AGAIN because the person who made the request did not put a copy of my ID. I never expected that buying a smartphone and doing a subscription would be so much fuss but apparently for them it is!

    Incredibly slow. You have to submit name and phone number the moment you enter, whether you want to ask a simple question, buy something from the shelf or change your contract. There are 8 customers waiting, 2 employees working while one is restocking the goods to display 15 items even though 5 are already on show. Poor English. I feel as if I was queuing for a flight to nowhere...

    The staff is friendly but quite slow i had to wait for 20 minutes to get a new sim. Otherwise nice!

    From a frustrated customer that was ready to cancel contract, to a happy grateful customer. Thanks to the great help and guidance I received from Lady 'Deborah Mbelu'; she was so noble so helpful, patient , dedicated and going the extra mile to solve the issue I had. Amazing human with very good soft skills. That is what any company needs not only to acquire more customers but for the more challenging part ; keep them. It is a pity i did not receive the customer survey for her via email. So I hope this express my big gratitude to her! Thank you Deborah very much. Even if the issue would not be solved, i would still be grateful for your way of handling it. I am a bit surprised that this is not very common in Brussels (so far according to my stay, a lot of lack of skills in services. Very shocking for West Europe let alone Brussels the EU base) Thanks again Deborah. & for Proximus too for having such an emplyee.

    Awful service! The person who attended us seemed that he didn't want to work that day and told us that we were wasting his time and to call the helpline, which everyone knows how terrible proximus helpline is. Finally he screamed at us and switched to french, so we couldn't understand him... TERRIBLE... We went to another shop, where the personal was polite and helped us with the issue.

    The sales woman was completely unprofessional, no interest at all to solve our problem. Only offered the easy way out for her. Go to other Proximus office.

    Had a problem to get a ticket from thrir machine, 2 employers refused to talk to me as long as I don't have a ticket 😎. Third ignored completely. Spent half an hour with 1 minute issue

    Very helpfull staff. Onoly problem is that it tends to be very crowded. Avoid going there 12:00 to 14:00, when people try to do their chores during their lunch break.

    Don't have an experience in buying the product from here but definitely with sales people here. Good place with wonderful sales people. They attend customers on queue basis and explain plans well using their latest product manuals. For expats - if you don't have a residence card getting the contract phone is not possible so you may want to check before going. Multi-Lingual staff , store is located quite near to Merode metro station.
