Closed their live chat and did not pick up their phone, despite multiple attempts (6+ over 3 days, totalling to 4h in queue). Never thought to experience this from a so-called top-tier airline company.

My flight in less than 48 hours they never pick up !!! Like who am I suppose to call to change my flight ??? And if i missed the flight because I couldn’t change the flight and they not picking up im the one who will be charged !!! U can see in the photo below 43 minutes no answer!!!!! And its not even free call !!

As expected really 5 star service and help like i was travel alone but with assistance and PLAINTY (extra) luggage. If not the most cheap the little price more is worth .. thank you Emirates ! Next flight i need not to search, you'll see me again ... Hope the good connection will stay like it is now !
