A good, clean & affordable vegetarian hotel located at the heart of the Adoor town. Got a large open area parking space which is very convenient. They have got traditional kerala dishes like vada, dosa, masala dosa etc which are very very good. Meals, kerala porotta, kothu/chilly porotta, poori masala are also available. I have also had fried rice, gobi manchurian, mushroom & paneer dishes which i would rate as ok, not that great, but nothing to complain. Tea, coffee availabe whole time. Packed chips, laddoo etc too available. Snacks items like kozhukkatta, ila ada, sukhiyan etc are availabe normally at morning time & evening.They get sold very fast. Overall very good experience.

I visited Padma Cafe in Adoor for lunch, hoping to enjoy a delicious thali meal based on the ratings and reviews I had seen online. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The rice was overcooked and mushy, and the curry was bland and watery. I could not finish my plate and left feeling unsatisfied. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good dining experience. Do not trust the ratings and reviews, they are misleading and inaccurate. NB : The hotel premises are kept neat and tidy and got ample parking space too.

The best meals available in adoor other all foods are average. Limited space only . At noon time very rush. Sometimes need to wait for 10-15 mins.

Whenever I visit Adoor, I drop in at Padma Cafe because I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of food and service. Padma cafe never disappoints. The menu is extensive with a wide variety of dishes. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff. The ambiance of the restaurant was also lovely, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere with a large parking space. One of the best vegetarian restaurants in and around Adoor. The meals are the go to dish if you eat here. It was really tasty and authentic. The day we ate there was their anniversary. So we got am extra payasam. The payasam was a bit too sweet. Otherwise the sadya was devine. We also had pazhampori from there another time, which was one of the best I had till date.

Waited for almost 15 minutes on the table, but no one cared even to take the order. There was a ministers convoy (KL15) so all staff busy serving them. There is something called a professionalism which should be kept. Giving good service is also as important as giving good food. Note: food is good

A very nice and clean pure vegetarian restaurant around the locality.Staffs are very friendly.The food is really tasty and properly served. Ample car parking is there. Lack of tissues on the table can be considered a con along with it not having them in the wash area too. Balance everything is nice, but there is always room for improvement. Nb-Tea is really nice, Cofee is not up to the mark.

This is a really nice place. I love the food. Mostly i have tried their breakfast and they were really good. Must point out their customer service, such good staff and behaviour. Always friendly and welcoming.

If you want to try authentic Kerala cuisine which feels like homemade, this place is must try. Traditional Kerala sadya is what I had and Rs 110 for the same is very reasonable considering the freshness and quality of the food. I could see a lot of snacks as well. A must visit for all those who love vegetarian food.

Since the restaurant and the entrance are not towards the main road you do not feel the rush. The place is usually crowded during lunch hours and you may find space in the AC section in 1st floor. The food was homely. Lunch is served on banana leaf with nice side dishes.

Usually going to a restaurant with family is one of the happiest moments but choosing padma was my biggest mistake ..it was the worst experience of my life .. Paying bill before hand and waiting for food and when we got the food I did the crime which was tasting my mom's ordered food and got nagged by the staff, he was being rude and rising his voice on me just because I tasted a food item.Is this how you treat your customers? I couldn't imagine such thing could even happen . The disappointment was too much that I couldn't even enjoy the food we ordered and not to mention my day was spoiled. NB:They don't have any problem in wasting food or not eating your food but you shouldn't dare to touch your loved ones dishes.

PADMA CAFE is a wom n empowerment initiative started off by the N. S. S. Starting from th cashier to the waiters to hopefully everyone in the kitchen are all women.. The food is good.. Staff is courteous, accommodative to suggestions. The hotel in itself is clean It is a pure vegetarian restaurant. From a tourist point of view I am sure that there would a lot of other places that would be suggested but keep in mind that for the locals this is a place that they go to have good simple food in a decent atmosphere

I don't know much about the taste of keralites but, if you are a North Indian, you shouldn't go for parotta thinking of paratha here, you will get fancy names like chilli paratha etc, but will be disappointed by how they prepare it in a very unique way😂😂

Food was not that great. Many of the items were not cooked properly like payar merukarati, paripa, etc. The biggest problem is it's crowded and they are not able to provide proper service. We went for lunch with family and we got the token even though we had to wait for 15mins which was ok. Then they served lunch but the food was not upto it and worse part was their service. We had to wait continuously to get re-served. Over all not a happy meal for us.

Food is average. The payasam was a disaster. Poor customer service. They think they are doing a free service. After buying 5 meals parcel, they do not have a bag to offer for carryng it, even on payment basis. I have seen other customers also facing the same issue. But to my surprise, the manager and staff are least bothered!
