Beautiful,bright decor and ambience is nice. Ordered quite a few items and all of them were tasty, service was prompt and the staff were helpful and the price reasonable. Overall worth your time and money.

Heard a lot about this place and this place didn't disappoint. I loved the complete idealogy and theme of this place. Amazing ambience, even the service were excellent. Talking about the food. The menu stays in the budget and is finger licking.

Yesterday I was ordered veg hakka Noodles through Swiggy but restaurant served me basi veg hakka Noodles.ghatiya restaurant.I will complain to food inspector for this behaviour.

It was fantastic we went there . We ordered many things chicken hot and sour soup , Chicken malai kebab , crispy baby corn chilly, mutton dehati, butter naan, chicken fried rice out of this everything was yum except soup . I personally feel that there was more taste of sauce than the original chicken soup.. but must say lovely ambience, staff and yum food . Gonna visit soon

Worst experience Rude staff Highly disappointed Disgusting Horrible staff and management Food is average not so great. Staff and manager is very impolite and rude. Wish I could give negative star. We had paid the bill before and were finishing our food meanwhile some thousand times the staff and manager asked us indirectly to empty the table and the best part there was no waiting almost 60% of their tables were empty only. So disgusting behaviour . Behaviour matters more than the food taste sometimes. Incase of this place both are horrible.

The cash counter staff was very rude, he doesn't have manner to talk to a person, they billed me wrong bill which was not consumed by us and they were arguing on the same. Dear Lazeez senior manager kindly look for the same, as these type of behavior is not acceptable with any of the customer.

Dual themed restaurant - first of its kind in Patna. Went there yesterday after we saw its recommendation from Patna Beats on Instagram. We tried the Gufa themed one and the ambience is good and customer service was great. The best thing - the food taste reflects across all Lazeez restaurant which I loved. You will, however find a price difference between the regular and Gufa themed restaurant a bit for the same menu items.

The food quality was below average. The quantity was also very less, comparing to other restaurants. Next day everybody had acidity problem. Not happy.

Worst Experience I had today. I'm going there on regular basis from past many years with friends and families. Today had to wait for more than 15 minutes for reorder, after that also they provide poor quality of food, in place of gravy it was soup. When I told that I need to talk to manager or owner or provide me feedback register. They denied. I requested to make a call to owner and tell him that I want to talk but he denied. After this he never apologize for his behaviour and service. I told that "aap ek Baar kha ker k dekhe but he was as he is ignoring. We had to return back to home with empty stomach and mood off. Earler also a year ago once it was happend but that time they apologized but this time it was as I was lieing. Waiting for a call from management side. I had given my no on counter. Azad Deepak

I recently got an opportunity to visit this outlet of Lazeez Gold. It's clearly visible from the main road. Plenty of parking space available here. I stepped inside the restaurant, I liked the ambiance. It was so calm n soothing. Lighting also played a great role We grabbed the seats. It was also comfortable. We placed our order for special chicken masala biryani along with raita. They served the meal after 15-20mins. I think the wait was worthwhile. The food was yummy. We loved it. Lastly we paid the bill and left. Overall it was a wonderful experience for me. I loved the food and enjoyed my day. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My overall experience with this place is average. The one thing which I didn't like was the pricing of food and the quantity, it was not worth it. The staff is polite.

Worst experience I have ever had. Taking too much time in serving and Stale chiken lollipop they served .. It was stinking. Order was of mutton biryani and the parcel was having chicken biryani. We paid for mutton biryani. No rayta or salad was added It was a rubbish experience on Mother's Day. Noone should visit this place.

Today is first day for us in patna and first food for us we ordered from this lazeez gold through Zomato. To be frank we have never had worst food than this...veg thali all gravys were old cooked and had bitter taste. Egg biryani as well the rice was not cooked properly, too much oily, eggs were not boiled properly. We are for sure never ever going to order food from lazeez gold again. Waste of money and time.

If you want dhaba like service then please visit here, kitchen always noisy. As per taste only good thing I like is Naan as this is fluffy and dahi k sholay which is hard to find in Patna. Else mushroom is waste I mix that with chicken gravy cause mushroom was taste less. From my opinion not recommended, even price are competitive in market
