The worst Salon I have ever visited. firstly it looks like a local salon only with brand name which they are spoiling. the entry looks dirty, they start cleaning the room when they see the customer. the towels are lying here and there. most of them do not even wear a mask. there is a lady sitting at the reception- apparently the "'owner" who doesn't even wish the customer. the said lady is extremely rude and it seems as if she has never gone to any school. She starts shouting at customers and misbehaves every time. it seems she wants to sit alone in the salon. She is spoiling the name of lakme and is a perfect example of bad service. Please avoid going to this place if you can. there are so many better salons across the city. No one wants to go to a salon and see misbehaving staff.

It was my sister's engagement and like every other bride she too wanted to look her best. After checking all the reviews we went to this salon. We were very excited but the very excitement turned into a nightmare when we saw the makeup. She ruined everything. My sister explained everything before hand but still they made her look like a clown, for which they charged a hefty amount. When we showed our resentment they started misbehaving. The worst of all was the behaviour of the owner. The next day my sister's face reacted to the makeup, she got rashes and we had to consult a dermatologist for the same. I am sure the good reviews are posted by the owner herself........ Aur finally yahi bolna chahunga bewakoof owner hy

Nice place. It is beside Indian oil petrol pump. many stores are there in this building. restaurant is also available in this building. Lakme expert is doing there job very good.

Lakme, The Name is fame. Best Spa and Salon of Patna. Cost is slightly higher than other but services are very good. Best place for Bride Mehandi and Makeup.

I had a very bad experience here. I was with my 5months old child and they made me wait outside the complex on a hot day as their employee was not on time in the morning. Then, i was being bitten by the mosquitoes inside the parlour. On telling this to the make up artist inspite of being sorry she replied "patna mei machhar kaha nai hota hai". Moreover, I was told that it will take 2hr for the service to complete but she took more than 2.5hrs that too with incomplete service because of which I was late for the event. I was given no confirmation on the advance payment. They have to work on the management the artist should work on her attitude. I would have ignored this if at least the artist was polite.

Had a good experience in this salon. I had took hair spa. The staff were professional. I have long hair so them gave me some suggestions regarding long hair so that I can avoid damages in my hair.

Good service & excellent hospitality. Really satisfied with the services especially the hair stylist Mr.Kundan in terms of services such as hair cut & highlights.

I had gone for pedicure and manicure….not at all satisfied with the charges and the the service provided… the bowl which was provided for dipping hands for manicure was very below standard….

If you want to get relaxed a place you must visit. Their facials or massage are skills are brilliant. Staffs are very polite and they are master in their job. I would love to give them 6 stars 1 more for their extra efforts.

All facilities and services are good as per brand name. Good place to visit for female salon. Need to made entrance area easy for lots of stone chips on the entrance. Didn't expect from such big brand complex.
