BE CAREFUL BEFORE EXCHANGING, MUST CHECK RATES ONLINE AND BARGAIN IF THEY OFFER TOO LESS. As per my experience when i went to exchange USD they offered rate of 64 rs. but when i checked Thomas cook website it was showing there 64.8. When i told them about this difference they told that for exchanging at that rate i need to do it online else maximum they can give 64.3. Then after sometime they agreed for 64.5. So they changed from 64 rs to 64.5 within 5 minuted. Finally i exchanged my dollars at 64.5 rs. But initially they tried to cheat me. At that time I also called Thomas cook mumbai, they told that there is always a difference between rates offered online and offline. But they suggested that the offline rate is negotiable. BEST WOULD BE TO BOOK ONLINE ON THOMASCOOK WEBSITE BY PAYING 4% OF TOTAL EXCHANGE VALUE AND THEN VISIT THE BRANCH. THIS 4% MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER EXCHANGE.

Worst Service provider Don't go with Thomas cook If you want todo hasle free tour. The Thomas cook team will make u frustrate so much that u can't even enjoy your tour .I booked for Thailand and they made me frustrated and I have complain in customer forum also for same. worst worst worst service provider.Upto Payment they are very good just after payment they not recieve call and not respond to mail and even not give your vouchers.They provided me wrong vouchers and changed all hotels at last moment.They give Threat also So Be careful and If any one has mind then he/she should not go with this third class company(Thomas Cook)

these people are dumb.so poor services,i had gone to them to remit amount from moneygram..they started asking dumb question.even i said,the sender is friend,they said ,if sender isnt indian,he cant remit amount ,if that so,why did moneygram allows my friend to send me money..so stupid people uae exchange is better than this place.

I went for currency purchase i have all valid ticket id stay all proff they even calculate the amount but due to some senior was not present they cant figures out how to manage. Its very disappointing as i had to wait for 1hr and with no result.
