    WHY TO BUY SO EXPENSIVE FLATS IN PATNA IF YOU BEST OPTION IN WEST BENGAL AND OTHER METRO CITIES..... ITS TO EXPENSIVE AND LACK OF BASIC FACILITIES......PLEASE CUSTOMER DONT LETS THESE BUILDER TO MAKE YOU FOOL

    One of the oldest buildings around the area. Good housing space, all the amenities exist here. Currently I would suggest this as a perfect pensioner residency but even if someone with young children shift here, they will have access to the best school in Patna i.e. Tribhuvan International school, which shares the boundary with Gulmohar Greens

    Location is out skirt of patna,wait for 20 yrs for basic amenities ,most important not safe for women in remote location,with no rule of law in state. I recomend sai kusum infinity apartment bahadurpur patna,best in patna.

    Roof top swimming pool, stilt parking, mandir, 2 lifts , 1 service lift, park, mandir, fasad n colour is treat to eyes , good n educated gentry, every thing is there - best society in patna 👌
