Just in front of beach. Pretty good view. Rooms were decent. I saw a snake on the ground. Didn't use any food or room service, so can not comment on that.

One of the worst experience We went for one night stay and had booked two rooms, we experienced constant disturbance caused by a group of 12-15 men staying in the same hotel room as us. The men were drinking alcohol and making loud noise throughout the night, and at one point even started knocking on our hotel room doors. This disturbance went on for whole night and as a result, my family and I were unable to get any sleep. We feel very frustrated and upset that we were unable to get the rest we needed due to this unacceptable behavior from other guests. We had young girls in both of our rooms and their behaviours kept us scared and very frustrated. No one from the hotel management came by to stop this. I hope the hotel management take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such behavior does not occur again in the future.

Stayed here for 7 days 8 nights Pros : A beautifully located resort right in front of the beach.. you can literally see the beach from your bed. The rooms are quite huge with big tall windows Has a big and spacious ground inside the resort to relax. Feels at home.. the person-in-charge is also helpful.. It has a kitchen, we took our 1.5 year old son and requested them to let us use the kitchen to cook our son's food.. they readily made it open for us anytime. Food is available only if you preorder any the previous day, they will arrange it likewise the next day. We stayed on the first floor which is the perfect place if you want to view the beach . The beach has NO public intervention and hence the beach is clean enough. Cons : There is no geyser in the washroom No TV .as no one might need one in this beautiful locale The a.c. might be a trouble sometimes..but upon informing they sent an electrician to fix i The rooms lack ample light during the night as all the rooms has only those dim yellow lights which is not at all friendly for any high powered people Overall I would say a very calm and serene place to chill and relax.

The rooms were clean the ambience was excellent the food was tasty the perfect view of the beach and sea the staff is friendly especially the chef who cooked tasty and delicious food. Really a great time to enjoy with the family and a perfect resort for the kids

Location is The only best thing about this place and uence it will never cease to get good reviews... But, apart from the location - there is nothing else that can be appreciated. The owner is good n if he manages the whole property properly, it will be a perfect location to chill out... Currently, the manager, caretaker - none of them r interested in doing any work at all. The manager is literally good for nothing.. caretaker is least concerned about things at the property. One message forcthe owner- which we already told him personally as well... "If you be at the property almost whole day, things would b on track. But the moment u r gone, its completely a different picture"

The only plus point is the location. Rooms are very dirty. You can see waste in the window panes. Service is also very bad. They wont give even one bottle of water.

The beauty of this place is only surpassed by the hospitality provided by Mr Shebin Martin and his family. It's a rare find and you will love every hour of your day here. Home cooked food, quiet ambience and open spaces make for a relaxed time spent here.

It was great place...but the fans were slow rotating and there is no hot water provided at all times...I think even though paying 2K per night failing to provide these basic facilities to customers is not tolerable and its the matter of just changing the capacitor to fasten the fan...I hope this helps

The peaceful and the quiet ambience... the view from the balcony... the friendly staff... cleanliness...I am occasionally stayed day and night panoramic view on sea front .........my favourite room 109 and Mr.Shebin and family and Mr.Saj...i am strongly recommend to stay nature lovers...almost everything...is excellent Sureshbabu Karayi

Decent budget friendly room's. .. but worst service and too late for anything. .. coordinator stucks for everything and need to wait long for everything & with food. .. u need to order a day before for breakfast, order the lunch in the morning and u get it by 3pm , u need to order the diner in the evening before 5 pm & it will be setved by 10pm

It was a family outing, We had a very good experience here. Hospitality is very good. Even though there were some confusions with booking, Mr. Saji took very good care and made sure to keep us comfortable...

Excellent location, Very close to a beautiful clean beach...we had a great memorable stay here, The property manager Suneel was very helpful and took good care of us. Home cooked food available in the resorts and it saved lots of our time. Will definitely visit again... There were some minor / temproary issues with AC but it was manageable...not a big deal. Overall a great stay...

You have a beautiful scenery of the beach and the beach is very close the resort,there is no public intervention.you can get phenomenal homely food and the caretaker is very kind and responds to all your needs.the room is big and clean.its very peaceful to sit in the compound at night time and listen to the waves

Apart from being on the beachfront, nothing else is good. Worst room service and zero facilities. Few caretakers are good but a useless manager. And no facility like internet, tv, food or anything you can think of is provided here. Even a water bottle is chargeable.

I have checked in to the resort, but the room which was promised to me was 109 and they have given 105 and only good room they have is 109. I had made the booking first for the room 109 but it was given to a group check in. This room which was provided to me was really pathetic, the ac does not have a remote, room was not clean and dusty, the walls of the room is not plastered and this is a very small room and the wifi is also not working. I tried reaching the manager but you don't have network over there but some how I was able to send watsapp messages. That was the moment I realised they are not concerned about their guest, this guy even after seeing my messages did not respond and we were left with no other option than adjust. They took 2k for the room from us but originally the room was not even worth half of it. I can see that they have mentioned that it is a 3star hotel but in reality it is not even worth a single star.

I think the management over here wanted us to be on an adventure trip . We braved a snake going in the kitchen, coconut tree's branches falling, kerosene smell from bottled water, lizards and insects in room and the short handed staff's inability to help fetch milk from a shop 800 mts. We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was dusty and there were no mosquito nets on the windows. We couldnt open the windows due to insects, lizards, snakes and the resort car which was keen to enter our room. The window glass was grimy and wooden grills were dusty. There was no provision of a drying rack or a line to dry clothes. It's not a resort. It's a set of rooms with one caretaker. The food options are limited. By limited I mean just 1 option of veg dish and one nonveg dish. Both were good though. The only good thing is the beach which is clean and less crowded.

Pretty good place beside the beach to unwind for the weekend. This place is fine for families, couples and bachelors too. Car parking is available inside the property and rooms are clean and well maintained. An in house cook is also present so that you don't need to step out of the property to buy food.

Location is top notch, facilities are pretty decent, toilet and bedding are properly cleaned and hygienic .Food options are very limited and prices are on higher side as it is located a bit far from the city. Drinks are on request basis, better to carry your own. The owner is a true gentleman. Overall a peaceful place, away from all the hustle bustle.
