I had a worse experience from this hospital. Their front desk management and ladies with Sandal coloured uniforms in the front desk are not efficient. They don’t have proper answers if we ask about higher authority. They are rude by behaviour. And poor booking system they have. There is no use of advance booking. If somebody came very early and report at the counter even without patient, they will consider that and allow them to enter first. And if there is no use of prior booking then why do they insisting on that? Disappointed with the manager too. She said we will get more priority if we walk in without booking.

Experienced Doctors, especially cardiology department, lead by Dr. P Raveendran. He is very kind and cooperative with patients and bystanders. Also one of the best cardiac surgeons in kannur. All other staffs like nurses, dietitian, pharmacists are good. A very good experience. Also very neat and clean. Parking space available.

My mother was admitted to emergency department (BMH hospital, Kannur) for two days due to breathing difficulty and the care and services given to her was excellent. Then she was transferred to hospital room for six days under the treatment of a doctor, basically a physician, and got discharged after six days. Her breathing difficulties appeared again after a day and she expired within a few hours most unexpectedly. The doctor who treated her seemed very careless. She doesn't take more than 20 seconds to examine the patient and doesn't listen to what the bystanders want to stay. She didn't give any suggestions about the care to be taken after getting discharged.. I don't want to mention her name and don't want raise any complaint against her but I would like to request the management to terminate the services of such doctors and select sincere and efficient patient friendly doctors so that the hospital will become more useful to the patients. I may add, I appreciated the services of nurses and other staff during these eight days.

Front desk staffs are not efficient. No value for prior booking. If someone can come at 8am and report at the counter and go back and bring the patient for at the time of consultation at 10am. They will enter that patient first…. There is no value for prior booking here … poor management

Amazing hospital, amazing facilities. Doctors are highly qualified and experienced. Doctors fees and medicine are reasonable. I don't know about the room rates. Having said that the thing that annoyed me is that there is no queue system on the reception table. I was standing right in front of the receptionist. Two people came after me took their appointments and left. It would be much more fair if appointment were allotted on first come first bases.

So frustrating service from the Hospital. Mother had got admitted on 11 Jan 2023 with breathing difficulties. Same day evening they transferred mother into ICU. Still I don't understand why they had transferred her to ICU, as she was completely conscious and stable. The next day itself I asked them for discharge. They were trying to frighten me by saying a chance for pneumonia. However, got discharge with a bill amount of 29998. I asked them for a detailed distribution of the bill. They refused me for the same. Then I asked for the separate bill for the medicines. They refused for the medicines also. I don't know why they were refusing for it? Whatever, I just paid the bill and took my Mom home. Still I don't know the charges they charged and for what, how much etc... Canteen service was also terrible. Just felt everything they are doing for money. Business minded only, not for patient care.

The hospital is well placed There is good enough parking. Definitely can handle above 500 cars easily. Most of the department are available here. The prices are above average, but no expensive. There is a pharmacy and lab available within the hospital. Overall the hospital is a boon to the locals. If you have a medical insurance you can avail it easily. ECHS is not available here. But in emergency case you can avail it. The process will be explained to you by the staffs.

Well organized hospital opposite to Aster MIMS on Chala bypass in Nadal, Kannur. Previously known as Gimcare Hospital. Very good facilities, good atmosphere and staffs are good in behaviour. Not too crowded like other hospitals. The canteen also good. Rates are reasonable. Ample parking facility. One concern is to improve the time management and consider the people waiting outside. Especially in emergency department.

Dont go here if you are in an emergency, expect 2 hours delay from booking time. You can visit here if you have no other work to do and plenty of time. Booking an appointment is just a joke for them.

Special Thanks to NEENA sister who has been very helpful during the hospitalization of my dad. She takes care the patients really well and always try to give a homely feeling. Really appreciate the efforts. She is an asset to the hospital.

Well equipped, good ambience, very neat n clean. Clear navigation of all departments. The staffs here are very caring, cordial n offering a great service. Definitely this is a budget friendly hospital where you vl get the service worth the price you pay

1) Clean, good hospitality . 2) Doctor attention was good 3) Booking and scheduling is good 4) Not happy since no Duty Doctor available at 10:30 AM, since everyone was on ward rounds so came back at 14:10 hours. Hence not recommended for emergency service, kindly make a call before coming in case of emergency 5) insurance claim initially Hospital team were hesitant to claim, May be to avoid paper work for minor amount, after further discussion they agreed to claim. 6) Requested for an appointment with Hospital Manager, he ignored the customer call by just saying “Busy now” Note; Hope they will improve on point no 4&5

Went for an infected toe. The battery of tests required is the protocol, I guess. The surgeon was good, but not compassionate & seems to hint on an amputation, which wasn't in good taste, I feel. I felt like being on a butchers table!!

If you like to get faster response, better go directly to causality. OPD Patients will only get last preference for any tests. I had to weight around 4 hrs today to do an MRI. Also if you are going for a second review for your previous consultation from any other hospitals, they wont even check your previous records.

Overall good experience, the treatment was good and very helpful staff. We are fully satisfied with the services rendered to the patient

Well maintained surroundings, not too crowded like other hospitals. The whole area is too vast, may be due to that i felt it. Staffs are nice and helpful. But the waiting time is horrible, we booked the consultation a day prior, they provided a time too, but doctor is not yet reached to OP, we waited almost 1.5hrs for the consultation.

Best place to learn and good co workers around, best treatment in hospital. Productive experience and good working environment. The Doctors are well experienced and It's a very good hospital and their way of checking a patient is unique and calm. The Hospital premises are safe, clean and hygienic to visit, enough spacious parking availability . The staff nurses are caring and experienced enough to manage situations with good compatibility. Overall an economical Hospital with high class medical facility.

Gimcare hospital is a boon for all the Kannurites who had been longing for an excellent medical care. Not only are the facilities top notch, the ambience and the hospitality deserves a mention too. I am grateful to Dr. Annie Kurien and Dr. Irshad who have provided the best of treatment for my baby and me. Special thanks to all the NICU staff nurses and the other nurses in the delivery section who had been extremely efficient in taking care of the new mom and the baby throughout our stay at the hospital. BMH Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Kannur to my Knoledge. Very happy with their services especially the Customer Relation Department where they have good young smart staffs.

During my 5 days hospital stay, Dr. Deepak provided me with excellent care, and ICU nurse Aswathi and all ICU nurses was amazing. The support staff were incredibly helpful and kept my room clean and tidy. Nonetheless, the quality of care and attention from the staff made up for it. . Overall, the hospital provided a welcoming environment that greatly aided in my recovery.

Hi, i have been treated in this hospital, but my experience was very good and above my expectation. Felt like a homely treat from nurses here. Patient can call doctors to seek availability or appointment also possible here. My treated doctor was Dr. Deepak Raju in Cardiology dept., he voluntarily gave his contact number to call and inform health condition which never possible with other hospitals. Very neat and clean environment, rooms are clean, 2-3 times the staff visiting to make sure cleanliness. Compared to other speciality hospitals charges are affordable for average income earners as well. My advice to the patients who are looking better treatment and less hospital bill can go this hospital Kannur.

While the hospital cleanliness is maintained very well. Time Management is atrocious. Booked an appointment at 10 in the morning and the the doctor wasn’t available till 11:30 am. Once the turn came it took 2 minutes for the doctor to prescribe medicine in computer with no questions being asked. This place needs improvement

The service we experienced was excellent. Our doctor Annie Kurian is good and the pediatrician also good. All nurses are well in service and all are well experienced

Doctors and hospital are good especially thanks for Dr prasaad kumar pediatric Nicu. He takes my baby caring well. And nicu staff also good. Pharmacy facilities are not good because medicine and stationary items (pampers, baby realated item ) are not in there. Ward nursing staff are not working effective.

I had a great experience from BMH hospital Kannur. All staffs working over there is so caring and friendly attitude. Staff nurses are caring the patients very well. They frequently visit the rooms and inquire about the conditions. The hospital is kept neat and clean around. The treatment cost is low compared to other private hospitals

Well maintained clean vast area hospital and enough parking space but people are not much attracted to the hospital because of another well known hospital nearby. Another drawback about this hospital is that if we consulted a Doctor and the Doctor advised us to take medicine and come after two weeks,there is no guaranty that the Doctor is available after two weeks.

One of the best hospitals in Kerala. How they treat their patients is what makes them apart from other's. The service they provide is at its peak.They know how to handle there patients problem. I have visited BHM for good treatment and will visit them again.

It was a horrible experience. First of all no proper guidance inside the hospital. Poor canteen service. (faced multiple issues within 1 day of admission, they are taking advantage as there is no other Restaurant/hotel nearby). Lack of experienced nurses. I choose this hospital for my wife's delivery. Based on 1 day’s experience I changed my decision.

I recently had a great experience at Baby Memorial Hospital in Kannur. The hospital had a good infrastructure and the construction ongoing did not interfere with the patient's care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members. One of the standout features of the hospital was its ample Parking Space, which made it easy for me to park my vehicle and access the hospital without any hassle. The hospital's facilities were top-notch, with modern and clean rooms that made me feel like I was in a star hotel. The medical equipment was also state-of-the-art and the hospital was very well-maintained. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional care I received from the hospital's medical staff. The doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals were all extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Canteen services need to be improved.

In my holiday trip I visited BMH hospital kannur in 15/08/2023 for a health checkup. I am so happy for that visit because the treat of the hospital staffs and doctors are very well .especially front office staff naveena.k and saheer they helped me a lot.This hospital is the best hospital in kannur district. Overall service is very pathetic. Staffs are not efficient in their jobs, even though they are nice in behaviour. Seems like, many of them don't know how to deal with the computers and there is so much unnecessary delay in everything. I would not recommend Pediatrician Dr. Santhosh M K for anyone. He is not very interested in answering patients queries. He came late (I can totally understand that because of his job) and but then he says that I have some other patients waiting when we ask any doubts. We are paying money and when we take an appointment with a Dr. (Especially for our babies), we expect that we can clear our doubts properly. I am very disappointed with his attitude. Although I want to emphasize on the fact that my experience with Dr. Suhaiba Ameera and Dr. Girija Savithri were extremely good. I have no complaints with their services. Hospital surroundings and cleanliness, everything is good.

It was great stay. I had a ACL reconstruction surgery and stayed at the hospital foe 2 days. My entire needs were taken care off perfectly. The staffs are very sweet and professional. The hospital is clean and silent providing a calm atmosphere for recovery
