I've been to this office twice. The first visit went as it should, but the second one, well... I made an appointment for my daughter to have her tooth extracted under anesthesia by phone. He is a difficult patient, so I expected that things might be different. The visit ended with a payment for not removing the tooth because no one informed us that the Doctor had to prepare for sedation... my daughter had her teeth extracted in another office and we were informed about the preparation from the patient's side immediately during registration, the decision about sedation was based on place, I didn't even know that this type of anesthesia existed. Finally, if the office needs prior preparation because they have such rules, it's ok, but the registration obligation is to at least ask what type of anesthesia will be taken into account, so that the parent can avoid paying (not a small one) for the visit to the office itself, because I don't have to know whether you should prepare for sedation, e.g. 2 days in advance or 2 minutes before is enough!

Receptionist does not speak English. If you explain in Polish you don't speak Polish they simply hang up.

The visit to the X-ray went very smoothly, with good instructions from the technician. Nice service and atmosphere. Dental visits also on time, short appointments, convenient location.

Nie polecam tego miejsca! Córka miała plombę, która trzymała się 2 tygodnie. Przyszłam na wizytę w celu reklamacji i założenia nowej plomby. Wizyta trwała 5 minut, córka otworzyła tylko buzie w celu sprawdzenia- koszt 60 zł. Napewno już nie wrócę na dalsze leczenie.

I have been going here for some time and I can definitely recommend every dentist and orthodontist I have visited here. As a child, I had a grudge against dentists and escaped from the chair several times, much to my parents' dissatisfaction, and large doses of anesthesia did not help at all. I think such problems could be avoided here. Visits with Dr. Turan and Dr. Plutecka were efficient and painless. The orthodontist - Dr. Dudzik - explained the problem and possible solutions clearly, thoroughly and exhaustively. Dr. Freyer and his assistant, Mrs. Marta, managed the root canal treatment of the problematic tooth. It turned out that the previous dentist had left the tooth unfinished - not all the canals were filled, which I was not informed about! This made the tooth hurt and when I opened it, it turned out that pus was also collecting in it! Fortunately, the doctor managed to save it, so it didn't need to be pulled out. I highly recommend it 😁

Nie polecam tego miejsca!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To nie są kompetentne osoby, które powinny wykonywać zabiegi stomatologiczne jak i obsługiwać pacjentów. Proszenie o wystawienie pozytywnej opinii w zamian za rabat 20 złotych. Pani doktor Freyer u której robiłem leczenie kanałowe nagle pojechała sobie na urlop w terminie w którym miałem umówioną wizytę. Przecież to jest kompletna kpina z pacjentów. Notoryczne opóźnienia i brak przeprosin.

We went with the child from the very beginning, the first adaptation visit was ok, but subsequent visits in terms of people and the atmosphere were ok, can't complain, plus the fact that the child gets a gift after the visit is great, but it happened to us that the fillings fell out 3 times (every dentist says that if the fillings fall out it's bad (they were done, not that there was any charm or something wrong with the tooth) each visit paid a lot for me. Too much for me, but sealing the 4th tooth for PLN 600 each, applying the medicine PLN 440 plus filling PLN 300. I will add that these are Melczaks, I think that it is much too much for the next one the dentists also confirmed it to us until we finally found a great dentist from the National Health Fund, the fillings don't fall out, the material is also great, they work with it, the child is happy
