Would never come here again. I came here because of the great reviews, and was extremely disappointed. It might be a good place if you speak polish or have done your nails many times before. It was my first time, and the girl explained NOTHING about the procedure and barely answered my questions. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, pink nail extensions with square shape. And without asking me more details she basically just added gel on top of my natural short nails and then painted them. Since I don't know the procedure I didn't realize until it was too late. There's also visible bubbles on some of them. Waste of time and money.

It used to be a place where you could get your nails get done well. Last time I have been informed 2 days in advance that the person that I booked visit to, cannot make it and somebody else will do my manicure. I wasn’t happy about it but it was too late to change the plans. The person that did my nails didn’t speak Polish neither English. She hurt me few times when polishing my nails with milling machine. Manicure wasn’t done well too. I am seriously dissapointed. Edit: during the extensions removal 3 from my nails turned out to be green inside (bacteria) which was most probably caused by incorrect gel applying. Something like this NEVER happened to me before.

Unfortunately, why so many good reviews were given still remains a mystery to me. I would sum up my visit with one word - rip off. Price-performance ratio is not right here at all. The salon is more like a place of mass processing. The atmosphere is cold and dreary. I paid a whopping PLN 110 for just having my Shellac filed down. So relatively expensive for the Polish market. What can I say, you learn by making mistakes.

Great place to get your nails done. There are a lot of technicians and they can fit you in easily. They were very patient and didn’t hang up the phone on because you don’t speak Polish. Clear place and priced fair. Highly recommend!
