Scandalous
behavior
of
the
nurse,
Mrs.
Danuta
Firczyk,
and
the
doctor,
Mr.
Jan
Magiera.
I
came
to
the
emergency
room
on
Sunday,
February
4,
2024,
at
7
p.m.,
with
a
hand
injury
that
I
had
suffered
the
day
before.
Pain
in
my
right
elbow,
I
couldn't
(and
still
can't)
straighten or
bend
my
arm
at
the
elbow.
I
suffered
the
injury
on
Saturday,
February
3,
around
12:00
on
a
ski
slope
in
Slovakia.
A
drunk
skier
hit
me.
At
7
p.m.
I
registered
for
the
sora.
Approx.
7:30
p.m.
I
was
called
for
triage
and
from
the
very
beginning
I
started
being
attacked
by
the
nurse
-
why
did
I
choose
this
ER
when
I
have
another
one
closer
to
where
I
live
(why
does
the
nurse
need
my
address?
),
why
didn't
I
go
to
the
ED
in
Slovakia,
why
didn't
I
take
painkillers.
I
started
to
reply
that
I
didn't
have
to
explain
why
I
did
that.
I
wanted
to
say
that
I
pay
taxes
and
ZUS
contributions
in
Poland
and
I
want
to
use
the
National
Health
Fund
when
I
need
it.
The
nurse
shouted
so
much
that
she
jumped
in
her
chair
-
that
I
was
uncultured,
that
she
was
a
freelancer,
that
she
was
sitting
here
for
12
hours,
that
she
was
just
paying
taxes...
and
another
nurse
and
a
doctor
got
involved.
Neither
the
nurse
nor
later
the
doctor
even
listened
to
what
I
said.
The
nurse
told
me
to
raise
my
arm
in
the
shoulder
joint
and
said
"well,
your
arm
is
moving",
when
2
minutes
earlier
I
said
that
the
pain
was
in
the
elbow
joint...
When
this
pathetic
"examination"
was
over,
the
nurse
only
said
"12
hours
of
waiting,
wait
outside
office
C.
After
about
an
hour,
the
doctor
called
me
and
didn't
ask
what
happened,
he
just
told
me
that
I
was
rude,
that
I
forgot
that
I
paid
taxes
and
that
I
had
alienated
the
entire
medical
staff
from
the
very
beginning.
A
scandal,
the
doctor
didn't
let
me
finish
my
sentence,
he
didn't
even
listen
to
what
hurt
me
or
under
what
circumstances
I
suffered
the
injury.
He
said
to
go
to
other
emergency
departments
because
people
from
all
over
the
province
come
there
and
they
have
too
much
work.
Finally,
he
sent
me
for
an
X-ray
and
said
that
my
hand
was
intact.
Unfortunately,
I
have
to
go
to
the
doctor
again
under
private
health
care,
because
the
pain
is
getting
worse,
as
is
the
tingling
in
my
hand.
Scandal,
scandal,
scandal.
If
your
nurse
and
doctor
are
not
satisfied
with
the
work
they
do,
it
may
be
time
to
consider
changing
their
profession.
Moreover,
health
care
is
for
patients
-
not
the
other
way
around.
