    I am Appalled by the service I received Saturday, July 3rd. I came in hoping to purchase a couple of pieces and I literally watched while three Caucasian people got service before I did. I went to the sales person because I wanted to ask a question and he literally looked me up and down and ignored me and helped others in the store. I definitely felt discriminated and I was made to feel like my money wasn’t good enough. Needless to say I will never shop at this location ever again. Such a vast difference from the service I got at the Burberry store in Tysons.

    Very disappointed with their check in policy whereby you can't enter until the security guard assigns you a customer service representative to escort you throughout the store to prevent theft. You can thank the Left for that Covid / riot nonsense

    Please be aware of Burberry product quality is very poor. I purchased a rain boots and it was in the box for couple years not in used. I try to use it and on one shoe rubber get cracked. I have other brands rain boots and I never had any issues with other brands.When I called the store the woman told me to bring it to the store for evaluation . So I made a trip to the store to show the defect on one shoe the other associate told me it’s out of warranty and nothing we can do. Will not purchase again any Burberry product due to poor quality control.

    I will never buy anything from this place Burberry dc location all their staff was unprofessional looked at me from top to toes like making a judgement that I was just browsing. Staff having a conversation about their personal life. Not a pro environment at all Thank you.

    This is the best store. The staff is FANTASTIC! The tailor, the sales associates. Just wonderful experience. Skip the store in Tysons Galleria. This is where the stellar service is.

    Staff is nice - I feel like there is something missing in the experience here. I picked up a jacket and the front entrance was blocked off with no one to greet me. Then a sales associate came by and greeted me but nothing seemed like it felt like great service. I feel like anywhere that you spend a few thousand bucks on anything needs to be an exceptional experience

    My husband needed to exchange a Christmas gift for me that was too large. The DC location assisted him today January 30, 2023, however, he was told the selection I wanted was not in stock and they would order the item to arrive to our home. Shortly after he left the store, they called me (his wife) and said they did not have his number in the system so they were calking me. A sales person identified herself as Shaneniqa told me they in fact had the item and he should turn come back immediately. I called my husband and reluctantly returned to the store bc there was a protest or some kind of demonstration in the city. Once he re-parked and we t inside, he was told she forgot to have him sign the return slip. He asked incredulously why did they call me (his wife) and why lie to his wife. She advised him that she did not tell his wife that. Burberry has gone down in the quality people they hire. This young lady is a poor example of a high end store. I am really thinking about returning all the items he purchased. I don't need the items as I have so much Burberry, I could start my own store. This brand should be ashamed of itself, hiring ppl with zero integrity. I plan on calling their corporate office in the a.m.

    I am extremely disappointed with this location! I called early today and set aside 2 items as I live 1 hour and 30 mins from this location. I didn’t want to make the long drive if they didn’t have my size so wanted to make sure. I asked the gentleman that helped me over the phone what time they closed, he stated 7pm. I also checked the website and google to make sure, all said 7pm. I made the long drive and arrived at 6:20pm. When arriving, the store was closed. The door had their updated holiday hours and also said 7pm. I am not sure why did all decided to close the store early and not let anyone know especially the sign on the door. I made a 3 hour drive for no reason which is ridiculous!!!

    Derrick was an awesome associate. Very knowledgeable and I've left other burberry locations feeling like I could never own a coat from Burberry. But I was so so excited to leave here feeling great and looking fantastic in a coat. I've been having custom coats made to fit me but leaving here with Derrick as my customer service made me feel like a normal human. He's fantastic and should get paid to do training for their other store locations.

    Had an old Burberry scarf I’ve been using for well over a year now. Happened to get some holes in the Cashmere so I took it to them. Not only were they very kind, but they also patched it up free of charge. Love this brand.

    The Burberry sales associates were really lovely, but the inventory was completely in question. Honestly, shocked to see such limitations. Current campaign is "over-sized." As a person who likes more classic and polished Burberry this store lacked those options! Hoping when I go back to DC in the spring things will be different. For now hard pass.

    Seth was very attentive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He quickly and easily set up an account for me and was super friendly and personable throughout my visit. They were also very good with their covid procedures having sanitizer at the door and one on one assistance. I really appreciated those touches.

    The general manager Kristopher Johnson provided excellent customer service. He offered suggestions on color choices. I purchased a lovely handbag. If I am in the area again, i will definitely stop back in.

    Very disappointed I won't give them a star I wen tot the store and purchase the shoes took it home was big returned it for exchange and I was told that I will be sent an email for and update of my shipment Pablo customer service was so poor , now it's been two weeks I called representative transformed my call over to the store they hung up on I called again the line was busy the representative who transferred called he tried to help he looked over my purchase process and lie to me telling me it's in the process you should have it soon, So form 06/17/22 to 07/01/2022 I haven't received anything I called and spoke to Pablo he denied he serviced me and I provided him with his first and last name I texted him the receipt, and he get a nerve to tell me that my order was never placed and I have to go t the store do refunded to my credit and repurchase it over the phone. I am so made for this so nonsense customer service it the shoes is not for my daughter's birthday I will cancel it . But I am learning for this this my last time going back to that store period.
