I went to just check out the store, but end up buying so many things. There was thousands of items, from gift, perfume, decor, culture, islamic, cloths and much more. Loved it!

Bought a silver Azan clock on January 22nd and the packaging showed the clock has a space for batteries and a plug which was great because we wanted to hang it without using the wire. Came home and found that the clock has a European plug and did not have a place to put batteries. Came back today to exchange it and they were not happy about that. I think the only reason why we got the exchange was because of the pleasant man in the hat (might be the owner) who told the other guys at the register to exchange it. But when we got to them they were being difficult and said “someone would have told you it doesn’t allow for batteries when you bought it” - the one who said that is the one who sold it to us and did not tell us that. I said it clearly shows on the packaging that the silver azan clock allows for batteries (and pointed to it) and they said it doesn’t matter because someone would have told us that. 🙄 We got the black azan clock which is in the same exact packaging box as the silver and opened it to check to make sure it takes batteries. This one turned out to be $10 cheaper and they made us buy $10 worth of stuff instead of just giving us the money back. Poor business ethics and poor attitude. Should have just bought one off of Amazon. - 20 min on the drive back to Maryland we checked the box and they packed the silver one that we originally bought and now we have to go back to get the correct one. I called them and they cut me off and said “yes we know”- they had our number and could have called when they realized their mistake. I recommend going to a smaller shop that doesn’t have such stringent return/exchange policies and has honest customer service.

Good place where you can buy Islamic products

Honestly horrible experience. At first, when I was walking upstairs an employee told me to walk. I Was Walking. When I went to look at something they told me not to touch it. Why I'm trying to buy items? When I touched something they snapped at me and told me to stop. In the end, I went to the cashier to check out my stuff, but they ignored me. I had to yell to get their attention. Do not recommend this place. (every thing was overpriced)

It’s always a great experience shopping at Khan El-Khalili. The sales associate that assisted me was very helpful in providing various perfume samples for me to choose. The staff are very attentive and welcoming.

Good I love the store, very friendly nice people but they have to improve and bring new and high quality and design, men, women, children, clothing, scarfs, needs. Also higher quality kitchen equipments. The price for the kitchen items are higher compare to the quality.

The staff and people at this location are extremely friendly and helpful. I came in looking for fragrances and decorations and they took the time to show me all of my options. I love this market so much that I almost want to gate-keep it for myself! I recommend this to everyone!

For over 10 years I have purchased Quran’s, adan clocks, abayas, hijabs, incense, trays and tea sets from Khan El-Khalili‘s and I am always thrilled to vis their Falls Church store. The staff and customer service is family friendly. In addition to shopping there, I take my adan clock back every 2-3 years (with my battery’s) for the staff to replace them. Their merchandise is authentic and well displayed. Visit the store … you will be happy with the treasures you find.

TDLR; Worth a visit, not sure there’s anything worth buying though. Most if not all household and kitchen items felt and looked cheap. The quality really isn’t there - I wouldn’t buy it if I was back home so obviously I wouldn’t buy it for a marked up price here. Kitschy is a good way to describe most items. I went in looking for furniture (but they’re sold out), coffee and tea cups and little things but came out empty handed. It’s fun to just go poke around and the staff were nice. I also noticed they had a large selection of hookahs & accessories. But since it’s not my thing I didn’t pay too close attention.

Customer service is amazing. I was visiting from orlando. And the girl helped me get a perfume for my dad. She was extremely helpful and gave me advices on which one to buy. The place has so many great things to buy!! I could furnish my entire house from it. It is amazing. The owner or manager was nice too and very welcoming. I would recommend having quraan instead of the music playing because they have some quran pictures on the walls.

I love to come here for my perfumes and oils. Customer service is excellent, I highly recommend! They also have other great items in the store

Thanks to a tiktok creator i found this place. 🙏🏽 The customer service is good, everyone that I have encountered has always been friendly and ready to help. I went mainly for the fragrances that they offer (which is a small selection), but I do understand that they cater to a larger audience than that of just fragrance. I appreciate what they do have in stock. I do love that you carry brands like LATTAFA and AL HARAMAIN. However, I am curious if at any point you will stock fragrances from PARIS CORNER. According to their website, they have one official distributor here in the U.S. and they're in Florida. Hmmm🤔🤔

Best market for hookah & accessories, there is so much variety. Ben helped us out & he did a demo for us with everything we purchased to make sure it works perfectly. He was so helpful, we walked away with a smile.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if they have a specific hookah flavor because I do not live that close to the store and wanted to be sure that they have it before I ride there, the lady who picked up the phone told me to call back later because their busy! What a joke, customer is calling to give you business and want to take the ride and purchase staff from you but your busy to answer or check with others and give me an answer. How in the world a retail store does not train their employees on how to work in retail business.

My fav spot to purchase everything I need for my hookah sessions!! Jewelry is beautiful. My parents are from Lebanon and it makes me feel like I’m still connected to them

I had a hookah lounge around the area between 2010 to 2015 I have been a wholesale customer and after that I go to buy as private customer the stuff are amazing, the place is well organized, the owner is a very humble guy. Best customer service never changes always consistent and perfect for everyone who goes there. I highly recommend!

Hands-down one of the coolest stores I’ve ever stepped foot in. I was absolutely mesmerized the minute I walked in. So many neat items all over the place from the floor to the walls and an excellent fragrance collection.
