I have known Dr David Kaplansky for nearly 30 years on a personal level. Absolutely first rate individual with the highest character and integrity. In need of a podiatrist (first timer) David was the obvious choice. The experience from jump was exceptional. From booking an appointment to intake to the exam it was effortless. David's staff is friendly and thorough. The office is clean and organized and leverages the latest technology. And of course David is a true pro. Took great care to explain everything he was doing and seeing and presented me with a range of options to address my issue. Could not more highly recommend!!

My husband sees Dr. Cozzalino every 3 months. There is rarely a wait time and he always greets us with a smile. He has provided valuable and relevant recommendations to maintain good foot care.

My husband Pat is a week post op so he went to the office for checkup and dressing change and the assistant Maddie(Mattie) was so wonderful and helpful and kind. Dr. C was just lovely as well. The Kaplansky office staff is the best and he was fabulous! His foot , while swollen looks completely transformed! Dr Kaplansky is a miracle worker!! We have already recommended him to two people!! Thank you! See you for stitch removal in a week!

Dr. Kaplansky and his entire staff are friendly, supportive, and personable. My surgeries were successful and I couldn't be any more pleased with the results. I highly recommend getting your feet corrected here.

The doctor is a nice guy and he seems to be good at his job, but he stacks the patient appointments too close to each other and he doesn't plan out his schedule very well. I've had 3 appointments. 1st appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early as they recommend. I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. I figured we all have difficult days and run late. Maybe it was just a one time issue 2nd Appointment - Called me to come in early because the doctor had an appointment pop-up, so he needed to have me come in earlier. I did. I experiences the same issue. I showed up on time and was seen 20 minutes after the appointment. FYI - The emergency appointment was a holiday that happens annually. He should be aware that he is always going to attend that event and have his scheduled blocked off. Not rearrange patients the day of the event. 3rd Appointment - I was called and asked to reschedule AGAIN. If you value your time, then choose another doctor. I had 3 appointments and two of them were rescheduled by the doctor's request. Additionally, you will get multiple messages asking for feedback. You'll never get any response to your feedback and don't expect any changes due to your feedback.

Dr. Kaplansky and staff makes every Appointment very Satisfied and our feet feeling much better. Dr. Kaplansky a happy Doctor explains and spends Quality time with you. If you’re looking for a different Podiatrist call his office, your really like everything!

Everyone was there was very respectful real nice and caring people and the doctor is real nice They answered all of my questions and they try to help me get some things figured out that I needed to be figured out and I’m grateful and appreciative for that again they’re such nice people 👍👍👍

9/11/22 Update: Dr. Kaplansky and his office manager Pam followed up and apologized for my experience. I appreciate the acknowledgment and formal apologies. Dr. Kaplansky seems to be a great doctor with a very kind, and likely, overwhelmed receptionist. However after paying $475 for orthotics out of pocket, then a 2 week lead time turning into 10 weeks since the order was never placed, then dealing with a rude woman who was apparently filling in at the Olentangy location today and telling me she couldn’t help me until the next day, after I drove 3 hours to Columbus for a scheduled appointment - never again. I will need to get the orthotics I picked up today fitted elsewhere, since that woman was too busy meeting with a rep. Patients first. I own a business and never would I treat any of my clients the way that woman did to me over the phone today. Great doc but his staff may ruin the company’s reputation. Not worth my time or the hassle.

Pretty poor podiatric practice, at least on Dr. Cozzolino’s side. Rushes in and out of the office, is nearly impossible to get into when I have flare ups, and has failed to effectively treat my PF in over a year. I’ve spent nearly $500 on their custom orthotics which have not been properly fit in 3 adjustments. The OTC versions actually provide better relief. Additionally, Lindsey, the orthotic coordinator is rude and could use a lot of work on her empathy toward patients. I’d recommend going elsewhere for foot or ankle trouble. Worst experience I’ve have with a physician and his office, unfortunately.

Dr. Cozzolino, accurately diagnosed my issues. Very plainly explained my options to decrease my foot discomfort and performed the surgery to correct it. Everyone in the office was very kind and welcoming. I will not hesitate to return for any future foot care. The crew at the Taylor Station Surgical Center flawlessly and calmly processed all of my admittance and discharge with great care and understanding. Lastly, Ellen the surgical scheduler did an absolutely fabulous job providing me with all the support I needed fulfilling my employers required documents for time off work. If you’re looking for successful treatments for foot pain I highly recommend Kaplansky Foot and Ankle.

I was so nervous but this doctor made me feel so comfortable he was very knowledgeable and for me of things that I did not even know he was very nice I love this place

Environment wasn't the most professional. Waited over an hour to be seen despite coming 15 minutes early to appointment. Dr. Cozzolino is very intelligent, no complaints on medical care. The building, however, is infested with THE largest cockroaches I have ever seen... This alone is concerning being that this is a medical "sterile" office. When the medical assistant saw the roach (at least the size of a golf ball) she claimed that they had lived there for as long as she had worked there, about 5+ years. Definitely worth sharing to inform others, please be cautious so none of their little friends take up residence with you....

Very hard to find the office once in the building, so give yourself some extra time. I have horrible anxiety and was nearly in tears. Just be warned. The staff was nice and the doctor seemed attentive. However, when I went to pick up my orthotics the doctor wasn’t there for me to see, which was a little disappointing because I had other issues to discuss with him. For some reason, three young girls (not sure why it took three) fitted me instead. Then come to find out the doctor didn’t even order a follow up or anything when I went to leave. I assumed they meant to just call me (I guess that was my mistake. I should have asked. However, I have an extensive medical history and never has it been my responsibility…) but here it is months later and nothing. I also want to add that it took either double or triple the time to get them than what I was told. Guess my hunt for a doctor is to continue.

The doctor gave me knowledgeable information on my foot. Was very polite, funny and helped relieve the pain in my toe. Would recommend to everyone!!

Dr. Kaplansky is the best! He performed a Lapiplasty on my foot and I couldn’t be any more happier with the results. Highly recommend his office to anyone looking to get Lapiplasty.

The entire staff at Kaplansky Foot and Ankle were extremely professional, knowledgeable and really nice. This was my 1st visit they made me feel very comfortable.

Dr Kaplansky and his staff were amazing. I a had surgery on my right foot because I couldn’t walk far without much pain. I went to him because of the reviews and his expertise. In April of 2023 Dr Kaplansky completed surgery on my foot with much success. I can walk better than ever before but I am still careful. I can’t explain it except to say he was my God-sent! You can’t find a more caring staff and doctor. Giving him five stars ⭐️ just isn’t enough. With my experience I would recommend him to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫂

I was a little nervous about switching podiatrists because I really liked the one I had but I felt very comfortable and felt that the Dr and staff understood that not only the pain I was in but also how bad my toe made me feel very insecure because of how it looked and feel that they did their absolute best at trying to make it look as good as it possibly could. I would highly recommend this staff to anyone who needs a good podiatrist to go to. Thank you Dr Kaplansky and his staff. I will add photos after the stitches are removed.

Great “new patient” visit. Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Cozzolino spent time explaining my X-rays and patiently answered all my questions. Did not feel rushed. Am looking forward to the cost-effective non-surgical solution he recommended.

I love my first interaction over the phone with Jessica. I loved the nurses smd their personalities 🙂 Then comes the Dr. He was so funny as he were scraping my feet 🐾 and he fine an excellent job on me one en danced for them🙂 I'm looking forward to all my upcoming visits 😊
