We have stayed at this hotel plenty of times before. This time was extremely disappointing. The AC did not work AT ALL. Both my husband and our daughter have asthma. Front desk tried to fix it first night, nothing. Reminded new front desk person next morning, nothing. Third day, we checked out and asked again why AC was not fixed and she said mgmt was off. Completely unacceptable. We also had a HUGE stink bug in our room and were told they are “common.” Definitely not acceptable and very disappointed that no one fixed our AC or offered to move us between bugs and heat.

Excellent location in the heart of everything. Just a short walk to Kitchen Kettle Village and Stoltzfus. Our room had two queen beds and a bit cramped, but had a balcony, which was nice. Traffic was a bit loud on the backside of the hotel. Don't know if it would be better in another section cos it's right off a busy street. You do hear the clip clomp of horse hooves regularly. The breakfast was good and the staff worked hard keeping it stocked and tables cleaned off. Too bad so many guests were rude in so many ways.

Ran out of stars to give. Place was awesome. Great location. Very quiet area and the rooms are amazing. The lady checking us in was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. 40 mins from the Ren Faire.

For this area, I believe this hotel is as good as it gets.. This is the nicest hotel I could find, at least outside of the "city" of Lancaster. Nice, attentive staff, complimentary tea mm mm good! Charming hotel, neat, clean and cozy. Fire pit outside! Indoor pool, which is very impressive however I did not go in but I peeked inside and it looked rather dark in there which is a pet peeve of mine. A pool really needs to be light and bright (Note that I have been a swimmer all my life).

We were extremely pleased with our visit. From entering the lobby to our room to the amazing breakfast & the ability to walk to the unbelievable Kitchen Kettle Village, coffee shop, Barry's Car Barn, it was a fantastic time. We are already talking about our next visit. This Best Western is definitely a place to stay - so clean, staff shows how proud they are to be an employee always trying to make your stay enjoyable & if you need anything they are there to make it happen.

A special shout out to Joely & Ashley for exceptional customer care and hospitality! This is our third stay, we come to this area for our anniversary and to see the fall leaves. Gorgeous surrounding area! We can count on consistent excellence at this property. Bravo and thank you ladies for making our stay memorable!

We travel often and stay pretty exclusively at Best Westerns. This was our first stay at this one and it immediately rose to the top of the list for our favorite Best Western. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, perfection during our 3 night stay. Breakfast included in the restaurant setting was a nice touch. Fanny (who handled the breakfast area) was a very refreshing and welcoming way to start the day. We'll be back !!!

We were traveling to Lancaster for a wedding and staying at this Best Western. They had our rooms ready one hour early and met us at the front desk with a warm welcome and four bottles of water for us. Brooke was so kind and accommodating that I told her I was letting a review. We had no extra time and this meant so much. Joely also did an amazing job and was very professional thoughout our stay. The motel was so clean and comfortable. Bill and other staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to facilitate our needs. Our rooms were very comfortable, and the restaurant used for the breakfast buffet was roomy and comfortable with a pleasant ambiance. In addition to spa services, this location also features several separate pleasant areas in the lobby to relax or chat next to cozy fireplaces 🔥.

Cute rooms they have a pool and a Jacuzzi very clean they have one fire pit where a group of five can sit cute little basketball court also two other sitting areas they sit 5/6 people the night receptionist is so sweet I forgot her name but such a sweet heart. The only thing I can complain about is the really low toilets lol but would definitely come back here

Heart of beautiful town! Loved and enjoyed indoor pool. A few blocks from my favorite ice cream place. Joyful to see many horses coming by. And my boy left his attached blanket behind, they sent a mail to us….. what a sweetest place… we are coming for another Thomas ride and weekend getaway 2024!!!

First time visiting, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Every single employee we interacted with through out the hotel were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff are welcoming and attentive to their hotel guests. The staff in the restaurant and breakfast area are hard working in keeping up with the guests and making sure food and supplies are constantly being refilled. The food in the restaurant was good. The hotel is clean and comes with some nice extras. There is an outdoor basketball net, corn hole game, great outdoor furniture to relax on, a fire pit and indoor heated pool and hot tub. We felt at home, very comfortable and this is not always something we feel when staying at a hotel. Everyone who works at this hotel should be praised for their hard work and for all they do to help make this establishment a success in hospitality.

Service is mediocre, but the managers care a ton, which more then makes up for it. also, the rooms and common areas are immaculately clean. It is extremely clear that they care about the place very much. we have been here twice and definitely intend on returning in the future.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone . Service is great and the hotel is located close to everything like kitchen kettle village. Only issue during my stay was the soda was flat in the restaurant within the hotel. It was like that for 3 days of my stay. Had to bring it up to the front desk.

We love staying here! We live here in Lancaster County, but we stay here once a year. Friendly, kind staff. Continental breakfast is amazing and the heated pool and hot tub is perfect for all our children!! Highly recommend. Walking across the street to the pool is a very very small downside.

Wonderful staff who are so helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were so organized and food was great! Loved staying in the hotel suite with so much room for a relaxing stay. Thank you for your kindness and positive attitudes!

Love this place! The staff is very pleasant. Great location in a small quaint town with lots of shops within walking distance. The lobby with its 2-sided fireplace and chairs/couches is inviting. Indoor pool and jacuzzi is in its own building steps away from the lobby with outdoor couches and fire pit with surrounding seating. (One of my favorite things about this place is that the pool is warm enough to get right in) There is also a day spa adjacent to the hotel which gives a discount to folks staying there. The guest rooms are all updated and clean. Some rooms have walkout balconies. Amish horse and buggies go directly past this location. They have recently moved their complimentary breakfast into the attached restaurant and added some breakfast items. Great move on their part!! They are planning to reopen their restaurant to the public for lunch and diner which is an added plus. First time I am leaving a review on Google but I know how difficult it is to pick a hotel in a place you’ve never been to before. We have stayed here at least a dozen times over a few years and have never been disappointed. I have seen the prices go up in the past couple of years, however, it is still a great value for all it’s amenities.

Very beautiful hotel, lovely hot tub and pool is great. The only thing is our remote for the TV, we needed batteries. But they were not the right ones. The rooms are very clean.The town is so beautiful and I would definitely come back.we had such a fun time.
