    What a disappointment! If there was an option to rate with zero stars, I would! The only great thing about this experience is the new remodel and the new kiosk ordering system. Other than that I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to visit this restaurant! As soon as I walk in to the store, I felt unwelcomed into the restaurant, there was no greeting and there was nobody behind the front counter. It seemed that they all wanted to joke around in the back instead of serving a paying customer. So I had to resort to ordering with the kiosk system (fortunately had those available. Once I placed the order, I noticed that one of the workers family members walked into the lobby. As soon as they take their first few steps, a worker walked right to the register. That was so humiliating, I felt so disrespected. As they are talking, I notice that my order still has not been started (this was 5 mins after being ordered). The only thing I ordered was a quarter pounder meal. 25 minutes later I received my meal, there is nothing fast food about this place. Another thing that I noticed about this location is how nasty the lobby was (as shown in the photo attached). It seems that lobby has not been mopped in days, tables were not wiped down and there was still an order that was left on the table with fries left under the table. With COVID being in effect, I would think that this staff would make it a priority to keep the store clean. This staff seems to not care about their customers. Also they don’t clean their bathrooms, nor the lobby. It is completely filthy at this restaurant! Don’t bother using the restroom here. Refer to the photos!! NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK TO THIS TO STORE. SO DISGUSTING! SLOW SERVICE! RUDE WORKERS!

    I have visited this McDonald’s fast food that shares a space with a Shell gas station a few times. Also it’s located right of route 104. I would say that the drive thru is faster than ordering inside the restaurant. For lunch, I usually order the Big Mac combo or the two cheeseburgers combo. For breakfast, I order the sausage McMuffin with egg combo or the sausage burrito combo. Their coffee is good. Parking on both sides of the restaurant. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

    Update: I've gone back a couple times since my last review only because it's closest to me and it seems like they've cleaned up their act a little bit. I've been able to get through the drive thru at a reasonable time and they've actually have been acknowledging me instead of not saying a word to me. They are the absolute rudest staff I've ever dealt with. They make you sit at the speaker for 10plus minutes before taking your order more than half the time. I had people honking at me at one point because they left us sitting there. I will not be going back to this location. Do better.

    This place is hell on earth. The staff on second shift are all young kids and have filthy mouths and no respect for anyone. I've heard them talk down on their supervisors, that hang on their phones listening to music that's inappropriate and cuss loudly while FaceTiming and doing just about anything. You have to wait on your order for a very long time cause there so busy interacting with each other. I gave them two Stars because if you go on first shift it's a totally different atmosphere staff is courteous helpful and try to get you in and out. The general manager of whoever is over this store needs to get in there and regulate

    We went inside and ordered our food, paid for our food and waited 26 minutes just to find out they gave our order away through the window. They were mixing up everyone’s orders. There was a lobby full of angry customers… people were coming in from outside that were given the wrong orders. The manager resubmitted our order. We still waited another 10 minutes after that. There were kids yelling and running around and yelling. People were grabbing food if the counter that didn’t belong to them. It was a literal mad house.

    I use doordash at least two times a week and it is delivered pretty fast besides the point food is often cold and when I order a 20 or 40 peice or kids mcnugets. I ask for sauce they never never put it in there and my foods cold every time they go to lockborne rd location or they often leave our drinks out and doordash has to replace our orders every time I ask for no salt they put so much salt on my fry's you can't eat them and our whole order is messed up wrong sandwhich or something every single time lockborne rd only this happens in after noon and evening time both I think mc Donald's needs to please have a talk with there co workers and have something done it's not door dash responsibility when it's McDonald's fault I'm only giving one star because I fill it's all it deserves please please correct you're orders for doordash and stop doing what u ate doing if u don't like you're job then stop working there find some where u do like please McDonald's take responsibility for you're crews actions thanks

    Most employees act like they are just hanging with friends and not at work. Standing around to gossip mouth off to their supervisors and takes forever to get anything even ordering just a drink your waiting 10 minutes.

    If I could give this place a zero I would. We use this McDonald’s a lot and today I ordered food for my family of 4. DoorDash drops off my order and it’s just drinks no food. I go to the McDonald’s to get my food and they said they would not serve me my food because DoorDash is the one that brought it. The pick up station is behind the counter so both the dasher and McDonald’s employee should be verifying that the order is correct. The manager there was very rude and was raising his voice at me telling me he’s not giving me my food. Also some random guy he was sitting with stood up and said ya that’s not how things are done. Every time we have had to get our missing food, which is more than I can count on 2 hands, they have given us our food. Absolutely horrible service.

    You will always wait 10 to 20 for your order; which will be luke warm if not cold and most likely incorrect. I've tried to go at different times of the day but it's always the same slow poor service.

    Slow service, getting the food was even slower. I stood there and watched the wring order be given out 2 times, an order that was already picked up gotten again 3 times and my food was messed up. No onions isn't that hard, using the app isnt that hard. Missing food is a problem

    The crew that worked shift around 10:00pm 9/26 tonight were friendly, inviting and food was hot and fresh! Thank y’all! Everybody that’s as at the windows actually greeted and said have a good night. Definitely see an improvement in the crew they have.

    This McDonald's seemed annoyed that I chose its location to have dinner. The food was fresh. However, the dining experience was uncomfortable as my order was taken, money given, and food given without any pleasantries.

    I order Mcdonalds on DoorDash through the app for the first time. The food was fresh and hot. Whom ever was working third shift did a absolutely wonderful job and will be ordering here again. The manager on that shift did amazing job moving that drive thur.

    This McDonald’s is by far one of the worst in the chain they never are staffed correctly, my order any time I order on door dash (which the driver can not check inside the bag) must of my orders are always missing. I have a 4 year old and they have forgotten my order for her multiple times completely forgot her happy meal a legit happy meal forgotten to be sent out. This is by far the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a company

    There is no service at this location. They have themselves completely blocked off and out of view. Food was burnt, but served anyway. And the bathrooms are blocked off for some reason.
