Will preface this message by saying I was not asked to leave a review but felt they really deserved one. I am new to the area and after reading the reviews for the optometrist side of Eye Smile, I decided to give them a try, and let me say, they did not disappoint! I have had eye issues since I was young so I have visited many optometrist offices but Eye Smile is now one of the best that I've been to! Dr.Keith James and team made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Everyone in the office took time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain and do the exam procedures, and talk me through all the next steps. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule and patient when I was indecisive about frames, haha. Even offered styling advice when I asked :). They were also always up front about what my insurance did and did not cover and the cost I would incur and the different options I had. It's an amazing feeling when, on your first try, you find people who can be part of your new health team after you have moved to a new place and I am grateful to have found that at Eye Smile :).

Would recommend Dr. James. I can tell he is very knowledgeable and cares about his industry. The entire experience was smooth. I had a lot of questions and lots of complaints and he resolved my issues in time. Took a few appointments but he was willing to try novel approaches to my care.

Dr. Keith is one of the most knowledgeable optometrist I have ever known and I have been seeing eye doctors since I was a young girl. His chairside manner is out of this world. His relatability is palpable and it is always a good time over all. His assistants are great as well. Just an overall, wonderful experience. I have already recommended his practice to friends.

Dr. Moreau is a wonderful dentist! I looked forward to going back to this practice after my initial appointment. However, the woman at the front desk and the dental hygienists lacked customer service when I arrived less than 15 minutes late. I got lost in the building after parking my car. When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I saw two dental hygienists and the woman at the front desk shaking their heads no. Immediately the woman at the front desk asked when I would like to reschedule. I was so confused and explained that I had trouble finding the location in the building. I voiced being frustrated and when I left, I heard the dental hygienists laughing. I really liked this practice but that experience deterred me from returning.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly and Dr. Keith James has incredible knowledge that was understandable and direct. The technology and diagnostic tools are state of the art. I will be recommending all of my family and friends to this practice without a doubt.

Optometry - Dr. James is wonderful. He is thorough and makes sure you understand the process of the eye exam and what all the numbers mean. Highly recommend!

Eye Smile was most definitely a professional and awesome experience. I’m a young man and Dr. Moreau is the first dentist that I picked myself without the help of my parents and she gave me a great cleaning and filling and it was an amazing experience overall! I wanted a dentist who not only knew what they were doing but also looked like me and that’s exactly what I received. Highly recommend, and I’ll see you again in 6 months! 😁🙏🏾

I was very happy with my visit. The care given me was excellent. Dr. Moreau is amazing! She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and I left feeling fresh in my mouth. She showed a sense of humor and best interest in her pts. I think I have finally found my go to dentist for my dental care.

It has a lot of technology that helps to see better what they see while they explain it, and they take the time to show you in detail what’s happening.
