Great addition to wing factory family. New clean store, Fantastic food as usual. Food is great as expected. Service continues to be lacking compared to the Ashburn location. On the last visit orders were wrong the appetizer didn't show up until we asked about and we were half way through our meal.

Great place to get lunch or dinner. I have had a great experience every time that I have eaten at Buffalo Wing Factory. Great service and friendly staff members. Food is great. I love the Buffalo Cobb Salad. My husband loves the wings. Nachos are super good as well. Highly recommend.

Loved the garlic parmesan wings; traditional, bone-in cooked well/extra crispy. Atmosphere was lively. There’s possibly one TV for every person in the room; so it’s not the place to go for meaningful conversation. Enjoyable family lunch nonetheless. The buffalo chicken sandwich could have had a bit more sauce. Son says there weren’t enough fries with the kid’s meal (but I feel that he’d say that no matter how many were served). 😊 I’ve never heard of bulgogi chicken (tacos), so I’ll stick with wings unless they announce beef bulgogi tacos. There are 5 or 6 unisex restrooms (classy, modern, clean restrooms!). Don’t ladies prefer to use the “women’s bathroom.” Guys don’t seem to give a darn, but I think the ladies do.

We loved all of the food. Great sportsbar feeling. Ordered Bourbon Bacon Jam Cheese Fries, Boneless Wings 5 Sweet & Smokey BBQ sauce and 5 Sweet Firecracker sauce. Sophie was our server. Drank the Solace Partly Cloudy (Dulles, VA, IPA, 7.5% ABV 16oz draft).

Awful is how I would describe my experience. The food is not very good and the food is worse. I ordered carry out. Upon arriving, the food was thrown to me and nobody waited to make sure that everything was in my order. Unfortunately everything was not in my order as I had ordered extra ranch and two very small cups were included. I was then charged four dollars for four more of their very small ranch cups. It should be noted that you are not charged anything additional if you dine in and ask for extra ranch, so tell me how that makes sense. If my wife did not like the food that she normally orders here, I would never order from this place again. Additionally, you can see from the picture that the celery is just loose in the bag.

We recently visited here for the first time and am now bummed we didn't go sooner! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cobb Salad (I wish I had taken a picture) and it was fantastic! The grilled chicken had the subtle buffalo flavor and the ratio of dressing to salad was perfect! I highly recommend this dish. I also wanted to try their buffalo wings so ordered the Hot flavor. I paid $1.00 extra to make them "wet." And OMG I have now found my go-to wing place in Leesburg/Western Loudoun. They were so good! I love the flavor that reminds me of some traditional wing places I used to visit back home. My husband got the fish and chips, and he also enjoyed it. But again, sadly, we forgot to get pictures. As far as the ambiance goes, it's a bright and lively place with a lot of big screen TVs to watch sports. There really wasn't a bad angle in the place. So this would also be a nice place to watch the games on Sunday, especially since ALL DAY Sunday is Happy Hour! Service was decent. Nothing negative to say but also nothing glowing. Our server was pleasant, and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We also did not have to wait long for refills when needed. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is a couple minor things. 1. The kids options are limited to only Grilled Cheese, Cheeseburger, Quesadilla, or boneless wings. Might have been nice to have a few more options; 2. The salad and the fish and trips were a little pricey ($17 and $17.50 respectively) for what you get; not to mention the kid's meal prices are higher than you'd expect and don't include the drink. and finally, 3. Charging an extra $1 to make the wings "wet" which is basically just keeping them drippy/saucy seems a little over the top. Especially since that sauce that they are tossed in before coming out would probably just be dumped anyway. All that said, we will definitely be back because the food was good. And it is nice to have a wing place with a lot of great options OTHER than wings.... although I will always probably still get wings. :)

Our server was great! We were seated very quickly. Our server even gave us good recommendations for some of the food. The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious! 100% recommend the tater tots! If you’re looking for a good place with comfy seating and good food and friendly staff, go here!

Our server Jamison was excellent from start to finish. We did not have a good experience at this location the first time with a different server. Jamison did such a great job with everything. The service was beyond excellent. We will be going to this location again and again. Highly recommend.
