    I've been involved in fitness in one form or another since I was 14. I stumbled upon the functional fitness methodology in my mid 30s and have yet to find another form of fitness that compares. Chasing my fitness aspirations has taken me to gyms/boxes around the country and a few in Iraq, but none have kept me inspired and focused on coming back quite like TRU=Strength. Admittedly, there was no one week trial for me I was all in on the place from my first call to Seth. Whatever you're waiting for stop! Whatever you're apprehensive about, get over it!     Tru=Strength changed my life when I joined in February. Seth is an amazing coach. Starting as a beginner having no idea what half the movements were, he was patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The results I am seeing are amazing. I feel stronger and more confident. The community here is unbelievably amazing. So much connection and support. I now call this place one of my Homes.

    Hands down the best gym I have ever been to. What makes this gym so special is the people and the coach. This community-based gym encourages you and supports you on your fitness journey, no matter where you’re starting. Everyone is so kind and supportive, that once you start you’ll never want to leave. 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

    Love this gym! I was nervous to join at first because I was worried about not being able to get the form of each workout down (I was kinda new to lifting) but coach Seth walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable and confident. The community is also awesome!

    One of the best CrossFit gyms I have been to in the area. Great coaching, along w the willingness to let you adapt each workout to your ability. I recently suffered a knee injury and Seth was always helpful in helping me find modifications for any exercise I could not perform. Further to the gym itself the other members are incredibly welcoming. One reason I have continued to come back. Highly recommend this gym.

    Seriously, the best gym ever! I've been working out for many years . Started in gymnastics, then big chain fitness gyms, group fitness gyms, and a lot of running and home workouts. I've been trying to find a place where I feel connected to a community and at the same time being able to challenge myself and grow. I was always intimidated by the barbell ... or "CrossFit" . Seth..you might be the most patient coach I've ever met 😂 Thank you for giving me a place I can release my inner gymnast but also challenging me to do hard things that I thought I couldn't do. Your gym is amazing and I'm so grateful for the community you've created !!

    Coach Seth is welcoming, professional, helpful and great at balancing the intensity of a workout with the practical side of strength and conditioning training. His dedication to creating a sense of community with others in each class is unique to this area. If you are looking for a fitness home, I recommend Tru=Strength!

    This gym has such a great community! Everytime I come here I feel supported and encouraged (mentally and physically)!! I've seen many improvements in my own strength and love challenging myself everytime I come! 10/10 recommend

    Most welcoming community, and everyone supports each other. Doesn’t matter what level of fitness Seth always helps you modify when needed. I leave happy and feeling accomplished! Love my gym friends they are awesome 👏🏻

    Tried a class and loved it! The community there was really welcoming and supportive. Seth made sure to explain everything move really patiently to get an idea of my fitness level so I could get a good workout 🩷 It was really fun and definitely would recommend it.
