I spent 3,000 dollars on a new rifle and a range membership. They told me that with the membership that the range is free. Then I walk over to register for the range and they charged me another $10. Then we found oh the magazines that they sold me didn’t fit my gun. I started to shoot with the one magazine that came with the gun and I hit the wire that moves the target forward and backward. They immediately kicked me out of the range very rude less and without a refund. I was very upset. I will never come back here!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Terrible place to buy a firearm. My background check has been getting delayed lately with no proceed or deny(I’m a good guy lol). This place doesn’t honor the 3 day transfer and will actually charge you 25% of the sale price to cancel the order or else you’ll have to wait 30 days for the refund. So essentially they’re not 2a advocates and have terrible customer service. I will never buy a firearm or ammo from here ever again. And I’m very tempted to end my range membership as well. It sad that’s the only thing going for the place.

Love coming here! The range membership is worth every penny, highly recommend. With the membership, you can bring one additional person, shoot any day of the week, and rent any gun they have available for free. Everyone who works there are very friendly and knowledgeable as well! Great people to ask for advice on guns and shooting techniques. They also have a great selection of firearms, ammo, and accesories. They always have ammo on sale for good prices. Especially if you’re new/fairly new to shooting, this is a great place to start. Not only do they offer a fun and safe range to use, they also offer classes and can give you several tips along the way. If you have any questions about firearms, every single person I’ve ever asked had a lot of good advice to give. I’ve learned a ton from them all.

This place is a joke or maybe just the fat blonde guy with glasses is. I bought a gun 2 weeks ago, while filling out the paperwork I was confused by some questions so the gentleman explained them to me with no issues I made my purchase. I come back in today to buy another gun and for some reason need to fill out all the paperwork again but the fat guy in glasses is unable to help me in any such way, what a joke for customer service he literally says well I don't know what to tell you. I'll take my business to vance as should everyone else there cheaper. Guess that's why they won't last long just like shoot point blank. 11/29/23 4:30 pm

I went there hoping to rent a gun and use the shooting range. They said I had to do the waiver and I only could use the shooting range that day if I had my own firearm. I did the waiver, left to look at guns at Cabela's, waited there over almost 2 hrs, got tired of waiting so I grabbed targets, and decided to go back to Range USA because I looked at a couple guns when I first got their earlier. So I go back, tryed to ask questions about the gun but he said he was helping someone else, so I looked at some 9 milimeters waiting, and just waited patiently. Then a person came to help me, I ask questions about how many bullets they held, picked the one I wanted, they ask for ID so I gave my ID, he came back said is this your current address, said yes, he said it's your second time here they don't feel comfortable selling to me, and I left. 2 cops went to my house, I was out shopping so I wasn't there, the get a call from a police officer, they told the cops I was quiet and seemed suicidal, I explained everything to the cop, the cop said it was a privately owned business, and they really didn't give a reason why they thought I seemed suicidal. I definitely don't recommend coming here. Vances is where it's out, just sign a waiver, rent a gun if you didn't bring one even on the first day of signing the waiver, rent a lane for how long you want to shoot, watch a 4 minute video, just bring ammo, earplugs, and protective eyewear but if not you can rent it.

I think Mark is an awesome instructor and very knowledgeable. He always makes you feel comfortable with taking the classes no matter your level of shooting. He makes learning fun, while always stressing the importance of the seriousness of firearms and learning how to shoot correctly.

Very helpful and friendly team, went for a specific item and ended up touching up on my range supplies as well. Everyone we spoke to gave the impression we were welcome and they were happy to help!

Enjoyed the class and learned a lot. I wish we had a little more time in the range but all of our class were beginners and we all had a lot of questions which took more time. Thank you for offering this, I will be back soon to practice more in the range.
