I just moved in at the beginning of October this year. The City is a brand new apartment building. If you are looking for a new home, don't hesitate to check it out! I feel very safe and convenient to live here. I need to swipe my card to enter the door of the building and swipe again to get on the elevator, which provides double protection for the residents. There are a lot of restaurants around The City, even a Chinese restaurant, which makes me very happy as a Chinese! These restaurants are within 7 or 8 minutes walking distance, which makes life very convenient. I live in a 1b1b room. My room was equipped with a private dishwasher, washer and dryer. The temperature and brightness of the room could be adjusted via an app on my phone, which was very smart!! There is a balcony in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sunlight coming in every day makes me feel very happy. The property management is also excellent. Staff here always respond to me quickly and are very happy to offer me any help. I love my home here🥰

I'm not one for reviews but I feel this one is a must. I spoke with Glen on the phone, he was so professional and informative. I couldn't set up a time to tour. He welcomed me as a walk-in making me feel confident they'd have time for me at my convenience. He was with someone when I went and I got the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Caribbean. She too, was very friendly. Had answers to all my questions and more. The tour was delightful. I need a 3 month lease due to a family stay in a local hospital. They do not offer 3 months leases but she directed me to who does. Her excitement for me finding the right spot did not change even after knowing I could not lease there. She explained the other property to me, making me feel comfortable even before going to check out my other options. Even though I couldn't live here, the staff is way above expectations and the site is so clean and beautiful. If you are in the market of moving look in to this place.

I lived here for two years, and if I did not move from Ohio, I would still be residing in this wonderful place. I truly appreciate its convenient location, the building's amenities like the rooftop pool and common areas, and so much more. While I can't comment on the maintenance management since I haven't required any while residing there but I can assure you that if you're moving to Columbus from other states, like Texas in my case, and worried about the cold weather, you don't need to be concerned about the AC system. The insulation here was excellent, and I have never had any issues with the cold weather in my unit. I'm grateful to the management for maintaining such a comfortable environment!

Great living space. I hope your rental is near l the trash disposal or elevator. If not the architect was not considerate to all the tenants. Their is a great pool area but it is a long walk if your rental is on the opposite side. This would detour me from the amenities.

My son is an OSU student who recently moved here with a roommate. The property is amazing. It is so clean and people seem so friendly. Staff was very helpful, especially Glen. He was helpful, funny and got us ready for move in day. The maintanence staff was helpful on the day of move in. Def a place to check out.

It's designed for college students however I'm 55 and would love to live there. Store fronts on the bottom and apartments on top. And a roof top pool.

This is great. Nice environments and close to OSU. The response efficiency of maintenance is quite impressive.

Lived here for the school year and it was a great experience overall. I do wish they would do something about the obnoxiously loud car shows they let happen in the front parking lot every weekend. When these cars leave, they will SPEED down Olentangy River Rd and not only is it LOUD!!!, but also is a safety concern considering that you have to cross for the bus stop and there is no pedestrian crossing. Other then that, the building is pretty new so the units are in excellent condition, the staff are nice and go above and beyond, and I had no issues. The building is pretty secure too since you have to key into the building after hours and key into the elevators at all times, so I felt safe living here. Regardless, the people that live here seem to be of the more affluent bunch anyway so not much mischief happens.
