Best burger in NOVA! Bread is great, toppings are fresh, and a good size burger as well. Best part is their consistency every time you go. Food has the same great flavor each and every time. Great service as well.

First visit, we tried simple things. Their bacon cheeseburger, while enormous, is about on par with something like Five Guys. Very good but not amazing. However, the onions rings and sweet potato fries were excellent. They have an expansive menu and the rest of it looked really tasty. My daughter enjoyed her milkshake. I'll have to try it again for one of the gourmet burgers.

Best burger I've had in a while. Tons of options for burgers and fries. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Definitely get the onion rings if you're into them because these are the best and bring an appetite because finishing my plate hurt

The burger: Way too busy for them to get the temperature right. It's a gamble if your "medium rare" will be raw or overcooked. Mine was cold red. The toppings and options are interesting, but if the beef is underseasoned and undercooked, what's the point? See photo of "medium rare". Fries: It should be criminal to claim you serve poutine with "Fresh Cheese Curds" and then serve cold, soggy, sliced grocery store mozzarella. See the photo. Those aren't curds. Mac and cheese: Tastey, but the cheese to Mac ratio is way off. The people are nice.

This is a pretty good burger! The place was PACKED. No 6ft distancing, so just be safe and wear your mask(s)! There is indoor seating available, but considering the pandemic and how packed they were, we sat outside. Ordered the Tex-Mex burger...so massive, messy and VERY shareable! Also ordered 2 cookies...they were about $2 a piece, I probably would've bought more, but would regret it. I would like to come back and try other burgers, but only if I have someone to share with lol!

So this is a gourmet style burger and it as good. The Roasted Green Chile Burger was pretty good .. it lacked a bit of pow factor but it good. The cheese was still at room temp... it wasn't melting as the place suggest (Melt). The Onion Rings were quite good which was drizzled with dark Balsamic vinegar... tasty. The Blue plate Special Burger was very tasty. Overall, the burgers were quite hefty as was the cost but it was a good burger and a nice clean burger joint. I'll most likely be back to taste again.

We went on a weekend trip to leesburg and I had to stop at melt. These burgers are amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had. The bun was crispy and soft, burger perfectly cooked, the onions are marinated in crack, absolutely out of this world sauce. The onion rings with the balsamic glaze were excellent and stole the show. We went at about 3pm on a Friday and there was no line and we could get a table. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

Consistently making the best burgers since I originally discovered this spot 6 years ago. I absolutely love this place, the staff, the mission (all tips going to animal shelters). If you’re anywhere in the area, I definitely recommend visiting this burger joint. It’s usually always busy during peak lunch/dinner hours.

If you are in the mood for a burger, this place is a must! The food was absolutely delicious! The burgers are hand packed, made fresh, and perfectly cooked. The onion rings are amazing! Even the fries were delicious! The service was fast and friendly. Dining space was a little tight and could use some updating but that alone is not worth passing on this place. When it comes to burgers, Melt knocks it out of the park!!

Fantastic food! The meat & other toppings are fresh, the buns are big & soft! Everything is delicious! Well worth the visit. Also they do not accept tips, but allow for donations to feed animals. I love that!

A really solid place. Best burger I've ever had? Maybe, but it isn't a clear winner. The onion rings were good but not magical. The text Mex burger was surprisingly fresh and light (all things considered). The dinner burger was the clear winner with a great mix of veggie, fat, and meat.

Decided to go for a burger today and honestly I’m not sure why I don’t go to Melt more often. It’s arguably my favorite burger. I got the Blue Plate Burger with grilled onions on it and it was amazing. The burger feels fresh, it was cooked exactly how I asked for it. It’s like a homemade burger but like way better. The sweet potato fries come with a marshmallow sauce which is a whole experience on its own. The service is also amazing and the food came out fast. The only complaint I really have is the size of the restaurant, so like you definitely can’t go with a big group as it’ll be hard to get a table. So go with a small group. But even that I don’t mind much. The way I see it, the quality of the burger could diminish if it was bigger so I’d rather take a burger with amazing quality. Definitely recommend!!!

These burgers are the real deal. Juicy patties, loaded with ingredients. In addition, a great burger place always has a great house sauce and the house sauce here was amazing. You can’t go wrong with the fries or the onion rings on the side. Great milkshakes too. If you have a small stomach I can safely say 1 burger is enough for two people!

If you don't mind a crowded restaurant where the burgers are to die for...the Melt Gourmet Cheeseburgers is calling your name. The burgers are outstanding! The service is top notch and the staff very friendly. Walk up to the counter place your order for eating in or on the go. If you are eating in be prepared to wait for a table. The food so good you have to wait for a spot; but, it is so worth it!

Melt has absolutely the best burgers I’ve ever had! Seriously. Everything is high quality, made to perfection. The customer service is outstanding, the food is prepared quickly, and the restaurant is always clean and friendly. The burgers though, are the main attraction. Fresh, tasty, and just the right amount of messiness. I love this place and even though it’s a hour away from home, it’s always worth the drive!

The Paris Burger Is great, but I would rather have a wider patty than a “taller” patty so that it fits the wonderful bun better. The flavor of this burger was certainly amazing. “Char-Grilled with Roasted Garlic, topped with Melted French Brie, Balsamic Glazed Onions, Baby Spinach and a Smear of Dijon Mustard.” Also, my first time trying poutine and it did not disappoint. Fresh cheese curds and brown gravy really add extra layers of flavor to the very crispy fries. The onion rings had a nice drizzle of Balsamic Reduction which complimented the onion rings perfectly. Will certainly be coming back to try more burger and fries variations.

One step inside and I knew we were gonna eat a good burger, just by the smell alone. There was a line but it moved pretty quickly and efficiently. Lots of options on the menu but decided to just order the Daily Special. There’s several tables inside and outside to eat. If you can’t find space, Foxridge park is close by with lots of tables. Burger was great and the buns were definitely fresh. The House sauce was standard but still pretty good. Fries were crisp and not soggy. Great meal for the price. I’ll definitely make the drive again to eat their burgers.

There are so few burger places like this these days. The philly cheese steak was robust, and the shake was really good. I decked a star because I felt like I've had a little better beef, but this filled a void in my life since the peak Ray's Hell Burger days.

Seriously one of the best burgers in NoVA. Perfect sized 1/2 pound of beef, but some may prefer a dash of salt or pepper. Especially loved the buns, which are baked daily. I had the Paris, which has caramelized red onions, spinach and brie cheese; excellent...but I think I most should start with a traditional burger to get acquainted. Friends had Tex mex, salmon, and turkey...all enjoyed. Did not enjoy poutine fries: gravy is too salty and cheese curds were tiny cubes that were underwhelming to eat as a result. Onion rings were overcooked, so literally hard to enjoy, but could tell taste had potential if properly cooked. Chocolate banana milkshake was delicious; properly thick, excellent chocolate, real banana. Fast, professional, friendly customer service.

Truly the best burger in NOVA. Been here several times and will continue to frequent. Food is fresh and delicious! Burgers are made to order and the place is always hoppin' so plan to wait but know it'll be sooo worth it! The restaurant is on the small side but there is some indoor and outdoor seating. They keep it clean and efficiently run. Try it out...you won't regret it!

The best burger in the area! I’ve tried a half dozen in the Ashburn area and this is the best so far, the service was great. The smell of the grill just walking into the place told you it was going to be good. I didn’t get to try one of the adult root beers but the customer next to me had one and I’m definitely getting one next time. I will be back!

This was one of the best places I’ve been since moving back to the east coast a month ago. The poutine fries were out of this world. My wife had the Paris burger and I had the bison burger. Though this place was packed, you get your food relatively quick since they make it fresh. Definitely will eat here again!!

Have you been searching the planet for the best gourmet cheeseburger? First time in the US? First time in metro Washington, D.C. area? First time in Leesburg? It’s go big or go to McDonald’s. This place is serving it up with serious foodie-satisfying gourmet cheeseburgers—earning top marks in Loudoun County every year. This is the best! Plan accordingly: the servings are huge! Dining in? There are only 12 tables inside and 7 of them are deuces. You’ll cozy up with folks at the next table. This is the pork belly burger with onion straws and onion rings with balsamic drizzle. It’s two meals for me.

Melt is our go to joint when we are in the area. If you haven’t tried their turkey burger, give it a taste, moist and well seasoned. I’ll take a picture next time. Not only is their food is great. Their men restroom is clean and well kept.

The burgers are so good. And they are huge! I couldn't even finish half and it barely fit in the take out container. The burger was one of the best I have had. I also loved that they have posters of animals who are in need of adoption. What a great idea!

Very good food. Huge burgers, but very good and juicy. You order at the counter and sit. They bring it to you. One side of fries is good for 2 people, possibly even 3. Burgers are massive, my pictures don't do them justice. Didn't know how to eat it, haha. The bun compliments it well, very soft but toasted and not too crunchy. Just perfect.

We ordered one Cheese bacon burger (5/5), one Crepes burger (4/5) and sweet potato fries (5/5) ! It was legit! We paid $40 total including one soda. All staff was very kind. The best burger in Nothern VA area! Very crowded even at around 4:30 pm.

WE LOVED MELT gourmet cheeseburgers! My husband and I were so full after each ordering a cheeseburger (husband - bacon bleu, and myself GF bacon cheeseburger), small fries to share, and coffee milkshake to share. The cheeseburgers were delicious and filling. The atmosphere was fun and lively. The seating area is a bit small but other than that we 100% recommend!

I've been to Melt many times, and am usually very happy with the experience. Tonight did not live up to my expectations. First, their take-out service needs some improvement, as a bag comes out, no one says the name of the person picking it up, and so it sits until someone comes over, asks if people are waiting, and then starts reading names of bags that are ready. The 4 minutes my food sat there does not explain the following issues with the food: 1. The onion rings were soggy, instead of the crispy rings they have had in the past. 2. The fries and onion rings were not enclosed, which means they were cold by time I got home (I live 1 mile away.) 3. The hamburgers were great, until I found a piece of paper in the middle of the cheese. I think it's a cheese separation paper. I've added a picture. The paper sitting above the half eaten burger was found when I bit into it. I hope this was a one-time bad experience and not a decrease in their overall service.

Award winning burgers, fries, onion rings, other sandwiches, milkshakes and more. Melt seems to be always busy. I think you can order online, but expect to wait if you don't. Limited indoor seating, but seems to turn over enough so that there are tables available when needed.

Must go place. Burgers were plump, cooked perfectly, and the bun is the star. Best onion rings I’ve ever had. Milk shakes were 10/10. And the staff was a delight. Super friendly and attentive. My wife picked up on 11/28 and said those young adults were super respectful and made me feel like they cared. This is now our forever burger place.
