    Booked 2 days, they only put one, couldn't get the same rate the second day. Took 4 attempts for them to get my email adress right. Room was very nice except the carpet had so much dirt embedded in it that my socks turned dark brown just walking across it. Breakfast was pretty good except the turkey sausage. Bacon was good, but it was sliced so thin I could have shaved with it.

    During my recent stay at a hotel located around 3 miles from the airport, I found the rooms to be exceptionally clean and the beds to be incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was of a high standard. Additionally, there was a shuttle service that ran every half hour to the airport. The only negative aspect of my stay was that the pillows provided were uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep.

    Overall a very nice hotel and shuttle service is great to airport. We checked in with front desk, the young lady Tizzy I believe was her name, was extremely friendly and helpful when we asked for suggestions on local places to eat. Only complaint we had about the room, we could smell cigarette smoke when we were in the hallway, and as we sat in our room we could still smell it. Not sure if there are smoking rooms on that floor or if a guest just chose to smoke in their room but it was obvious. But definitely would recommend this location to others.

    I absolutely LOVED my stay here! The rooms are huge, super clean, & the breakfast is beyond continental. Most of all, the Front Desk Staff is the Bomb! Marshall was helpful in navigating my pickup from Dulles & very friendly & professional. Suzy - she is one of kind ! She went above & beyond to assist me w/my reservation issue from being stranded in LaGuardia & plus she had an overall warm & welcoming demeanor. She multi-tasked so well, she should be promoted to Front Desk Manager! The Van driver - can benefit from Customer Service training 101.

    We loved this hotel and will always recommend it. Their breakfast is extremely yummy, offering several options for adults and kids. They have a self-served waffles station, including a mini waffles maker, which my daughter loved it. Their food quality is extraordinary, and the area is always very clean and organized. Maria and Isabel are in charge of this area and they are doing a great job. They were very nice to my 4 year old daughter and attended her needs. Therefore, I want to give them a golden star to Maria and Isabel for cooking the delicious food, keeping everything very clean and organized. Also, for their courtesy and friendliness. The room and bathroom were very clean and spotless. They have soft sheets and bathroom towels. It was a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows with different sizes for your comfort.

    My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we couldn't have been more happy. Breakfast was great: huge thanks to Maria and Isabel for always welcoming us with a smile and kindness in the mornings. Their hospitality made our stay great. This hotel is nearby the airport, a drive away to the metro, and many food locations.

    Extremely pleased with my stay. The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel is well-located, clean, the airport shuttle was very convenient and quick to respond (especially during pickup from the airport). The only thing that could have been better is the breakfast options - the breakfast was good in terms of quality, but could have better options in my opinion

    Rooms were nice and breakfast and pool were good. What I really disliked was payment. Debit card was charged several times and they said they only saw 1 charge. Those charges were released the day after I checked out. ☹️ 3 days after I checked out as was home, they charged my debit card again. I have been waiting 4 additional business days to get that money refunded. Ruined my vacation a few days. ☹️ managers worked with us, but it was a bad situation. Use a credit card if you go.

    Probably one of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The food staff has been fantastic with a variety of food each morning and great attention to keeping everything full including the coffee. The only negative I can give is the training room temperature. The conference room was freezing one side and hot on the other. When asked to change it, they made the whole room like a sauna. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

    Pros: Clean room. Great breakfast. Cons: Our room was a little noisy due to being next to the freeway. Also, the hot tub jets were splashing water all over and including outside of the hot tub so were not really usable. We sat it there without the jets on.

    Upon arrival on my 3 night stay I was checked in by a gentleman named Marshal. Awesome service! 3rd floor hallway was never vacuumed with obvious debris on the floor. Same for elevator. Housekeeping "removed" my clothes from an actively running dryer, took clothes bag as well. After notifying front desk the clothes "magically appeared" the next day back in the dryer minus my favorite sweatshirt. My read on the housekeeper who met me at laundry room was, she knew wrongdoing had occurred. Kicker was, had to go buy pants and shirt in mad dash to get to Saturday 11 a.m. funeral service, the purpose of my 500 mile drive to Sterling. Honors Silver member with 5 nights booked this month Hampton Inn.

    Had to stay over the night in Washington, due to severe weather and thunderstorms in Washington DC. And I did a fast reservation at Hampton Inn & Suites mainly because of 2 reasons: a very good close connection to the Washington Dulles Airport, a very fair and reasonable price. 👍🏻 And it was a very good call. Nice and peaceful hotel, very nice clean room and a friendly and helpful service. And of course, a shuttle bus service was also available, which in these circumstances that I had, it was a big help! Even though it was a very short stay, I liked it.

    Service was absolutely terrible - they first told us when we called to request a shuttle that our reservation had an error and they’re forced to cancel. With canceling we’d lose our room completely since according to them, they are at max capacity. After being transferred to their reservations line and the situation being escalated, they finally sent us a shuttle to get to the hotel after about an hour. Once we got there, we thought the service was great but the individual who checked us in put a different time slot down on the airport shuttle for the next day. He put down 6am when he told us 6:30am. We originally wanted 6am but he insisted on 6:30am being enough time. After years of staying with Hilton chains, thoroughly disappointed on how terrible we were treated. I can’t recommend staying away from this hotel enough.

    Very friendly and hospitable staff. Had a work training conference here and the food they prepared for lunch was great, the ladies who made it were very nice and took pride in their work. They have good coffee and a selection of tea which is a must for work meetings! definitely surpassed my expectations!

    I've stayed at this hotel before just two weeks ago and everything was fantastic. They were very nice everything was very clean. I was able to go down and pay at about 2 every day and extend my stay. I'm a diamond member so they upgraded me to the whirlpool room last time. This time around they fought me every step of the way. In fact I got scolded for calling down and letting them know I would be down around 2 , even though I did it as a courtesy because it was just fine last time. All of the things that were perfectly okay last time seemed to be an issue this time around and then the front desk guy just argued with me. I understand you have a job to do but when I am only following what happened that last time no need to be rude. Then to top it all off I found a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom and the tub clearly had not been cleaned. Unfortunately you have lost a repeat customer. I would have been back many many times over the next few years. And I can understand the couple of dirty things things get missed I can even understand not upgrading. But the continued rudeness of the staff member is what has made me move on.

    It’s always great coming here. Cindy and Soni and Jenny as well as Mohammad make my stay great and are very professional. The new guy Marshall is ok and it just may be that he new but he is not as nice or as friendly as the rest of the staff. I had Covid-19a d tried to avoid coming to be responsible not to make others sick but he insisted he couldn’t cancel my reservation because I had checked in with the Hilton honors app at 9 or 10 am but I had not physically went to the hotel. Since he refused to cancel my reservation I did the responsible thing and wore a face mask.

    The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Many, many thanks to Maria and Isabela for their fantastic work and efforts to make and maintain a great breakfast! Good variety, lots of fresh fruit, and very well prepared! This early morning breakfast made for a great beginning of the day!

    Wonderful room, and services were fantastic. I had great breakfast daily, spent a week here and will return again. Takes water a while to heat in the shower, but other than that a great place to stay. I was here for business.

    This was our third stay at Hampton Inn Washington Dulles. It is immaculate every single day. Breakfast is hearty with many choices. They have a wonderful indoor swimming pool where we taught our grandchildren how to swim. The hot tub is great too. The staff is so friendly and they remembered us from our last two stays. The rooms are nicely proportioned, not huge, but with enough space to feel comfortable. There are scads of hotels in that area and we've stayed at many of them, but only once. Once we found the Hampton we were happy and we keep coming back.

    From the silent traveler to all of you welcome. The Hampton inns I'm not going to lie to you you all know this it's a 50/50 you don't know what you're going to get. But I will say at this location you going to get above what you expected. This Hampton and the rooms are very design and unique way I like that the TV and the dresser in the corner it also has a divide a wall between you the toilet and the bathroom which is really nice the closet area really good the desk area really nice the bed very comfortable. This hotel felt safe didn't really have a chance to go work out like I wanted to see the gym so unfortunately won't be able to tell you about that but as always tell people get your cardio in and get your workout in stay active stay strong. The staff very friendly when I got to the hotel check-in was easy and nice hotel smelled fresh don't know what they were using or what they did but it smelled fresh it almost smelled like that new car smell but this was the new hotel smell lol. From the silent traveler to all of you be safe be positive be well.

    They have good rooms, but if you prefer a contactless check-in/ check-out be sure to download their app and call before going inside to ask if the digital key works! The pool/ hot tub was great, but if not, do report it to them. There should be daily cleaning of this area as well as the gym room! Personally, I will book again with them because the room was great!

    This hotel was super nice and close to Washington DC. We were able to take the shuttle to the airport and take a train downtown it was super easy and they came back to pick us up. This was our first time ever using a shuttle service at a hotel. The rooms were nice and clean I really liked the art for the rooms and each door had its own little photo with your room number. It was a cute little touch, especially for those of us who love photography. We had no problems at all with our stay, the breakfast was good, the service was great and very friendly. The entire place was inviting.

    My partner and I stayed here before our flight out of Dulles, and were very happy with our King jacuzzi suite! It was clean and the hotel seems to have been recently updated. I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast was not served before 6am since we had an early flight, but the place was nice and I'd stay again for sure!

    Shower never got hot. Didn’t even get like warm. Sink didn’t drain well. Beds are hard and covers are thin. I’ve had better rooms/beds at a $30 hostel in Europe. But I was tired so I stayed.

    The staff was amazing! We had a group of 6 people. We were taking large tubs to Africa filled w medical supplies. They were SO helpful in transporting us to and from the airport! The rooms were nice and breakfast was good as well Thank you so much for your help! We will be back! Orant Charities Africa

    Nadia , maria, and Isabel are the best employees I have ever seen I will come here almost all the time because of them I really appreciate their service they are the nicest this hotel is lucky to have such workers, the will help with anything no matter what they r the nicest the most helpful the loveliest , i literally adored them I never seen such nice service from them. They are such lovely people they made me feel like home. I will always come here I lived everything BIG THANK YOU TO NADIA, MARIA, and ISABEL

    Nice stay overall. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool's water was kind of hazy. Jacuzzi was pleasantly relaxing however. Be aware of two very sharp speed bumps when driving in from the east side.
