Been coming to this Starbucks for years and only for the last year that I noticed their consistency of making drinks has greatly plummeted. 1/2 the time the drink is made right and the other 1/2 it’s not even close. When I ask to have a drink remade they just dump the old drink into a new cup 🫠. Also, I know what you’re thinking if they’re busy it happens, this happens even when they’re dead. COVID’s over… I can’t justify using that as an excuse for service workers to not try at least a little please. I’m a nurse and I didn’t get to stop doing my job because covid was hard on me too. Please do better.

A normal Starbucks - not too busy when we were there - we waited a while for our two hot chocolates only to see those we’re already done for a while and standing on the counter that we could not see where we sat though it was just two meters away. Nobody cared to call the name that was asked for and nobody cared that the two cups were there untouched getting cold while we asked us how long it still lasts to make two chocolates in an almost empty room. Beside that all relatively standard.

I am very disappointed with how my order came. I had ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte in tall and got a short. Not only that, but I almost paid $6 for my drink when a regular tall is only $4.25 and at most $5.10 with tax. My drink was also not a PSL and I’m upset because I was expecting a great drink to start off my morning and now, I had trouble paying attention in class.

I visited at 6 in the morning, the medium rost pike coffee they gave us was old and cold. I did not like this move at all. 9-21-23

Happy with the drive-thru service today. Connor is very courteous, and has excellent customer skills. Overall the drive-thru was quick, no long wait.

Im down in Virginia for a wedding and needed my coffee fix. Came to this location because it was close by the hotel i was staying at. Was greeted very enthusiastically. Ordered two white mochas. They came out quick and tasted great. Place was very clean - and big too!

Went thru the drive thru and it was fast, friendly service, even with my carload of passengers couldn't make up their minds on their orders. Lol! This is a great spot for coffee and in a great location.
