I've
been
contemplating
sharing
this
feedback
for
sometime
now,
but
it's
essential
to
communicate
my
experience.
I
made
the
decision
to
close
my
account
with
Carroll
Family
Dental
last
year
due
to
what
I
can
only
describe
as
their
incompetent
and
unnecessary
dental
work.
The
repercussions
of
their
actions
have
been
significant—they
managed
to
compromise
the
nerves
in
my
teeth,
and
nearly
two
years
later,
I
am
still
grappling
with
persistent
sensitivity
and
pain.
In
all
my
years
of
undergoing
dental
procedures
(which
started
when
I
was
a
child),
I
have
never
encountered
enduring
discomfort
like
the
aftermath
of
the
work
done
at
Carroll
Family
Dental.
Regrettably,
each
subsequent
visit
to
address
the
issues
stemming
from
THEIR
procedures
resulted
in
the
same
response:
"There
is
nothing
more
we
can
do
here;
you'll
need
to
see
a
specialist."
This
kind
of
service
is
not
only
disheartening
but
also
poses
a
risk
to
patients'
well-being.
It's
simply
unacceptable.
I
urge
anyone
considering
Carroll
Family
Dental
to
seriously
reconsider
or,
at
the
very
least,
seek
a
second
opinion.
The
potential
consequences
of
their
work
are
not
worth
the
risk
and
there
are
alternative
dental
care
options
available
that
prioritize
patient
safety
and
well-being.
