I've worked with a number of different Audi dealerships over the years and Audi of Frederick is unequivocally the best experience I've had from beginning to end. When I say beginning to end, I'm talking about an 18 month experience. I put in for a custom build of an S5 Coupe in Nogaro Blue (I'm in love with this color and car) in Oct of 2021, right when the Ukraine/Russia conflict begun. Pair that with covid still affecting production and it was a recipe for a long wait. Throughout the lengthy process my Audi specialist Dan Gugger was incredible. He replied to any and every question I had. Dan gave me countless status updates and was overall a gentleman. He let me know as soon as the car was built and sent me the freight ships info so I could track it coming over the pond. He is a fantastic advisor. Most importantly, this dealer kept their word and honored the price of my car, and even more important, did not increase the price when they certainly could have given the car market environment we're in. When it came to talking numbers after the car finally arrived, Kyle the finance specialist was kind and explanatory. Not baits and switch, no games. Something you often see in car sales. The Audi Sales Manager Jordan was also great to work with and speak to. He also gave me some small concessions to get my monthly payment where I need it to be. Finally, Daniel the tech specialist assisted in getting me set up with the MMI and anything I needed he was right there to help. He even gave me his cell just in case I needed him after hours or on his day off. Dan actually provided me his cell as well. I didnt mention that I'm in New York, and all of this was done over the phone and digitally. The fact that it went so smoothly speaks volumes on how the straight the ship over in Frederick is run. THANK YOU Sincerely for everything. It was well worth the wait and I really love this car, and the experience. I will be back for my next one :-)

I highly recommend speaking with Jamel. He is someone I highly recommend if you're looking for a easy and seamless transition into a new vehicle. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and was accommodating to my hectic work schedule the entire process. 9/15/24; By far been the worst sales experience I've ever encountered. I am advising anyone who is interested in purchasing a car to avoid this place by all means. I did my due diligence by requesting a pricing quote through the website before heading to the store. On the website itself, it allows you to make an offer for any vehicle of interest. Upon submitting my contact information, Jeff contacts me the next day and assures me he'd take care of things to ensure a great experience. I told Jeff, I'd be willing to come in after work but since the weather was challenging, I'd get there around 7pm. The consultant told me they'd be available to stay later if need-be to get the deal done. After getting off work and driving 3 hours I arrive, the vehicle is not pulled up and no-one is there to greet anyone. After inspecting the vehicle I notice there's damage on the rear left bumper and rear right passenger door that was NOT disclosed on the listing or by the consultant. After driving the vehicle, I head inside to try to work numbers and come to reasonable agreement considering the vehicle had been sitting for 15 days with no price adjustments. The consultant tells me they close soon and they're not haggling on the price regardless of the damage (They even tried to add on fee's for nitrogen filled tires and subscription based services which I was not interested). I wasted 6 hours of my day and drove through challenging weather to be let down. It is safe to say, I will never do business with an Ourisman dealer ever again. For anyone looking to buy a car, shop somewhere else that values your time and money more.

I had a very positive experience buying a CPO vehicle from Audi Frederick. The car was in great shape and had new tires. I enjoyed working with Sam R. and Nick R. for the test drive, trade-in and purchase. Daniel did a great job teaching me how to use the controls and settings in the new car. The only hiccup was that one of the key fobs had not yet been paired to the car, but that was fixed in about 20 minutes. I recommend this dealership for the care and professionalism they demonstrated.
