Best place to stay when you’re visiting Easton. The front desk attendant, Iiesha, absolutely the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed at! I don’t know what they pay her, but give her a raise!!

This review is long overdue. I stayed in the hotel for 2 night right before thanksgiving. Ms. Ashley was the one that checked me in. She is a sweet young lady, goes above and beyond and made me feel great, I don’t think any description would make her personality justice. She is an amazing human being. I hope all the guest treat her as nice as she treats everyone. I also encounter Paula during breakfast and she made me breakfast, she was so nice and made sure I was taken care of. Iesha was also great and lend me some plates to make soup since I wasn’t feeling well. I am a crew member and I’m in a hotel for 15 days. And I’ve never experienced such great customer service. Thanks Ashley & Paula!

We literally just arrived and the staff was so welcoming. IIesha checked me in and she is so friendly and nice, we had a great conversation. She provided great dining recommendations that we will be trying during our trip. Ramata, at the bar, was a sweetheart! They are an awesome part of Marriott and gives this location a family feel. I will 100% book this location during future stays because of them.

I stayed here for 6 nights, and I will attest that location is wonderful. However, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The gym is missing weights, there’s no yoga mats. The room was comfortable but my room had some baseboard trim missing, the shower body soap bottle was detached from the wall and so someone had just propped it up on the shelf. Only gave me one hand towel and one wash cloth. The worst part was breakfast. While it’s great that they were doing “made to order,” every morning there was a big line, which took forever. Also, they were missing a bunch of things on the menu. Menu advertised Impossible sausage, they didn’t have it, avocado toast was supposed to have sun dried tomato and arugula, and it was simply multi-grain bread with store bought guacamole slathered on and one cold hard boiled egg. Bagels, no cream cheese, bagel was barely toasted and still cold in the middle. The eggs were greasy. I don’t understand how this hotel is approved by the Marriott brand.

Loretta is the best!! I came downstairs to get some Starbucks in the lobby, but I was too early. As I waited, Loretta was so sweet and helpful and proceeded to ask me for my order as she was still opening. I have had such service at this hotel so far, and Loretta made it even better!

Staff is absolutely wonderful, particularly Loretta at the restaurant. They all went above and beyond. Property itself is very clean, but becoming dated like a lot of Marriott properties. Everything important works, but wear and tear are starting to show. Still, above average Courtyard in great location with great staff.

I always stay at the Courtyard Marriott at Easton whenever I'm in town for work. The location is amazing right on the edge of everything. Walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and stores. The rooms have always been clean and quiet. Iiesha at the front desk always greets me with a smile and a "Hi friend, welcome back!" which makes me feel like a second home. Highly recommend this location.

This hotel is disgusting and infested with bedbugs. Not only did I get bitten by them, the hotel staff basically did nothing about the situation. They offered to wash my clothes and ended up bleaching and ruining 3 outfits. They hardly even offered an apology, as if this is to be expected when staying at a Marriott property. I’m not sure what was worse- the bedbugs or the terrible customer service.

The location is perfect for the business traveler. Many restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get, too. The room was clean and fresh. Bed comfortable. Felt safe. Friendly staff. This year , I have stayed at 10 different courtyards, and this by far the best. Would stay here again.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when I work in Columbus. I'm usually here 2x a month and everytime I come the service and quality are consistent and what I expect of Marriott quality. Iisha at the front counter is always warm and pleasant with a smiling face to greet you. And she remembers her guest which just adds a special touch! But the best thing about this hotel is waking up in the morning and Ms. Loretta cooking my breakfast in the bistro. She can whip up an egg & cheese sandwich and add an extra special ingredient... Love cause she really loves her job and you can taste it in the food!! Now Ms. Loretta was out the other day and Daniel had to make my sandwich....I gotta tell the truth he was trying to give Ms. Loretta a run for her money!!!! That sandwich was bussing too!!! 😋 If you're in the Columbia area this is the place to stay. The location is just an added bonus to the amazing service here!!

The rooms are very spacious perfect for a family to have space to spread out and still have space to work and kids to play. This morning we were greeted by Loretta at the bistro for breakfast fast! She is so friendly and helpful!! A true kind heart that enjoys talking with her customers!!

The location is ideal & well within walking distance for anything you could possibly need. The staff was friendly & helpful to me. Loretta, who was running the Bistro in the am went above & beyond so thank you for raising the bar!

Elena was alone at the front desk checking in a bus load of young musicians when I arrived. She was amazing at taking care of getting room keys for all the people from the bus. She apologized to the 3 of us who had to wait while she took care of all of them. ALL 3 of us applauded her for her fantastic friendly attitude and ability to take care of everyone. The hotel was clean and very comfortable! If I'm ever in the area again I will ONLY stay at this hotel. Thanks again Elena!

Great customer service. Staff was very nice. Billie was who greeted us and checked us in. She was very nice! The only complaint of this particular hotel was the food. They were out of a lot of things that were on the menu. Need to make sure the menu is available or change the menu.

This hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is wonderful especially Loretta, her customer service was top notch and went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. Also the lady that checked me in was so very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay but Loretta made it even better. We were 5 min late for breakfast, not knowing the breakfast bar closed at 10am. She still served us with a smile. She wasn't rude and didn't act like we were an inconvenience. Instead she smiled, was friendly and made us feel important and that she was happy to take care of us.

Billie at the front desk is awesome!! She helped us adjust our reservations twice and everything turned at great!! Thank you Billie! Loretta in the dining room is fantastic!! She made us avocado toast and it was delicious! Both ladies are so friendly and helpful. They made our stay extra wonderful!! Thank you both!

Thanks to Loretta for great service & kindness to our family with 3 kids at breakfast this morning! This is a great place to stay- nice & clean, modern hotel in a great location! And the things people don’t know…we are in town for medical care so the extra kindness is even more appreciated after a rough day yesterday.

Shout out to Loretta and Danny who so kindly helped us when we were a little late to breakfast. They were the best! We were very happy to be able to have our lattes :-)! Billie at the front desk was helpful with our late checkout that then didn’t need to be late. Will stay again.

Had a wonderful experience at the courtyard at Easton. Ilesha is the best, and made our check in smooth and made us laugh! Then we headed over to the bar and Richie made us a great drink. Keep up the great work. We will stay here again.

The stay did start off a little rocky because we were given the room key, and had to go downstairs twice before the key worked. One of the people at the desk finally came upstairs and fixed the issue. The room was clean with all the things we needed for a restful stay. Coffee downstairs in the morning was good. Lobby was clean , and welcoming. Billie at the front desk was very helpful on our last day there. I appreciate you, and your awesome customer service!

Loretta did a wonderful job at providing my cold brew coffee as ordered. She also gave us a cup of fresh hot water for my sister’s tea. She even gave my daughter a special treat for breakfast- on the house! She was so excited and we appreciate the kind gesture!

Check-in with Ilesha was smooth and quick. She provided bottles of water and allowed us to spin the prize wheel. She greeted us with a nice smile each time we passed her. Loretta made our breakfast and everything was very tasty. She is personable and dedicated to her job. I usually don't eat in the in-hotel bistro but I am glad we did. My 2 travel mates and I had excellent service and tasty breakfasts.

My experience was truly delightful, greatly owing to the exceptional service provided by the front desk attendant, Iiesha. She played a pivotal role in addressing all my needs and ensuring I felt warmly welcomed from the onset. Her assistance significantly enhanced the overall quality of my stay, leaving me deeply impressed and entirely satisfied.

Billie at the front fest was amazing. She has the best personality. Room is great and large and clean. However the bathroom is bad. Visible mold, ceiling is cracked open and the door from is nasty. Mold around all the fixtures in the bathroom. Get that fixed and it 5 star

Billie and Kaddie were exceptional with assistance. Friendly to the grandkids and helpful. Love the large spacious room. Very clean. The only problem we incurred during our visit. Was the fact we were @ the Mall during the shooting. Which prevented us to walk safely back to the Marriott.

First and foremost, the receptionist Billie is the absolute sweetest and very patient with guests checking in. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Overall, a wonderful stay :)

We stayed here for a soccer trip and it was absolutely amazing. We had so much to do outside of the hotel and once we were in the hotel we were greeted by the sweetest lady. Her name was Billie and she was so sweet to us and made us feel at home. Great stay!

Broken toilet, smelly lobby, ran out of hot water, outside fireplace AND heater broken, pet friendly but no place to walk them, pool is too dirty to let kids swim, no continental breakfast (crazy), witnessed a family with 3 small children have to wait over an hour To get into their room because the lock battery had died and they don't have a way to let you into your room if that happens. The kids were wet from swimming and they were miserable. For the price, we will stay at the Hilton next time. At least they have a hot tub and dog walk.

Very nice! The hotel and our room were very clean. We loved the location and being able to walk just down the sidewalk into Easton. The only complaint I had is that housekeeping came into our room around 10:30 while we were still in bed on the day of our check out. Check out is at noon. I called down to the front desk to ask if maybe I got the checkout time wrong and they said I was right and they didn't know how that happened. They apologized, but I didn't feel like there was a real resolution. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Horrendous... first night of our initial 2 nights, blood stain on one of the pillows, hair on the sheets. Moved us to a different room, refrigerator not cleaned out (still had bottled liquids in it). Left the hotel for 4 days and came back for a last night in Ohio. First room we got put in had hair on the sheets. They did comp 1 of our 3 total nights... Location is good.

Great place to stay!! Quiet and clean the rooms were average but if your just staying a couple nights then it's more than enough. The pool was open and so was the fitness center and the courtyard. They had breakfast made to order and starbucks coffee. Would definitely recommend if your in town and need somewhere to stay over night or for a couple nights

Very nice clean rooms. Vanity area separate from shower/tub toilet space. Large first floor carpeted space with super comfortable chairs w/large TV. And Space 4 playing cards or just intimate seating and a bar on first floor.

My husband and I stayed at this property several weeks ago. Found 2 bugs in the corner of the bathroom along with human hair. Second day of stay we came back to our room that housekeeping had not cleaned. Was told by the front desk that if you stay more than 1 night you have to ask for your room to be cleaned the next day. I have been a customer of Marriott since 1988 and have NEVER had to do this. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom did not reach either corner of the shower. It remained in the middle of the rod leaving the floor soaked after a shower. Would never stay here again as I am suspect on their cleaning practices even though they show you a video on the TV addressing their pristine cleaning habits. Terrible experience!!!

The hotel was nice and clean. Did not try the cafe but the food smelled good.Had a king size bed that was very comfortable, had a couch that could be a sleeper. Bathroom w/shower was great! TV w/great selection of channels. Also did not make it to the pool or the exercise room. The hotel is in an awesome location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants!

You always know what you're getting with this Marriott chain...squeaky clean accommodations and moderately appointed rooms. Great, no frills hotel for the business traveler or small family passing through. This particular hotel is in an excellent location near on the Easton Mall complex. Easy parking and walk to many stores, restaurants, bars and gyms.

Oh man this was a disappointing experience. My normal experience with Courtyards is positive but this place failed to live up to that. Let's dive in. AC Unit: During the night, something in the AC unit produced a sound that I would describe as a monster truck with a helicopter rotary mounted on top. This is my main complaint and everything else is a minor annoyance. The Shower: The lack of water pressure was disappointing but not uncommon. What confused me was the lack of body wash in one of the three mounted dispensers. The Bite: After a night of AC terror I found what I believe to be an insect bite on my stomach. While I can't confirm I got it in the hotel I wouldn't be surprised at this point. In closing, I had a lovely time here before going to bed but after that it was all downhill. I won't be coming back until some major reservations have been made that are more in par with the standards of Easton.

Jennie Streets the GM made the check in process smooth and easy! She acknowledged my BonVoy status which was appreciated and put us in a very comfortable room. This hotel is pet friendly and easily accommodated our two dogs! Five Stars all the way around. One little suggestion... USB ports in the room. :-)

I travel very often for work and I always stay at courtyard Marriott. This experience was awful. It took me about two hours to check in because of their credit card authorization process. I told the woman at the front desk multiple times that the room is paid for. She said the only way I could check in is if I used my personal card which is against my company policy. She was very rude and when I did got the authorization she assumed that I did not do it before even checking and talked to me in a very patronizing way. Very disappointed in this experience.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple days the first weekend in August, 2023 while in Columbus for a family reunion. Very modern and comfortable Courtyard. Spacious rooms. A multitude of shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance. All staff members, including Billie at the front desk were easy to engage with. The only component missing was a free breakfast, but there is dining available on site.

Went to gym. Air pods fell out of pocket. Noticed a few hours later went down stairs to see if they were still there, they we not. I asked the front desk if they would check the lost and found. They said nothing was there (power recently went out), said it was too dark to look at that time. I asked if they were turned in to call me. No call. Later that day hotel was so hot had to leave (still no power). I tracked the air pods to local OSU housing, showed employee at front desk. Response "I would not go there, that's not a great part of town". I asked to speak with GM, he was "not available". I asked what other options were available "call the police" was the option. I called the police, police stated I could accompany them to the location and we could knock on doors together. I checked out to anther hotel (with AC). Called corporate to log complaint as no call back from hotel, provided police report. Corporates said they would need to give the hotel 5 days to respond. I called the hotel just to see if they were returned (knowing they were still at OSU housing). I asked to speak with the GM, I was told "you can tell me what is going on". I explained the employee said "no one here lives in that area, and I live downtown". The employee is either a genius or lying. Magically, in 10 mins the air pods are separated into two apartments. I am guessing they don't know how the apple tracker works. I wait the 5 days call corporate back. The associate was very nice, I could tell she was not happy with the behavior of the hotel. She went to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor read from the note card "Marriott is not responsible for lost or stolen items. This may have been a student who came to the Columbus Marriott Courtyard to blow off steam during the week, it was not an employee". I have been traveling with Marriott for many years. The behaviors this location was by far the most rude, dismissive and arrogant bunch of employees I have ever encountered. I am also shocked at the tone deaf behavior from corporate. I waited the 5 days. Their response is not our problem and we will ask the non responsive hotel to respond to you. If you can avoid this hotel super, the Hilton conference center on the other side of Easton shops is much nicer, property and staff. Shame on both Courtyard and marriott corporate.

Average Courtyard property. I didn't experience cleaning issues like some reviewers. Staff is not exceptional but helpful. Biggest issue is breakfast, which doesn't start until 700. This is after many need to leave and results in a long line when they open. Quality is below other Courtyards, and staff seem ambivalent.

Great location and walking distance from good food and shopping. The staff is really what makes a hotel and this one is top notch. Daniel at the breakfast bar is awesome and makes morning just that much better! If you in town on business or just visiting...this is a great spot!

Had the worst experience this weekend here. We stayed 2 nights and did not get any sleep due to noise. There is a fire pit in the courtyard and a large group of people decided it would be okay to play music, yell. etc well past 2am. Front desk refused to do anything telling me there was no hotel policy being broken. Completely unacceptable. There was also a party happening in the 2 rooms across from ours but at least they were courteous enough to quiet down around midnight. If you are looking for a hotel in Easton, avoid this one!!! This hotel is horrible.

I am visiting from out of state but I had to stay at the courtyard Easton because of the wonderful reviews about Loretta at the bistro cafe! They did not lie, she’s amazing and friendly and made me feel like she was a family member. I am so glad to meet her and the breakfast was delicious too. I will definitely be back on another trip. The hotel was amazing too and close to shopping and dining. I enjoyed the festivities in the area also.

Dominique and Iesha were amazing at checking. I checked in late and they were kind and have a smile and great attitude. The checking was quick and they made sure I had everything I needed. I had breakfast at the bistro and Ms. Loretta was a bright light and awesome person to great early in the morning. Her smile and lively personality is how you want to be greeted in the morning. An amazing experience at your hotel. Great employees.
