Went
to
gym.
Air
pods
fell
out
of
pocket.
Noticed
a
few
hours
later
went
down
stairs
to
see
if
they
were
still
there,
they
we
not.
I
asked
the
front
desk
if
they
would
check
the
lost
and
found.
They
said
nothing
was
there
(power
recently
went
out),
said
it
was
too
dark
to
look
at
that
time.
I
asked
if
they
were
turned
in
to
call
me.
No
call.
Later
that
day
hotel
was
so
hot
had
to
leave
(still
no
power).
I
tracked
the
air
pods
to
local
OSU
housing,
showed
employee
at
front
desk.
Response
"I
would
not
go
there,
that's
not
a
great
part
of
town".
I
asked
to
speak
with
GM,
he
was
"not
available".
I
asked
what
other
options
were
available
"call
the
police"
was
the
option.
I
called
the
police,
police
stated
I
could
accompany
them
to
the
location
and
we
could
knock
on
doors
together.
I
checked
out
to
anther
hotel
(with
AC).
Called
corporate
to
log
complaint
as
no
call
back
from
hotel,
provided
police
report.
Corporates
said
they
would
need
to
give
the
hotel
5
days
to
respond.
I
called
the
hotel
just
to
see
if
they
were
returned
(knowing
they
were
still
at
OSU
housing).
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
GM,
I
was
told
"you
can
tell
me
what
is
going
on".
I
explained
the
employee
said
"no
one
here
lives
in
that
area,
and
I
live
downtown".
The
employee
is
either
a
genius
or
lying.
Magically,
in
10
mins
the
air
pods
are
separated
into
two
apartments.
I
am
guessing
they
don't
know
how
the
apple
tracker
works.
I
wait
the
5
days
call
corporate
back.
The
associate
was
very
nice,
I
could
tell
she
was
not
happy
with
the
behavior
of
the
hotel.
She
went
to
speak
with
a
supervisor.
The
supervisor
read
from
the
note
card
"Marriott
is
not
responsible
for
lost
or
stolen
items.
This
may
have
been
a
student
who
came
to
the
Columbus
Marriott
Courtyard
to
blow
off
steam
during
the
week,
it
was
not
an
employee".
I
have
been
traveling
with
Marriott
for
many
years.
The
behaviors
this
location
was
by
far
the
most
rude,
dismissive
and
arrogant
bunch
of
employees
I
have
ever
encountered.
I
am
also
shocked
at
the
tone
deaf
behavior
from
corporate.
I
waited
the
5
days.
Their
response
is
not
our
problem
and
we
will
ask
the
non
responsive
hotel
to
respond
to
you.
If
you
can
avoid
this
hotel
super,
the
Hilton
conference
center
on
the
other
side
of
Easton
shops
is
much
nicer,
property
and
staff.
Shame
on
both
Courtyard
and
marriott
corporate.
