Ordered take out. Arrived to pick it up. It was fresh, and hot and ready. So I went to the front desk the young ladies were nice. They pointed behind me to show me Where to pick up the food. Everyone who ordered online. Literally had their food stacked perfectly in order on a nice shelf (I didn’t get a picture of it). But I ordered online. Smooth process. I order with the promo coupon, chicken fried rice and General tso chicken The rice was very flavorful! We found some rice that might please us! You get enough as well! So that I was impressed with. I will definitely be back to order again.

Nothing gives the seasoned reviewer more joy than a positive review of a neighborhood joint (especially one where the manager answers the phone when you call in). Chin-Chin is my go to place for Asian cuisine, great selection and quality. Their adjustment to covid protocols is superb, I usually pick up my order in minutes without doing more than walking to my assigned table. Today's story (and this positive review is my "thank you") is I called in saying besides the white rice that came with my entree I would like to add a second ala carte white rice. The gentleman who answered told me he was the manager and he was throwing the rice in free. Typical of the quality one finds here, GO! You won't regret your choice.

Used to be good with table service now they don't wait the tables. Still blaming their lack of service on covid lie. Don't like the lack of service and won't be back. You now must order and pay. Get your own silverware and drink. That's not what I go to Chin Chin for. There are many carry out Chinese restaurants in the area, if I wanted carry out I'd go to them. I go to Chin Chin because it was a full service Chinese restaurant.

We're done with Chin Chin cafe. We understand that inflation has affected every business in America, but Chin Chin has literally doubled its prices. A take-out dinner for a family of 4 used to be $40. Now it's over $70! Plus, they don't seem to serve pork anymore--I wonder why.... And the prices on the catalogues never match the ones at the register. So, good bye Chin Chin. Good bye forever. Asian Spice Cafe is very good and their prices are much more reasonable. It's totally worth the drive there.

I ordered some chicken lo mein for dinner and I specifically asked to make it “LESS SPICY”. The order came and it was spicy as hell! Forget about the kids, I couldn’t eat it! Red sauce all over the food. I called the restaurant and the guy said we only added a half tea spoon of hot sauce. Sure! 🙄 He said he must take the food back to the chef I said that’s fine, but please bring me another one that’s less spicy. Then he was like, right now I don’t have any drivers to bring it to you. Unless if you can pick it up. Which of course, I wasn’t able to and didn’t want to go either. He said if you want to wait, it will take 35 to 40 minutes to bring you another one. It’s 20 to 8:00pm and the food hasn’t arrived yet. My kids will go to bed at 8:00. It’s ridiculous! 😡

The California roll, fried shrimp roll, and soft, not-so-spicy drunken noodles captivated our taste buds. It was nice to have a variety of Asian foods on the menu, so it was easy to choose from, as each menu had pictures.

I really appreciated our experience here. Please be prepared for a carry out style restaurant and not so much dine in. You will need to order your food up front, they will bring out if you choose to dine here. You will need to put your dishes away after you eat. You will not be assigned a waiter. We got so much food here to sample and try! The food and sushi was great! The amount of food you get is crazy! I would say it's a great value. 1 person could spend $15 - $20 here and still be taking home leftovers. Their sushi rolls were huge!!! Not necessarily a bad thing, you really only need one roll instead of two. I noticed a lot of people dining in here would share their food. That was very cool to see as our party did the same. The alcohol prices you can't beat. We will be coming back for sure!

NEVER EAT HERE. The food was terrible, dirty plates and had half a rice bag of rice coupled with some barely palatable entree drowned in sickly sweet sauce. Would give 0 stars if possible. Not to mention its obscenely overpriced.

Hi, we just had a late Lunch/Dinner at 4pm charged by dinner prices. We ordered Vegetables drunken noodle with tofu, veggies sushi appetizer, Chicken black pepper and corn chowder soup. Portion was great but no taste at all. Chicken black pepper supposed to be a little spicy dish not with full of soya and glazy sauce, and vegetable drunken noodles was the same no taste at all. We are a regular customer from chin chin café. We usually take carry out but this time ate in the restaurant. And service was not good either. What I think you may have changed the chef. I will give you 1 more try in future. And I hope will not be disappointed.

I am SO glad my brother told me about this place. The Ashburn area is kind of dry when it comes to quality Asian food choices. Chin Chin Cafe is EXCELLENT 👍. They give you a nice quantity, and the quality is excellent. It reminds me of the old Wu's Garden in Vienna or the Hunan Lion near Tyson's, that were both mainstays of Chinese food in the area for decades. I highly recommend Chin Chin Cafe.

Pad Thai and Sushi is just gross compared to other local places. Unless you like warm mush. Their delivery drivers will also run you over on the way out of the shopping center.

Used to be very good. But now is way over priced. Chinese food for dinner shouldn’t be almost $100. It used to be between $50 and $60. Inflation doesn’t justify the cost. They also did good business during the pandemic. I was a regularly. To top it off, they no longer serve pork. A Chinese restaurant that doesn’t serve pork? China is one of the world’s largest importers of pork. Of course it doesn’t taste the same. I won’t be going back.

I was charged a delivery fee upfront and then an extra $5 delivery fee the next day. I used a coupon one time for a pick up order and I was given one price over the phone, only to show up to pick up my order and they said they wouldn't honor their own coupon which had to expiration date. So I end up paying full price. The 3rd time will not be a charm. Going to Sense of Thai from now on.

Chin Chin cafe is my favorite one-stop Asian restaurant! It has Thai, Chinese and Japanese dishes. My recent favorite dish is the yaki soba with chicken, the noodle is delicious and the portion is very generous too. Try it out!!

It was my first time experiencing this restaurant. Even though the setup and I was waited on in a timely manner for take out, I was not impressed with the food. I ordered the ground beef appetizer with the lettuce wraps, which was seasoned nice, and the portion was a lot for lunch. Also, I ordered wings, which were okay, and crab rangoons were to dry for my liking. The entrée I ordered was the general tso chicken with lo mein, which was very dry, and I was surprised it did not have any kind of vegetable in at all. The chicken did not taste or look like chicken to me, nor did it tastelike the meal i was expecting. I had to throw it out. The miso soup was good, as well as the egg rolls.

This place became an instant staple with the family. We order here routinely especially when we have visitors. Prices match the portion size, in a good way! All of the main dishes we’ve tried so far have been great and the staff is super friendly. I called in after making a mobile order and they made it easy to make changes. Only things I can’t recommend so far are egg rolls and standard fried rice. Other than that we’ve loved it!

By far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. Every dish has so much flavor and the prices are reasonable, especially for the large portions of the lunch specials.

Chicken lettuce wraps FOR.THE. WIN! Such a simple and straightforward meal, yet, almost impossible to find. For those that want or need to watch carbs this meal is on point. I believe it is actually listed as an appetizer but 100% stands as a protein packed meal. This restaurant is consistently busy. Take away and delivery seem to be the bulk of their business...inside seating is very limited but they do have sidewalk seating for those that enjoy alfresco dining. The menu has plenty to offer...including sushi. A hidden gem located in a strip shop establishment that warrants repeat visits.

Not fresh!! tastes very fishy. First time try their Sushi because of their Advertising. We should have get sushi from Wegmens or other sushi restaurant. Not only wasting money but bad experience on Saturday lunchtime.Jan 13/2024. Ask your chef how he controlled the quality of the fish. Why so fishy and not fresh!

Restaurant is clean and organized. The angry bird roll is very good. We had to wait a long time for it though. We were disappointed with the Chinese food. Feel embarrassed that people might think this is what Chinese cuisine is like. No, it should be much better.

I really don't like giving reviews under five stars but I'm afraid my favorite Chinese spot has gone down in quality. I have given this place 5 star reviews for years now and always recommended it to people. I'm not sure if they are changing things or it was a fluke but this time I ordered, the Lo Main was very dry, usually it's nice and moist and the fried rice didn't seem like it was friend long enough for it seemed more like brown rice than fried. All the other dishes were as good as the last times I ordered.

Been a few times & haven’t been disappointed yet, great food I mean REALLY great quality food that keeps me coming back but the atmosphere & restaurant itself is very clean I love it

I'll come here again. I really liked the hot and sour soup. Kung Pao chicken was OK. There were a couple of tastes of a spice I didn’t recognize, and I'm not sure I like. Counter service was ok. Hole-in-the-wall atmosphere was ok.

It was ok, it seems more catered to take out than dine in. You order and pay first then sit with a number and get your own silverware and sauce but at least it didn’t seem like you needed to clean up you table but I wasn’t sure. The food was made quick, it was good mostly. My friend got spring rolls that were cold in the middle.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Chinese restaurants can be hit or miss. This was a direct HIT. CRAB RANGOON was full of crab filling. The Sesame chicken had generous sized chicken pieces. And it was all so tasty. This is now our “go to” place for Chinese food. Awesome! 👏🏻💛⭐️

This restaurant has the best egg drop soup. I LIke the McDonald's order, pays and said. Self serve style dinner. The shrimp vegetables is tasteless. It needs seasoning.

The general tso chicken is the best. I order from them like once a week and the chicken peices are big and not just bread its real chicken. The sushi is also amazing. Biggest sushi peices for your money. I've also had most of their specialty rolls which are great.

We discovered ChinChin back in 2006, and since then, it has been our family's favorite spot for asian cuisine. The restaurant has evolved and grown so much since then. The variety in their menu is great, and the sushi is prepared by experts with the best quality ingredients, which is something to look forward to. If you really want to experience top-quality Asian cuisine the ChinChin is the place for you.
